I ordered a Cherokee L in August. Every person in this dealership are awesome to work with. I Mostly worked with Hunter and Jeramie. Both were very knowledgeable and great to work with. Jermaie kept me updated weekly with the progress of my jeep and when it finally arrived and it was time to finalize the deal he went over every detail and answered every question I had. He followed up a few days after to make sure everything was going smooth and to see how I was liking it. I had a TV installed in the jeep and went through the company the dealership uses. Jeramie went out of his way to call the company and schedule the installment and had them pick it up and drop it off so I did not have to drive it in. He made this such an easy process and I will definitely be using them again in the future. Hands down they are the best dealership I have ever walked into. I highly recommend them.

Their techs are too busy to service your vehicle at the time you set it up for. The service writers are not the most friendly. 3 stars because I had to reschedule my service appointment twice and when I came in on the second time, they told me Id be one of the last vehicles they would see that day. Why do you make an appointment if they dont keep you at your appointed time (especially since my appointment was a diagnostic appointment that was covered by the warranty)? Someone needs to fix this with their service department. Seems as though the left hand isnt talking to the right hand.

We purchased a car a while ago and I still struggle thinking about the experience. The person we worked with was super nice, but I definitely feel like we were not treated very honestly. They didn’t honor their online price and gave us a deal on some random number pulled from a hat that was hundreds more than their online listed price. So stick to your guns and make sure they give you the same numbers. When I asked about it it was kinda brushed over which I didn’t like. Over all an ok experience, but I wish I had been more forceful and demanded the original price.

It’s what most of your car purchase interactions should fall into. The middle of the bell curve.4 stars would be above average. Small gestures that weren’t required but appreciated. Going the extra mile.5 stars is an ace. 100%. A rare occurrence. Truly extraordinary. Leaving no doubt that a better deal could have been put together or more thought into the relationship.Marcos achieved 5 star status.I submitted a build order request on the manufacturers website to get some feelers for price and delivery time. The next day Marcos called me with some similar trucks they had on hand, and while I was fairly set on building I told him I would entertain the idea if he gave me some pricing. He was on it. Same day I received transparent pricing that was extremely competitive and better than what I had received from other dealers. Marcos was quick to respond with additional info as we crafted the details. ALL of which took place over the phone while I was in another state.The truck was the easy part. I also needed quite a few customizations to the 5500 and Marcos was up for the challenge of meeting my high expectations. Again, all of which took place over the phone. Within a few days we had the deal formalized and I eventually made it in to meet Marcos and officially sign the docs so the fabrication could commence.Marcos was very professional and while I NEVER would have imagined purchasing a truck sight-unseen, over-the-phone, from another state, he made the process as fluid as possible and instilled a lot of trust over the phone. When it comes to dealership experiences, I am not one who is usually very excited to go through with that process but this experience was very different in such a positive way. Doug Smith in Spanish Fork listed the 2019 Ram pickup that I bought at a great price, they gave me more than fair value for my trade and just took great care of me. If youre someone concerned with COVID, they can work with you over text or phone and iron out all the details beforehand like my situation. We agreed on numbers and then the next day I brought my trade vehicle, did a few documents of paperwork and was out the door in 30 MINUTES!! Tyler Gardiner was my dealer and he was incredibly helpful, professional and would recommend him to anyone. Paul was the finance manager and he too was great, informative but not pushy and was kind and respectful. If you want a fair or better deal, go to Doug Smith. Theyre the most transparent out of all the dealerships I visited in a 100 mile area and I guarantee your experience will be just as great.
