This is the best place for auto parts. They go out of their way to help you and get you what you need. Everybody is extremely helpful and nice. They have the best prices and quality by far.

Went the extra mile to help with my problem. The gal behind the counter was very helpful and helped me research some problems from several sources and found several solutions to the same issue. Very straightforward and kind.

The only auto parts store that knows what they are talking about, they never get my parts wrong and everyone knows that its the only place that mechanic shops trust as Well!Auto zone, oriellys, advanced auto and many other places online are all the same you must know what you are looking for at those places and its hard to trust there advise they are not professional they dont know enough about cars. Napa is the only way to go Im biased and for good reason because they truly know what they are talking about.

Staff was nice and helpful. The selection wasnt the greatest but its a smaller store so that doesnt bother me.

This location in spanish fork actually matches its stores prices in california which means you are actually paying more here than if you go to the one in springville. Not sure about other locations.

Needed to borrow a test light for literally seconds. Didnt have one available for customer use, so I ended up buying one and used it in their parking lot for probably only 20 seconds max. Didnt even scuff the packaging or undo the rubber band securing the wires. Looked as if it had never been used, wouldnt let me return it.
