Good experience from the sales office to the installers. The installers took care of some flooring issues from the original builder to provide a great looking floor. They were courteous, cleaned up afterwards and worked very hard to be on schedule. Good explanation for caring for the flooring. Not the least expensive flooring company around but the valve is there and worth the extra.

I guess it was just luck that I happened to stop by Jabros when starting to look at flooring for our kitchen and stairway to the basement...Having already chosen a new wallpaper for the room, I wanted a vinyl floor to compliment the print. Im known to be very particular, so when I found the perfect flooring, even I was surprised! Everyone who helped complete the project was great, professional and skilled. They even offered to paint and match the floor molding to the cabinets I had just renovated! When my husband and I saw all that was involved in the job, we realized the cost was very reasonable. We now have a new kitchen & stairway (much safer too!) for Christmas! Thanks to Dustin, Lee, Jim, CJ, Kevin, Sheree, and the whole family business for a job well done. And- Merry Christmas!

We dont purchase carpet very often but when we do this is our GO TO place. Over the years they have been friendly, knowledgeable and give first class service...they have a grand selection of quality carpet and a nice selection of bolt ends as well. Always very happy....

Just had vinyl plank flooring installed in kitchen and on through family room.Excellent company to work with.I requested to move up if anyone cancelled and ended up getting it done 3 weeks earlier than original quoted time.Men who installed it were knowledgeable and did an excellent job, even in problem areas.I would highly recommend Jabors Carpet One.

Sue, my salesperson, did a fabulous job helping me pick out the perfect carpet and laminate. I needed carpet for a staircase and she steered me to the perfect weight and materials for such a high traffic area. I am very satisfied with the professional installation of the carpet as well. The laminate was purchased at Jabro but we did the installation. All the new flooring is beautiful. I highly recommend.

I hired a team from Jabro to do the carpet in my entire upstairs floor (including stairs) and first floor living room. The team was fantastic to work with and were excellent at advising me on which carpet level and padding to use in my home. The installation was quick and looks amazing.

I was shopping for vinyl flooring for my living room and carpeting for the upstairs hall and stairs. Jaybros is the place to go. Lee met me in the show room, I explained my needs and he showed me carpet samples and vinyl samples. The choice was easy from the wide selection offered. Lee measured my house the next day and the installation wait was approximately three weeks, enough time for me to paint all of the flooring areas. The installation crew were great, fast efficient work, they cleaned up after themselves, refused my offer to dispose of the extra in my trash can. I am happy with my choices and the installation. Customer service is the best, buy from here. I chose five stars because six was not offered. Jabro carpet just completed carpeting our upstairs bedroom and I just cant say enough about the job they did, from when we first walked into the store to when the installers were finished they kept in contact with us the whole way and even calling the next day to ask us if everything went OK. I purchased flooring at another Carpet One and the installation was of poor quality. I reached out to Gloria at Jabro Carpet One she personally came out to inspect the work with her installer Chuck. She contacted the manufacture of the shoe moldings that were installed to find out what kind of adhesive to use. A week or so later Chuck came out and did the proper repairs! Thank-you very much Gloria at Jabro Carpet One! Buy from the lady, she cares! I can not Thank-you enough!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JABRO CARPET IN SOUTHGATE,MI 48195My husband and I had carpet installed on 6/18/2014. I paid for 6 extra inches of carpet so they could turn and tuck my carpet at the closet .The turn and tuck at the coset looks great. All my carpeted doorways in my house are turn and tucked including the hallway leading up to the bedroom were they put the carpet in the bed room. What they did at the door way of my bed room was untuck the carpet in my hall way cut it off straight and seem the two prices of carpet together. Its looks  horrible. It looks like a do it yourself job and now none of my door ways match. No where in the four corners of the contract that I had with them does it say to alter my hall way carpet. They were not getting paid to work on my hall way carpet just put carpet in the bed room. Two months ago I had carpet put in my bedroom across the hall way by Dalton flooring center in Southgate, Mi. They put the carpet in and never alter my hallway carpet and it looks great. Now I have to get new carpet in my front room and hallway because they connect in order for my door ways to look nice and match. The attitudes of the carpet installers were not great once they new I was not happy with the job. The owner sent some guy out to look at the carpet and he had a very bad attitude as well. The lady at the store was very nice but she cant fix my hall way carpet that was cut off. I am 50 years old and have owned three homes so I have had plenty of carpet installed over the years. This is the first time I have ever been unhappy with a carpet job . This is also the first time that I have been so upset with any job that I took the time to wright a bad review. Do not no business with Jabro Carpet go somewhere else. All My friends tells me I should take them to court !!!!!
