Perfectly clean and well kept store. VERY nice employees. Could not suggest more that someone should come here for craft supplies and whatever needs they can fill. Theyre always having awesome deals.

Weve been to many JOANN locations and weve always been able to find things we need, and plenty of things we dont need. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially when you dont quite know exactly what you are looking for with a new hobby or project. Theres also great sales frequently and really good teacher discounts, which was really great for my wife when she was teaching with a very limited budget. Well continue to visit JOANN stores in the future!

(Spanish Fork location only) I do a lot of crafting and although Joannes is somewhere I shop somewhat often, I end up going there only for convenience and only if my needs are simple. I dont ever shop there for new ideas or for things to create that are the latest craze. They just dont have a good selection. Like with resin projects. This is very popular right now yet they have only a couple different molds, a few very small options for beads, glitter or metal leaf to enhance your project and only 2 options as to quantity of resin. Their whole selection of craft supplies and home decor is pitifully small. I only shop there when I cant get to one of the larger competitors. I will say that generally speaking, the merchandise they do have is competitively priced and much of the inventory seems to be on sale constantly. Also, their selection in material for sewing projects as well as yarn and thread seem to be more fully stocked. Otherwise, some shelves are completely bare. It takes a long time to check out because there is usually only 1 cashier, despite the fact that there may be 8-10 people in line. They never call for more help. Joannes is OK in a pinch, but generally speaking, I do the majority of my craft supply shopping elsewhere.

Awful customer service from the manager Chelsie. There was no people in the cutting area she asked me if I had a number, told her there is no one else that I just need 1/2 yard of fabric.. anyways I grabbed number 35, with the baddest attitude she called on the speaker for number 34 she just ignored me and she waited to see if someone had # 34 then after a while a lady came with her cart full of fabric and she helped her and looked at me on a very rude way, couldnt believe when a girl told me that she is the store manager. JOANN please hire professional people!!!

Wont go back to this location ever after store associate Chelsea stood in the parking lot and yelled at us as we sat in our truck. Yes, we arrived a little bit early(nearly 4 hours after making the order ) to retrieve our online order. The one item we needed was not available at the stores close to us so we decided to drive the 20 miles to SF. After picking up a couple of other store orders, we decided to not drive home only to turn around to pick up this order. I would have loved to just go inside and pick up this item off the shelf, pay and leave, but we fit in the high risk catagory. Never been treated so poorly.

I like the store and its set up. I do not like that I can only find help from the people at the check out. No matter what time I go. Ribbon is on end caps and in the very back on the wall instead of a on an isle. I have been asking for half circle Spheres for over a year . I also think their holiday decorations are considerably over priced.

The cashier argued with me about the fall sale they were having. She didnt believe me when I told her that all the signs said 75% off all fall items. Yes it was the first day of the sale, but she should be aware of what sales were going on. Because the fall items came up as regular price, I had to tell her that it was an incorrect price and she did the math and somehow said 75% off of $25 was $12.50. I ended up paying more than I should have because I didnt have the patience to keep arguing with her.

Something for everyone! I have found cute projects and art supplies for my grandchildren as well as fun projects for me. I love their floral selection, the wide variety of amazing fabrics and money saving coupons!I became an instant hit at Christmas time. I made darling Cloak Capes for several of my granddaughters. Fun ballerina skirts, PJs for the boys. I also made over 35 plus blankets for members of our family that are big and warm. Numerous baby blankets out of Minky and flannel too. I just recently learned to do crib sheets. So fun! I just finished up on some cute Mermaid pants and adorable travel pillow cases from my Minky scraps etc. I have not sewn in ages but I kept at it and have so many projects that my family seems to love.Next, I hope to finish up some memory quilted wall hangings for my children. JoAnns is the perfect store to be inspired for gifts from the heart and soul! Perfect place to learn many (how to) projects and become more proficient in sewing skills. I love being a Grandmother and spoiling my tribe with love thats homemade.JoAnn makes it easy!

Great options for DIYers, crafty types, etc. They offer a nice discount for teachers and others as well, which I take advantage of. Great to have such a store with lots of stock in S. Utah County.

I was shopping with my friend today who is a bit eccentric. She had a lot of things in her cart to purchase but when we reached the register she changed her mind on some of her purchases. Meg was helping us to check out and she was soooo patient with us as I tried to help my friend decide which purchases she would actually buy!! My friend walks with a walker, is elderly and has not been out of her house much during Covid. We really appreciated Meg’s kindness and helpfulness as we checked out!! Love coming to this location. I am always able to find what I need and the service is very friendly. Occasionally, the wait is long but most of the time, you only need to wait for a couple other people before being helped. Lots of different types of fabrics and crafting supplies available. They also have seasonal decor that is super cute. They have frequent sales so it is always easy to get a discount on anything you are looking for.

The employees here are enthusiastic and helpful! Whenever an item is out of stock, they make sure to get it in stock. They are the best place in Spanish Fork to buy fine art, crafting, sewing, and other creative supplies. Even when they are super busy it’s nice and clean.

Incredibly helpful staff regarding hard to find project products. The last trip the cashier picked up a few glues I wanted to test after telling me they had every type I was looking for to use on a permenant flexible repair project.It was amazing they had them at the register when I walked in due to my time constraints that day.Definitely will be shopping here again.

They always have everything I need for my sewing projects - and then some!!I remember when I made me very first ever visit to JOANN. It was overwhelming and super daunting. The staff was awesome. They walked me through my project, step by step; helped me find each individual item that I needed for it, and even chitchatted with me while we were doing it so we could put a personalized spin on it for the person receiving it. It took a huge weight off my shoulders that they had such a personable approach and touch with their customers because I had been out of the crafting scene for over 20 years. They were FABULOUS, AND I walked out of there totally confident in my ability to complete that project/gift... and I did.Recently, I got a whole bolt of lightweight flannel fabric for under $30 on sale, and its SUPER cute, not plain or boring!The staff is always willing to answer my questions, matter how trivial or silly I think they are, and Ive never had to hunt anyone down to help me find something or get a second/third opinion on what Im buying for my projects to make sure its the right items when I feel overwhelmed.The afternoon staff is awesome with kids, too!! They took my extremely talkative and inquisitive kiddos chatterboxxiness (I know thats not a word, but its the best way to describe it, lol) in stride and answered all of HER questions, actually answered them with genuine interest!The little things and personal touches make all the difference, Spanish Fork JOANN!This location is a rare, hidden gem out there in a world of river rocks. So much fabric and friendly people! But the only time its worth it to buy stuff is when there is a sale, because then its at least regular price. They take the mark it up to mark it down principle to heart on everything except some of their fabrics.

I found everything I was looking for and more. They even had lots of thread for those working on face masks. The cashier was so friendly and pleasant. She was wearing het mask properly and didnt act like it was frustrating.One thing I wish is that theyd bring back the paper coupons. I hate using their app. It slowed my phone down and drained my battery so I uninstalled it within only a few days.

The staff at the Spanish Fork Joanns has always been more friendly and helpful than most other stores. The store location is very convenient, quick access to l-15. They have a great selection. If they dont have it in the store, they offer to help order it on-line.

Probably the friendliest Joann’s I have been too! The staff was great and knowledgeable. I was able to find all the things I was looking for quick and easy! I will be returning with my fabric and crafting needs even though it isn’t the closest Joann’s to my house. Everything was nicely organized as well.

Stopped in to get backing materials for some quilts Im making - the sizes were unusual, and the employee who helped me took the time to make sure I got what I needed including showing me several different options that would work and helped me figure out how to do it in the most economical way too. The store is well organized, clean, and even on a busy, big-sale day, the staff (including checkout personnel who had already been there for long hours) were engaging and warm.

My wife enjoys coming here and every so often she drags me along. Its crazy how high priced some things are but others are decently priced. Nothing more I can say but its a clean store and the staff have been friendly.

It is an amazing place to get crafts and accessories for projects but if youre planning on going there, you may want to plan in a good chunk of your time because Joanns is not a place you can get out of very quickly. Theres usually only 2 cashiers and a huge line that wraps around for a while. Schedule wisely!! And then you can enjoy. :)

Very large selection of fabrics! I love when they have a sale! The line at the fabric cutting station can be a bit crazy at times but they do a good job of getting through customers and keeping the line moving at a decent pace!

Good selection. Clean store. Its nice, neat and new. The aisles are a little slender, but I suppose that gives them more room for more selection. The fabric is reasonably priced and good quality for that price. They also fixed the problem of not getting service while you are in the store so accessing online coupons or getting your phone call is a breeze now! :)

The employees are always helpful and cheerful. I have been able to find what I was looking for nearly every time I have visited with their help.

Fast friendly service! I always grab a ticket first then get my fabric. Then I dont have to wait at all and it helps me to not linger in the fabric forever.

Cut my fabric wrong. To get what I needed I had to maje a round trip of 60min instead of 20min. They thought they were being nice and gave me extra fabric but what will I do with mire of the same. A refund or gift card would of been more appreciated and useful.

I am grateful for price matching since what I bought was 1.21 cheaper at Walmart and I bought 9 if them.

They hike the prices up, so if you can find somewhere else that sells it, youll likely pay less for better quality. Always use a coupon if possible. Sometimes you cant because % off any item coupons dont apply to anything thats already on sale... which is almost everything. Skip the hassle and go to the cotton shop or Amazon.Only reason I still occasionally shop here is because its so super close to my house.
