Whenever I call they are very helpful. I really appreciate their technicians and being able to troubleshoot with them over the phone.

The Service Team is the Best in the business!

The worst customer service I have ever witnessed. I have owned a small business for over 28 years and I tried to cancel my service. I no longer had a contract, leased the machine since December of 2012, they are charging me 780 dollars. This is just outrageous and the customer service has been unhelpful. They said it takes up to 3 month to cancel and get a return address to send the machine. Unbelievable!!
