Only deal with you if you have an account. I don’t care their reasoning rejecting business because they don’t want an account is ridiculous

The initial delivery had a decent amount of warped lumber in it. I was prepared to eat the cost, but FirstSource reached out to make it right. Things dont always go as planned, but its good to know there are companies that stand behind their products. I was able to get the lumber replaced. My only suggestions would be to go to the yard and pick out your lumber yourself if you can. Then you can look everything over real quick yourself. Great crew in the lumber yard too. Helped me select my lumber and load it!
