He had to spend a little more time than expected Im sure with helping me find the right location to deliver a package and set up my account. Im not sure why you have this rude woman working here. This is terrible customer service!!! Do not go to this location. Jayliha at the front is very rude and nasty. I asked to speak with a manager she called me out my name several times.

Unfortunatley I sent a package 2 day delivery using UPS, it got to destination in 3 days. Paid $41 dollar and dropped at 4:16pm. Now neither store is accepting that its their fault that driver didnt pick up the package or facility is not taking blame for delayed shipment. Poor experience with UPS, never going there again.

Just finished getting documents notarized scanned & faxed. Very impressed on the attentiveness & professionalism from the 2 employees behind the counter. There was a short busy period and these two ladies were quick to make sure everybody was being helped. I rarely see this exceptional customer service at other stores.

Called Saturday May 9 around 3:00pm and female that answer the phone very rudely, I guess she picked up the phone up on speaker and I could barely hear her. I repeated Hello and as she got closer to the phone and I hear her say “OH MY GOD UPS HELLO” I proceeded to ask her what time they closed to and she said 4:00pm and Hung up, no can I help you with anything else or anything, I actually wanted to know the hours for the upcoming week,Sorry your having a bad day but when your on the clock you need to have better customer service sweetie, smh

Lots of close to the door parking, friendly and efficient staff. I dropped off a return package for Amazon quickly with no problems. Smiles from the staff, who seemed pleased to help customers. A+ on customer service!

This place provides one of the best customer experience I have encountered at alll times. I had a lot of returns that needed to send back and STACEY helped me with it. She was extremely pleasant, polite, patient and professional. She gave me her undivided attention and didn’t make me feel bad for the amount of returned staff I had. I have used this store many times and have almost always found it to be convenient. Today was not the case however. I needed a 24x24x15 inch box. The closest I could get was a 24x24x24, which was fine. Unfortunately, they didnt have any in stock, but they did have two display boxes. I asked if I could buy one of those and I would package up my item and bring it back to ship. But the guy said NO. He wasnt authorized to sell a sample. Are you kidding me? Even after I explained that they wouldnt be getting any more of my business and that Id be writing this review, he instead told me where the next closest UPS store was. Which I went to, bought a box and shipped my 60# item.....they were more than helpful. Way to go Bloomfield UPS!!!!! at Maple and Telegraph. Youll have my business from now on!Oh, and their isnt a choice of putting 0 stars so you got 1.

The staff here is good, fast and attentive. Great customer service and wide range of offerings for all your shipping needs. They are pretty close and convenient for me.

We called in the morning to inquire on the hours that the notary would be available for the day. We were told that he would see customers until 5:30pm. When we arrived at 4pm we were informed that the notary had left for the day. When we mentioned that we had called earlier to make sure that he would be in, the staff said “well the notary is the owner of the store so he comes and goes whenever he wants”. Thank god we hadn’t waited until after 5pm when most of the other options for notaries would be closed. So inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Best ups store Ive ever dealt with. The owner is a super friendly hands on guy. The employees are very respectful. They always have my mail ready for me every time I walk in.

I have used this store many, many times and have always found the staff to be helpful. As for the guy that couldnt buy the sample, it may be against policy. At least they told you the next closest store! Service is exceptional, staff is great. More stores should be like this.
