Their graphic designer was not working when we went in, but they were still able to take care of everything we needed. I would not hesitate to use them again!

I came in to get copy’s of a picture and have them laminated. One of the pictures wasn’t in color, which they fixed but all of them were copied crooked and definitely didn’t look professional. Also they were all folded up awkwardly instead of being cut out. These pictures were very important to me so I’ll probably go somewhere else to have them done better.

Great quality prints. They looked amazing. Had a bit of miscommunication about price, but J-Mart worked with me to make sure it all got sorted out. By the way, their prices are definitely fair. Id recommend J-Mart for professional quality prints.

My new favorite for copy and printing needs! I urgently needed a large quantity of black and white copies for work. Trying to handle that volume of printing at my work killed all of our standard printers and our industrial copier so I called nearly 20 places between spanish fork and salt lake for quotes. J-mart was the least expensive. I took my original to them in the middle of the day on a Thursday. Initially I was thinking the project would be done maybe after the weekend and if I was incredibly lucky maybe on Friday (just based on the quotes I collected from other shops.) I was wrong in the best possible way. When I arrived they were very busy with many customers but they still managed to finish the job within a couple of hours the very same day! All still at the best price! Thank you guys so much! I will be back!

Locally owned and operated for a lot of years. This place does everything from wedding invitations, artistic type canvas prints, copy center and photos.Theyll help you design what you need. They also have a user-friendly website, you can email jobs to them as well.

I ordered a number of 11X17 and 8.5X11 prints and specified that I needed them to be full bleed images. After receiving my order I went to ship them to my clients but realized that they were smaller than the sleeves I was putting them in. They printed them standard no bleed with a 1/8 margin, then just cutting the trim off. Resulting in them being 1/4 smaller than my sleeves creating an ugly gap.EDIT: After bringing up the issue they promptly reprinted my images at the proper size.

Printed exactly what we needed but it was a few days late because they didnt have ink for the printer and the other one was broke and they miss placed or lost our order. Weird. They charged us less for the inconvenience but only after I asked.

They are completely unorganized and unable to find half of the orders. I also stood in the lobby for about 8 minutes before even being acknowledged. I also heard them unsuccessfully find other people’s orders. The product that I ordered looked nice but that’s the only positive thing I can say.

This is really the only local alternative to FedEx Office and it does a much better job than they do. Big and small jobs are all treated well. Biggest complaints come down to very little parking (parallel out front) and small customer space.
