Very quick and friendly! I came in hoping to get a quote for a cat back exhaust replacement and it turned out great! They were informative in telling me what was wrong with the exhaust, and what work would have to be done. The work was done in less than an hour and a half, and most of the time was just waiting on the parts! Really solid business with awesome employees, I definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here for quality work!

I needed to replace the muffler and tailpipe on my 2015, lifted, F-150. I called first to see if they were busy and had a bay that my truck would fit in because of its height. They told me to bring it down and they would look at it and if needed they would do the work with the truck on the ground - these guys are serious go-getters.Well, my truck fit on a lift, they got the work done in record time, and they gave me a discount for being a vet. I went here to get issues with my car fixed, one issue I had with my car I’ve been trying to resolve for a couple years with an acceleration problem. I’ve been to multiple auto shops and they all told me different things which most of it didn’t make much sense. I went to this location and they did an entire process to make sure they resolved the issue. Clay and Nick are friendly and do great work with honest pricing. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I had a muffler put on my truck and they completely forgot to weld the top part of the pipe to the muffler

Brought my Wrangler to these guys earlier today, and needed to have an entire exhaust system installed front to back, they did not disappoint! They custom bent every part of the pipe perfectly, my jeep has never sound better. I even payed almost $50 less than what I was quoted 🤩.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND NEW OWNER. New owner was very honest and courteous. The shop man was very polite and has experience and not rude in any way. Service was quick and done professionally. The regional manager was also there and was the best hands on type of supervisor that I have seen from a business in a very long time. I love the fact that they are bringing back the old school core values of Muffler Man that I remember as a kid and with those old school prices and customer care. THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAS CHANGED AND IS BETTER. I would recommend this place for muffler and underbody needs. Again Reminds me of the good muffler shops back in the day and are very reasonably price. They will not empty your wallet and he is true to his word about prices and will work with you. I would highly recommend this place even to my parents.

They have a seriously talented pipe fabricator working here. This guy created a custom pipe for me with several complex bends and twists and flares, etc., then put it on with the smoothest weld Ive ever seen. Really happy with the service.

These guys worked on my brother ford contour about a year ago we took in thinking we had a problem with the Cadillac converter it ended up being a flex pipe but they pushed to have the converter cleaned we turned it down well car ended up take a dump about a month later car sat in the back yard we went to sell it the other day and upon looking under the car they took the Cadillac converter and straight piped it. These guys are crooks!

Today is October 12, 2019. I brought my car up to the shop to get fixed on Friday morning. I had several things going on with my Honda Pilot. I spoke with Alyjah about getting my car fixed and in a timely manner because this was my only transportation. He assured me he would have it completed by the morning seeing that he needed to order my parts. He dropped me off at home on Friday. And Saturday morning my car was ready. He came and picked me up and Im so happy with the service here in Southgate. They have a customer for life.

Horrible experience! I gave 1 star because it was the lowest I can give! I over paid, & had to return for the repairs to be done right. I spent 2 trips, over 10 hours total, and nearly $400 for a manifold to be replaced... manager & the technician that worked on it (long grey hair) both had bad attitudes!! HORRIBLE!!

New owners all of a sudden .These guys dont know how to use a hoist .reminded them not to mess up the paint with the hoist when I got there.they messed it up anyways.when I showed him the damage the hoist was doing .he argued with me and said hed follow me to a body shop .he followed me there then argued with the shop owner of the body shop and me and said he wouldnt pay the damages.he was very rude and has no problems with beating up your stuff with his hoist .his tech seemed very unknowledgable and nervous.I would be scared to come here now .used to do nice work
