*****Warning*****Will keep your change and claim they gave it to you. Then shame and gaslight you when you insist on getting your change. It has happened on several different occurrences and has been reported to MLCC and the BBB.Attempted to keep my change. When I questioned it and ask for my change he said, no that was the right price. I said print out the receipt. He printed out the receipt and he did owe me money. He never apologized for the error, but instead said, Buy yourself something nice This has happened before with the same cashier who is clearly younger then the legal age to sale liquor in the state of Michigan.

I miss this store. I used to live right across the street from them. They are friendly. Whatever liquor you are looking for and find, you will find it here.

Just off the beaten path (Northwestern). The parking can be a bit of a hassle but its worth it. My one stop shop before visiting friends/family in Royal Oak or Detroit.

I called in regards to a bottle of Blantons bourbon. Their asking price was $299.99.(sombody is getting ripped off, no me. )I would ask everyone to never pay anymore than $60-80 a bottle unless it is absolutely rare select. Sorry all the way from Kentucky yall. Cheers.

Good selection and a great staff. Everyone is always super helpful and its tough to beat the prices in this area. For a wonky location, this is the place to go. Make sure to stop by if you want some guys to make some jokes with. Love them!

Customer service is top notch here. I put in a large order for a company event and both Alan and Remy were very helpful in fulfilling the order. Highly recommend this place.

I have been coming here for many years. I come here for everything check cashing, money orders, to pay my bills, & of course they have everything you need at a party store!! The guys are always nice & friendly. Customer service is off the charts great!! I have nothing negative to say about this place. They are truly Awesome!!! 😊😊

They have a great selection of drinks. Their food game is strong! Me and my coworker got the pizza and fried chicken today for lunch and it was pretty good for a liquor store. I didnt go into the experience with high expectations but my pizza was thoroughly cooked and you could tell it was made with fresh ingredients. Lots of flavor. Good job, fellas! We will be back.

Love this store when I visit my brother up the street from the store I have to stop even if I dont need anything particular, they just have a variety of things that other stores dont have in the city I love it! The people are very friendly.

Unreasonable and unexplainable prices on bottles. One of the most overpriced liquor stores within a 5 mile radius. NOT STATE MINIMUM. I recommend you going anywhere else but Franklin Liquor. I wish they would move somewhere else so that a better store could take their place.

Cooler prices don’t match register prices. Told cashier price doesn’t match what’s listed in cooler as he rang me up and he shrugged shoulders and told me the sign is wrong then told me to move down so he could help next customer. I refused and demanded to have the price of the beer adjusted by $2 or refund me the total $12 they chose to refund me?? Lol...my place of business is located right around the corner from there but i will drive miles in the opposite direction to a different store than go back there...rude & business not valued !
