Bad service at the Southfield locationThey act they dont want to be there. Not a good place to get service or to purchase a new hat. The energy is bad there.Now, the Esatern Market location is a breath of fresh air. Their friendly, knowledgeable, and I enjoy making the trip From Beverly Hills.

I bought my son a hat and he bought his son a hat. Really good service. The salesperson was very helpful and even took time to show me how to take care of the hats we purchased.
