Fantastic customer service! The ladies in the office helped me trouble shoot a dryer over the phone, and helped me test a part I brought in to the shop. Even when I was ready to give up and schedule a repair, they gave me one more thing to try on my own. It worked; they solved my problem even though it cost them some business.Thats an honest and knowledgeable office staff! Thank you!

The repair man came to my house to check the refrigerator and fix the refrigerator if it was possible. I waited close to a month with no updates, no phone calls or notices on both behalf. I have been without a refrigerator and when I finally got sick of it and call DTE they told me the repairman essentially said it was not going to be repaired and the DTE lady kindly told me everything he had written down when he came in to inspect the product. now its the month of august the man came in on 6-29-2021. still no refrigerator Lowes customer service was nice enough to find the factory warranty on the product. thank you for your time

Repair technician was amazing and extremely professional. I’ve had this company out for multiple appliances through my DTE plan. I’ve had others out and they are not as good as Longton’s Appliance!!!!

Did service on my refrigerator through the DTE Protection Plan. The guy was extremely rude, I asked what caused the problem and I was told he spent 10 minutes telling my mother and told me to ask her. The service guy was a real jerk, hard to believe he’s in business! I would never recommend this company, NEVER..... I called DTE and filed a complaint accordingly.
