I love this resale, there’s lots of hidden gems as far as clothing, shoes, and home decor. It’s clean and organized well. There’s always new items if you visit monthly. They have different sales on different days of the week, like a senior discount on Mondays although they exclude many items from the various sales (usually designer items or home goods..wish home stuff went on sale more often). The staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend giving this resale a visit!

I passed by and then I turned around to check it out. Well, what a great instinct to have because this place is great.The ladies who was there are absolutely fantastic and they provide wonderful customer service.I found some excellent bargain that I still cant believe it how beautiful and in great condition they wasMost definitely recommend to anyone.Clean and well organized boutique.

I have been shopping at Encore Upscale Resale since they opened. What I like is that while they do price the more upscale items accordingly for that market they keep the more mainstream items priced accordingly. And every day they do have special sales and a weekly sales and makes shopping affordable. Friendly staff and very clean. Recommend highly!

I found some really nice things, shoes for my 14 year old kids pillow like new for my 8 year old. There selection of clothing was nice just not what I was out looking for yesterday. They have some really nice things, just remember its a resale shop.

Great clothes but no fitting rooms due to “COVID.” Which makes no sense given everyone is freely walking around without masks on. So good luck seeing if anything fits.

They have some nerve calling themselves a thrift store. There is NOTHING thrifty about this place. They are ripping people off and should be ashamed of themselves. Take your business elsewhere. You can get much better items for a better price at actual antique stores. This place should be called the rip you off store.

They Mark things really high on purpose (even ripped and stained!) and tell people they have a saleThey wanted $12 for ripped AND stained sweater because it was lucky brand. They would not budge. Give me a break. Its a thrift store! Not Macys. Never going back!

My friend who lives in the area took me to this place as I was looking for a teddy bear for a buddy back in the Philly Metro area where Im from. Much to my absolute delight, I found a suitable stuffed animal, not a bear but something equally more than acceptable! The service was marvelous, the selection equal to their name and I/ we came on the Senior discount day. Imagine that blessing. I was so impressed that I asked them to keep the change and I gave a small donation to boot. What a great shopping experience!!!!

Very clean thrift store. Housegoods as well as shoes and clothing. The whole family can easily shop designer outfits for under $100. Youll receive notifications of weekly discounts when you sign up through email. Staff is pleasant to interact with.

Very cool resale. Differnt stuff every day. Different discount days every day of the week (like Wed is a discount for people younger then 55) and weekly sales for everyone. Proceeds go to charity. Where they loose a star for me the red tag (designer) are never discounted. Customer service is great.

I enjoy this resale shop... they gave a friendly staff, but a couple months ago they rearranged the store with a new layout and now many of the items are priced with a red sticker and are not included in any of the discounts which is a little disappointing.

TToday July 2, 2020 had the WORST experience. Thought I was lucky to see and grab in my hands a branded bag (around $100-150 in the outlet store and priced less if clearance ), and one of their staff told me that shell just see the bag and NEVER gave it back to me!!! She should have given me the bag back cuz it was already priced! HOW RUDE. Thinking that this is a Christian thrift store and that attitude is NOT and never will be christian! I have been to a lot of thrift stores and able to score even a CHANEL item and this never happened!!!! If its priced its good to sell!!! In fairness love the one on charge in the shoes and bags area, shes one of the kindest. That RUDE staff was just even passing by!Its just so sad that ONE staff can bring the standard and ethical value of the store DOWN.Im sorry Im just venting out cuz this is the first time this happened to me in US and its depressing.People regardless of color and economic standing should be treated with RESPECT and equally.Pls train staff to mind their own businesses and never get things from customers!!!!

Best resale shop. So great Im hesitant to share! Seriously though the merchandise is not garage sale things they are what you would buy new but at great prices. Clothing is 4 dollars to 8 dollars and on sale days 50% off. They have a sale everyday and have everything from clothing to athletic gear. Furniture is retro chic and modern. Best part is it is for charity.Now a year later....not as thrilled. They no longer sell furniture. Lamps yes, home decorations small appliances. What a drag. Furniture was the best!

My first visit after wanting to go for a long time. I got a pair of dress pants, a sweater, two cardigans, jacket and 3 mens shirt for $37. The store was clean and organized with curtain pull dressing rooms. They even had things organized by size and color. The staff was very friend and helpful. Will definitely return again.

The store is very clean and they take pride in their displays. They have two very clean bathrooms and the staff is always kind and helpful. They have daily specials and discounts weekly. Some of their goods can be a little overpriced, but as long as you are shopping on a discount day, its a very good deal! Joining their email Club is also very beneficial for discounts and whats going to be discounted.

I absolutely love this store! Its always clean and organized. None of their items look too used. Its a great place to shop on a budget and still dress like youre not lol. There are several resale shops I go to but this one I always find things for myself. You will always find a great bargin and they have weekly sales that keep you coming back.

This little shop has high quality items. And it has senior Mondays and Under 55 Wednesdays.95% staffed by volunteers, though, means you shouldnt wait til 10 minutes before closing. You could miss out!Staff are friendly and helpful. A nice man carried my dishes and furniture out to my car. And if you pay for your items, the store will hold them for up to three days!Wish it were closer!!!

Found this place to be not trendy. Almost everything in the store was outdated and old fashioned. They even had a couple of vintage racks of clothing. Shoes were mostly of the 80s styles. Store was pleasant, clean, and the sales staff was friendly.

Needs update clothing

I bought a desk from this store. When I went to pick it up, they resold the desk to someone else although it was still in the store. I hired someone to move it and brought them with me. Management told me to leave and they would contact me later with a resolution. I had to demand my money back because they did not want to give it to me. I had never been treated so horrible as a customer in all my life. In front of my children as well.

I have never been so upset in my life. Today, I took my mom to Encore as I do every month. I would have never thought that would have treated her the way that they did today. My mom is still shaking. Here is the problem in a nutshell. My mother purchased a cabinet and dresser for $125 on 7/5. She fell ill and and was unable to arrange delivery arrangements with in the 3 day grace period that the store allows. So we knew the items would be put back on the sales floor. What we didnt know, is that they would not issue a store credit to her (she didnt want a refund). So that means that they resold the items at full price, and took her $125. So in essence they got double the amount that they originally asked for. Not to mention that she was trying to purchase clothing items and housewares that she usually gives to those in need who cant afford things even at thrift store prices. She has her receipt, which is the proof of purchase, and it doesnt mention this poor business practice. Scott the General Manager, did not care that my mom has been shopping there since the opening of the store or that she spends hundreds of dollars there every month, or that fact, which is most important to me, that she is a 70 year old lady that goes to this store as her only outlet nor was she asking for something for nothing. I will be finding a new resale shop for her to go to, and I will be taking legal action. As an owner of a retail store myself, I just wanted warn everyone about this place of business and let the people of this commuinty that we are not all the same, and that customer satisfaction is the foundation of any business.
