My laptop had a flickering mouse pointer and I tried to fix it myself and in the process cleared all of my diagnostics. So my sister told me that this Southwick Computer Services was great and I should call them to see if I can save my computer. I called him and he came and picked up my laptop around 11am (very nice guy) and then came back with it 4 hours later that same day and it was fixed. Not only did he save and fix the laptop but gave me some great knowledgeable information. My lap top now is running like a Ferrari and I highly recommend this place if you are having issues with a computer.

Rob was great to work with. We discussed a couple of options on how to deal with a laptop with a broken chassis. I opted to replace it, and he had my machine back to me less than 24 hours after he received the part. The assembly is in factory condition again, and Rob was extremely prompt in our communication. He brought my computer back to his shop, found the problem and called me within one day to discuss what needed to be done. One day later, my laptop was back and I was back in business. He made sure I understood what he had done and gave me pointers on how to help avoid the problem again. He backed up my computer and showed me how to do it weekly. So less than 48 hours from making my call, my computer was fixed, my data was backed up, and I never had to leave my home. And on top of that, his price was very fair. He called me through the day to keep me informed of the diagnosis. When finished, he dropped off the laptop at my house, set the laptop up and went over what he did. Robert came to the house and picked up my laptop. We told him the power on button was not functioning.He took the computer to his home office, opened it for diagnosis, found the power button had lifted off its solder pads on its circuit board.Rather than order a new power button (Best Buy had said that was the only option and suggested I buy a new computer), Robert resoldered the button, tested the functionality, and returned the computer within 3 hours at a very reasonable price.I will use his services again and recommend him highly.
