What a great shop! While on my golf trip my service engine soon light came on due to my just- beginning to fail catalytic converter. Ethan was so kind and professional in resetting it for free. This shop certainly appears to be like my regular mechanics shop in Longview, WA...very adept and trustworthy!

HONEST IN THEIR DEALINGS ✔A mechanic made the mistake of pinching some gaskets while doing a standard oil change. The oversight caused it to leak all over our brand new driveway. The owner reached out promptly, apologized and asked how he could make it right. A claim was filed with their insurance and they paid for flatwork to be replaced.They will never knowingly disappoint you, if they fumble -- theyll make it right ;-)

Amazing service, Lance and Ethan (the owners) were both there when I had my tires replaced. I went first thing in the morning and they had me in and out very fast. The mechanic who was working on my car kept me informed on what was happening and even showed me a nail I had in my tire that I didnt know about. Im glad my tires arent bald and now they are excellent in the snow. 10 out of 10, will go again.

About 8 months ago I bought 4 new tires here and also got a alignment done. For some reason my tires are now worn out. I went in and Lance told me he would replace my tires with 4 new one and also do an alignment for me at no cost. Any other tire place would of just made me buy new tires and alignment but Point S goes above and beyond to have a happy customer.

Spanish Fork people do not I repeat do not take your vehicle to Point S Tire for anything more than a tire change.We took our Jeep in to check a leak after a trip to Colorado and it turns out it was the transmission line. They claimed they could totally take care of it and at the time of them changing the transmission line they shot our battery and alternator resulting in almost $2,000 in repairs. Just under a month later there was another leak. We took it back in and it turns out a seal on the transmission line they had just replaced had broken. this was under warranty so there was no cost to us however they forgot to refill the transmission fluid. After one day or two our car began to whine as you accelerated. Took it back in again and they refilled the fluid. This however did not fix the whining noise.We took it in again to the Point S and they let us know that the transmission was going out. They attempted to make the claim that 148,000 miles on this transmission is impressive and that were lucky we made it that far, and would not take any ownership of the transmission problems themselves same goes with the battery and alternator.2 weeks and another $2,000 later we have a newer transmission. Today driving it home from the mechanic I noticed a check engine light on. I called back to point s and he said that light was there when you came in. We have talked multiple times and not once was that ever mentioned a check engine light or the fact that it said the 02 sensor was out. He said they had notated that when they started working on it and that it would be $360.Needless to say they wont be working on my car again. And I hope that you avoid having them work on your vehicle as well. Their motto is No Stress with Point S and I beg to differ.

They are ok with their customer service but they do businesses with enterprise rental cars so I notice their estimates are mouth to mouth and no paper work so I think they are kind of shady for me. They should separate their business with enterprise if they want a better reputation.

Steve took great care of my problem, spending more time than they charged me for, to replace a thermostat in my Chrysler 300M. I was given an initial quote, which Steve stood by, even though I know that it cost them more to diagnose and fix the thermostat problem. It is good to know that there are honest and ethical automotive repair folks still out there. I highly recommend this establishment; one which you can trust to professionally evaluate and service your vehicle.

My car broke down a half mile or so from Point S in Spanish Fork earlier this week. Ethan sent two of his guys over to tow my car over to their shop. They werent able to get the parts in time to fix it that same day. So they offered to drive my vehicle to Heber the next day once it was fixed. They didnt charge me for either of these services. I was impressed and grateful for their service. Lance and his son, Ethan, are the new owners. I wish them the best of luck. If they treat others like they treated me, they will do great.

These new owners are great. Swapping out my tires was fast and easy. They were fair and open about my truck. I drove 45 minutes to go to them and I will be doing it again and again.

These guys did a great job on my car. They worked me in when it was convenient for me and took care of the problems without trying to make me do a bunch of other stuff that didn’t need to be done. I felt like they were honest with me and were straightforward but friendly. They’ve got me as a customer for life now.

My husband and I were headed out of town and found we had a nail in our tire. We stopped in to see if they could fit us in. Lance got us right in and was so kind/made us feel like like a person not a number (unlike other tire shops in the area) . They didnt charge us for the tire repair and just asked to keep them in mind for our next service. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Genuine guys over there!

Their mechanic worked right through his normal lunch time in order to get an out-of-town family back on the road quickly during the holidays. They had our part in stock, they had great service, and our vehicle did not die again on our trip. Best experience under the circumstances!!

I was on my way to St George and my low air light came on. I stopped in and they were so good to work me right in and top off my tires and didn’t charge me. I was so impressed since they knew I wasn’t from around there and I likely will never give them business in the future. Great to see such customer service theses days!!FOLLOW UP: After waiting for 10 minutes the guy came and asked me if I wanted them to put the car on the lift to check for nails in the tires. I told him not to worry about it, I didnt have time. He talked about how dangerous it is to drive with a nail in the tire and how low my tire pressure was. I told him I had been driving with the low tire light on for days and I had driven from Logan to Spanish Fork without any troubles. I told him I would fix it down the road when I got where I was going.A few minutes later they came back and said they could see a nail in the tire that was low and asked if I wanted them to fix it. I told them no.When they brought the car out of the shop I asked which tire was low. He said the back right. I asked him to show me where the nail was at so I could get it fixed in the next town we stopped in. He said it was in the middle of the tire but he couldnt see it and suggested that I was parked right where the nail was. I drove 12 more hours and the low air light never came on again and never any trouble. Perhaps the nail is still in the tire, but the whole thing seemed a little fishy to me.

We have been using Spanish Fork Automotive as our mechanic since we moved to the area 4 years ago and they are, by far, the best mechanics we have ever had. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty to help with our vehicles and always at very reasonable rates. They are fantastic and I recommend them whole heartily for any automotive repairs or upkeep.

We were traveling over 2,000 miles when the outer front tire rods in my GMC started to give out. I googled local shops and this one came up. The phone was answered promptly and I explained the situation. I was given a quick quote. I called a few more locations and decided that this one was the best quote. A plus was that it was also the one with the best phone etiquette. Im used to being scheduled out a couple of days to a week later, but they got me in that night and had my vehicle back by the next morning. I enjoyed the simplicity of the process and the promptness of care. Im very satisfied with the whole experience.

Only shop open in the area on Saturday when we had major engine problems with our motorhome. Steve Sillitoe, the owner, is very conscientious, caring and skillful in all matters automotive. We called in advance to see if they would be available within the hour to look at our car. They said they were completely open. We showed up, they took our car, and then an hour and a half after waiting the guy comes out saying they didn’t have a chance to even look at it. That was such a horrible and unprofessional experience. They could have at least told us when we got there they wouldn’t have time to see it. We’ve gone here multiple times with no issues but we will never go back again.

I brought my family Van here. We needed to have the transmission coolant line changed and we paid $525 dollars for it. Then we were told we need a new radiator and told it would be $650 dollars to replace. This was a horrible experience. I had my radiator quoted to be replaced with a year warranty for $300 somewhere else. I am now without a car and my family of twin sons who are 2 years old and 5 month old daughter have to hike in the snow and ride buses because I pumped the last of my money into this shop. Hey I appreciate your concern for us bud. Have a lovely life.

Convenient hours and location for quick inspection and registration. Havent used them for repairs.

My son took his car there to check why it was dying when it came to a stop. They determined it was the carburetor. When we went to go pick it up after it was supposedly fixed we noticed they had blown a hole in the muffler. However, they denied it for 5 minutes, then finally admitted that they did it when they made the car backfire. They also switched his battery out to test it and forgot to switch it back. $1000 later the car was in worse shape and they would only refund the cost of the rebuilt carburetor. They did replace the muffler but he was still down $500 in the end.

Steve has always been very honest and professional, and the mechanics do a great job. Theyve saved us a lot of money finding the real problem instead of making unnecessary repairs.

I went in to get a check engine code read. It took them a while to check it, but they were preoccupied with a customers car so I understand. The older gentleman explained to me that they were going to charge me $75 to check the code and I agreed because I was in a rush and I assumed it would be something little. An hour and a half or so passed and he told me it was an electrical problem. So Long story short I took my car to get the code read the next day at auto zone and it turned out that there was a problem with a fuel injector and they checked the code for free. I cant imagine how much they were going to charge me to fix my electrical problem. My car is running amazing now and passed safety and emissions with flying colors.

Today, 12/16/2017, Spanish Fork Automotive replaced my fuel pump - which had died the night before - fuel pump strainer, fuel filter, and battery (see invoice in photos). The owner seemed nice and I was grateful they could fit me in on a Saturday.Unfortunately, after waiting 7 hours for the repair - and driving all the way to Grand Junction, CO - my fuel pump has died once more, and I am stranded 250 miles from my destination.My total was $674, most of my traveling money. I will now have to spend almost that much again to fix this faulty job (keep in mind, I have a 94 chevy van, I dont have a lot of money and these repairs are almost equivalent to the value of my vehicle). On top of that, they didnt screw in my center console so I had to hold it up while driving back to the shop to have them put it in properly.Now Im stranded in Colorado with no heat in my van, tomorrow is Sunday (no mechanics are open) and I have a flight to catch Monday. Thanks Spanish Fork Auto!!!

I brought my Audi there for a oil change and they opened up every sealed compartment without asking and damaged my engine beyond repair.They said before i allowed them to work on it that they r certified to work on audis but lied about it.they r not certified to work on any imported cars not even Toyotas,so bring your domestic cars you might get it fixed but dont ever bring imported cars ever.worst repair shop in utah.
