Love this store. But lately, they havent had what I needed; however, online does! The employees here are always nice and helpful and I could seriously live in this store.

Great prices, wonderful staff. Like most places its suffering from a staff shortage, but the ones that are there? Absolutely make the experience worthwhile. All very helpful and kind. Amazing team. 10/10 do recommend this location!

Poor customer service* two associates at the front counter seemingly NOT busy watched me as I come in the store walked less than 4feet away...neither one of them even attempted to acknowledge me nor greet me in any way*finally found a picture frames that might look cute,come back to the counter the young lady reluctantly asked me am i a points member YES...Enter your number...rings me up & then asked would u like a bag?YES...Keep in mind I purchased TWO 5×8pic frames 🙄Spotty selection in most departments unlike other locations

The store was well stocked even with the transition of seasons. While they didnt have what I wanted I had the most amazing assistance trying to figure out options.

Great arts and crafts store. One of the original design of Michael’s. So if you want a trip into the origins of this craft store’s beginnings, stop by. It has all the great things that the bigger stores have. They were very helpful too!

The building reminded me of an old Franks craft store but this Michaels seems to have more than any of the Michaels Ive been in around the US! Clean, well organized with a friendly staff! What more can you ask for?This is a location Ill be stopping every time Im in the area!

Well organized and very helpful staff. They helped me make a Minnesota Vikings wall ornament for the 2018 season. Go Vikes! The best part is they are dog friendly too, but she did not want to go with. Oh well maybe next time she will join the trip. Plastic flowers on sale too.

Went into the Southgate Michaels the other day looking for a Cricut replacement part. I didn’t know what I was looking for but I had the item with me. A salesman named Tim was probably the most knowledgeable, kind and extremely helpful person I have ever met. I wish ALL stores had workers like Tim. Great job and thanks again Tim for ALL your help.

They are in the process of rearranging the aisles in the store so it was hard to find what I came to purchase. And they are running low on a lot of the items that they used to sell months ago.

Open and operating during these rough times, I was thankful to be able to get what I needed. They are operating safely and can safely recommend going if ya need anything and arent set enough on an item to do curbside pickup.

I wish I could give a NO STAR review of this location!! My fiance and I were shopping here on 12/22/19 when a bottle of paint slipped from my hands, fell to the floor and exploded on impact and covered my fiance in paint. He immediately went in search of an employee to let them know there was a mess, and ask to use a restroom to clean the paint from his clothes. He was given a roll of paper towel after being told that there was NO restroom in the building, not even one that the employees had available to them to use during their shifts, they apparently use the one in the business located next to them although that business was closed at the time and had been for HOURS. I had stayed with the paint spill to make sure no other customers came by slipped in it, after almost 10 minutes an employee came over, looked at the mess, spoke in her microphone to communicate to another employee that she was only one person and promptly walked away. We stayed in in the store for another 20 minutes looking for our purchases, during which time the spill was NOT cleaned up (I checked before checking out). Not once was an apology given for the inability to allow my fiance to clean himself up, in fact 2 of the employees had the audacity to stand behind me as I checked out and speak of my fiance in a manner in which honestly, had I already not been beyond furious over the fact that his shoes, pants and leather jacket were RUINED, I would have addressed right then and there. Instead, we have contacted corporate to report the incident. The attitude of the manager on duty, the one that was speaking to the other employee about my fiance, was BEYOND appalling!! The fact that she felt that it was acceptable to speak as she was, to an employee where customers could hear her (I was not the only one checking out at the time), that she made NO attempt to clean the mess but apparently expected us to with a roll of paper towel and no water, and issue NO apology of any kind... Unacceptable as a manager!! Yes, I DO realize that the spill WAS my fault, the bottle slipped from my hand, but accidents happen and to give us the attitude we received over the whole situation was COMPLETELY unprofessional. As someone who frequently shopped at this location, I will NEVER be back.

Food was great! I had the French Dip and my husband had the Turkey Reuben. Both were so fresh and yummy. We splurged and had dessert, the Tuxedo Cake...YUMMMM We also had great service! Wonderful first visit, can not wait to go back!

I asked if there was someone else that could help me and her reply was there is someone on the floor. So I went and asked her when I found her and she didnt even know what I was asking about. Good place to find craft/decor materials. This location is smaller than others ive visited so they have limited materials and decor but still offer a good variety. Place is kept up for the most part as far as stocked and clean. Service is a hit and miss, somedays exceptional and friendly/fast and others you may get a nasty look by an employee and one person on checkout. Recommend it if you are in need of something but you gotta try out Joanns a few miles down the road as there you are bound to receive the expected.

A little over priced sometimes but I enjoy being able to find things I need for my bakery business when I can’t find them anywhere else.

Its been a while since Ive been in there, but its different now. Things are more modern like now. Less do it yourself items. But still a nice place!

The Paint that I bought from this location was horrendous. The store is way too small, only about 100 square feet. For every 3 head, there were maybe 1 or 2 items to paint. There was almost never a left over paint tray. On top of that, all of the heads came from there. Very sad! Not a happy camper there anymore.

The store was clean but the windows where not clean.

The clerks go out of their way to find discounts...really nice for arts and home decor stuff.

Very excellent customer service. I told the man I had an oil pastel drawing on canvas that I framed. First thing he said was I hope it isnt flush against the frame! I thought wow he really knows his stuff, and told him no, it was in back in a box frame. I described the piece and that I needed to attach the frame to the canvas. He directed me to the canvas clips and found the size I needed. He also suggested hanger wire, told me how much weight it could take and described in detail how to attach everything, the clips and wire, that I needed wire cutters, about the length I needed, that I needed to twist tje wire around itself, etc. Very helpful and nice! It was only $3 and he still took the time to help! Forgive me for not knowing his name but it was Scottie or something. I just glanced at his name tag. Thanks for the great service.Also Sid who works there is extremely kind and friendly. Its been a while since I have seen her there but she really knows her stuff!
