This shop is the best.They are very kind and helpful to their customers. Im new to dirt biking and have a lot of simple questions and they never seem disinterested or annoyed at answering anything. Where with my experience at other local and bigger shops, the service department seems less interested in your needs. They know you need them so they dont really seem to care how they treat customers. MotoXperts are much kinder to work with.Their attention to quality is top notch . I took my bike to them to rebuild my top end, and it felt like a new bike after. I am confident that if I ever had an issue with my bike, they would be able to help me and not take advantage of my need to get my bike fixed. Took my 2004 Kawasaki 250 dirt bike here cus It wouldn’t run they said it would cost over 3k to rebuild the bike so I took to another shop and they cleaned the carb for 160 and it has ran great ever scents would give no stars but I haft to put one

I paid a fair price for my Sherco and got some white glove service to go with it. Kam was very helpful during the pickup process and was willing to field any and all questions. Great experience. About 4 engine hours in, I took the bike in for a minor issue that turned out to be difficult to diagnose. Kam made me feel completely assured that he was doing everything possible to get the bike back to me and make up for lost seat time. Despite a slight bump in the road, Kam and MotoXperts had me walking away happier than if nothing had gone wrong in the first place. This sales and after-sales service is exactly why I wont even need to convince my friends to go here for all sales and service, despite not being very close to where we live. Wish they sold snowmobiles so I could get my next from them too.

These guys are amazing and definitely go the extra mile when it comes to keeping commitments. I had called and talked to them about suspension for 2018 ktm 250xcw after getting my but kick out at the cheery creek desert race. They were very friendly and patiencent with me on the phone, and made a commitment to have the bike done before the Knolls race. Not only did they come through with having the suspension ready, but instead of being completely wasted 60 miles into the race I was able to pound those sand whoops the whole race!THANKS YOU GUYS!

I was on a cross country motorcycle trip with my dad and brothers and had less mileage left on my rear tire than I thought. About 2000 miles into the trip the cords began showing. After calling two other shops that were unable to help us we contacted MotoXperts. Without hesitation they said to bring it in right away and had the tire swapped out within the hour. I walked in wanting to just check out the new Sherco’s for future reference, but I ended up taking one home with me. I came completely unprepared, and didn’t bring a vehicle to take the bike home with me. Which is a problem, because we were 4 hours from home. Camaron was awesome to deal with, very straight forward and honest guy. He answered all of my questions about the bike and walked through it all with me. I had shown up driving my wife’s Jeep, and he went way out of his way to help me find a hitch carrier for the bike locally and even worked on getting me a great deal on it. He lent me tools to assemble to carrier, and threw in free t-shirts for my wife, my son and me. You won’t regret coming to this place. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was a really really great experience. Will be coming back in the future every chance possible. Awesome people and great bike shop! Looking forward to having them work my suspension for me. I just found these guys online but after speaking with them realized that they know what they are doing. I used to race and have support at my finger tips but now that I am older and just ride for fun, it is nice to find the kind of dedication that I was used to. They quoted me a fair price, and actually stuck to it when it was all said and done. It was even right on time. Impressive guys. Thank you. I will see you next time for sure.

Amazing place and service. I bought a used bike from here and the process was very smooth. They had a fresh air filter in the bike and I could even tell they had put on new fuel line and greased some bearings before selling it. Ill definitely bring my suspension back for service after my experience. EDIT: had my suspension revalved and reprung and its the best suspension Ive had to date. Ive had 3 other bikes suspension redone by reputable companies, but that racetech setup they did is fantastic.

Good guys. Nice and fun to talk bikes with. I didnt end up buying here but I would still recommend anyone to visit because they are honest, not pushy and they actually ride dirtbikes.

Highly recommend MotoXperts for all your motorcycle suspension needs. I brought in my adventure bike shock for a rebuild and re-spring. Not only did he quickly complete the entire service he also called me and made me aware of an issue with my shock body. The best part was he had researched the replacement and had a solution to go over before he called. All said and done the shock is flawless and I will be taking all my suspension to him from now on!

Great help, Kevin and his pit crew at the buzzards mesquite desert race saw that after a couple laps my bike had an issue with the rear tire adjuster had come loose and the brake rotor was hanging up.Before I knew what needed to be fixed, They had the tire off and worked over the rotor and found a new chain tension bolt that fit and had the bike ready for another lap.They do not know me or my bike, please support this shop, they have earned my praise and support.Big thanks to moto experts.

I was on an adventure ride on my Africa Twin and blew both fork seals on a Sunday. They got the bike in Monday and back on the road in just a couple hours. Very helpful and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Everyone I’ve met here have been very helpful. Quick service and they follow up with calls. They are all kind and have great quality service. I’ve tried a few other bike shops and they are the best with customer service.

I used MotoXperts to revalve my suspension on my dirt bike (Honda CRF 450r) to optimize if for someone who spends 60% of their time riding in the Utah deserts and 40% on the track. I had a hard time deciding on whether or not to let them revalve my suspension vs. performing the work myself. In the end, I decided to rely on their expertise and I am SO glad I did. I now have the peace of mind knowing that my forks, shocks, (especially my inner cartridges) are in great shape and will provide many more seasons of riding. And if I dont like it, I can take the suspension back and they will revalve it again at no cost until Im satisfied with the new settings. However, that was definitely not needed since the final outcome of my bike is incredible. My bike feels more balanced than its ever been. It gives a confidence inspiring, smoother ride. I immediately found myself trying obstacles, jumps and hill climbs I wouldnt have considered before. I have yet to time myself on the track, but I am confident that my track times will decrease too as the suspension absorbs brake bumps much better, corners faster and tracks better than it did before. They have an incredibly knowledgeable staff who are friendly and provided for a great experience. Definitely will be recommending them to all my friends. This is also the 2nd bike Ive ridden with suspension that has been revalved by MotoXperts, and that bike ripped too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I took a china pit bike tire in to a big name dealer in Provo Utah for a flat repair. They treated me like a criminal..pay in advance for tube..6 to 10 days, come in again to drop off tire... 2 to 3 days..Pay in advance.. NO WAY.. I was referred by someone else,to MotoXperts. They were great. Even though this was just a small repair that would hardly make them any money at all, they treated me like a valued customer that they want to return many times. They had the tire repaired early the next day. I highly recommend them.

After talking with Cameron over the phone I decided to send MotoXperts my suspenion to be revalved and worked with Race Tech parts. I had been fighting my suspension for three years on my 17 Beta 300 RR. I was convinced it was as good as it was going to get.After spending the last two afternoons on the Beta with the new Race Tech suspesion Im blown away. What a difference! My confidence has gone up several degrees because of the stuff Im riding through now and with the ease the Beta is doing it. I always loved its engine, but just putting up with the legs. MotoXperts is the only place Ill take my bike anymore. Absolutely wonderful staff who really care about you and your machine as well as your experience with them.Cameron has always gone the extra mile for me, answering questions whenever needed over the phone or if I stop by.Theyve always had my best interest and my wallets in mind and do their best to balance price and quality. Had my shock rebuilt and they finished $50 less than quoted, almost a full day ahead of schedule.Theyve rebuilt the forks, few tire changes, lots of brake work, shocks, and a couple other things on my R6 and everything they do lasts. Theyre not always the cheapest, but always competitive on pricing and anything extra is worth every penny.

One of my better shop experiences. They explained everything they needed to do before hand, including cost. After I got my cases back, I was impressed with the work they did. They even had to buy an entire kit if inserts, that wasnt cheap, to get the one insert my case half needed, and didnt change the price that I was quoted. The shop is clean, easy to find, and everyone there is extremely good at their job. I recommend motoxperts for everything.

They are a little far from my house but I went there because the shops closer to me could not get me in for a week or so. I needed some work done on my FZ-09 and didnt have a mechanic that i could trust in the area. I found out about MotoXperts and met the owner Kevin. Great guy with tons of experience and knowledge. Kevin got my bike tuned up perfectly and really took care of my bike. Its really nice to have someone who cares so much about your motorcycle as MotoXperts does. They have earned my business and would recommend anyone to use them for any motorcycle needs, even if it is a bit of a drive, worth the gas.

Went in about a month ago to get the tires changed on my 05 Shadow, not only are they closer to me than the Honda store all the way up in Orem but they did the switch out for cheaper than Honda. Great service here, they even tightened my rear brake up for me when changing out the tires. This is the second time I have been to MotoXperts and I will continue to come here for my moto repair needs.

Not sure how I fill, super nice people. Awsome atmosphere and I did take my motor to them in peace’s, I had bought a new crank and could not get it to work took it to them in hopes of getting it fixed, after a week of waiting which was to be expected I got a call saying they though my crank was wrong or my crank casings where bad, they never fully said what was wrong with it just the possibility that it was the crank or casing, I went to pick it up and they wanted to charge me around 180 dollars, I didn’t even get a answer on what was fully the problem, he did drop the price to 130 which I was thankful for but just a little frustrated with them, if I go back I hope to have a better experience next time sounds like most people have good luck with them maybe my situation was just a unlucky one.

Kevin at MotoXperts is one of the best out there in the business. It can be difficult to find a good, knowledgeable, morally high standard guy in this business at times and I never once had to worry about Kevin. I walked into Motoxperts over two years ago looking for a bike randomly and was so grateful I saw a ksl listing to have met the guys over at Motoxperts. I have never gone anywhere else for parts or services since then. Kevin and Cameron are honest, genuine, hard working, and are willing to do anything to make sure you’re happy. I got my 2015 crf 250r through them and recently had kevin do my full suspension on it and it runs like a champ. I found these guys from an ad on KSL. They put a rekluse clutch in my bike as well as diagnosing and fixing some other mechanical problems that I was dealing with. Bike ran great..... till I wrecked it.. hahah! Well I got a new bike and took it to these guys before I even took it home for another rekluse. They had my bike done and ready to pick up within 18 hours. They are very likable guys and provide fantastic customer service. Thanks Cameron and Kevin!

I Recently purchased the bike at a reasonable price, noticed a day after the purchase that I had a couple small issues, called the shop and they got me in and taken care of right away with no hassle or issues. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family for new purchases and maintenance related items

Took my ATV into Honda World of SLC for a shifting issue. I had done my homework so I had a pretty good idea of the problem. HW said that the case needed to be split and as a result they said my shifting forks were all bent and my gears were smoked. The final fix bill would be over $1300 for a full tranny rebuild!!!! I picked up my machine, in card board boxes by this point, and took it down to MotoXperts in Spanish Fork. They went through every part and found the root of the issue was a $15 part!!! By this time I had spent $153 with HW and now had to spend $1052 with MotoXperts (awesome group with shop rates at $85/hr vs HW of $129/hr). As an apology from HW I got a $500 check but still ended up spending over $700 for a $15 part!!! HW service techs are not honest people-period. There was no need to split the case. They lied about bent shift forks. They lied about the internal gears being “destroyed”. NEVER take anything to them for service. Someone should have been fired for this lie. I now have my quad and it runs perfectly. Cameron and his crew at MotoXperts in Spanish Fork will get my business and everyone I talk to! Thank you Cameron for being straight forward and honest.
