I drive all the way from West Haven to Spanish Fork. Because they have the best tasting pork in the State. Be going there for years and never been disappointed.

We have had 3 cows butchered here. All yearlings, and from different farms. They should taste amazing.What we have experienced is the steaks and roasts start tasting bad fairly soon. Within a few months tops. They also dont taste great and seem very tough for what should be young, tender, amazing beef. One of the places we buy from has won awards for their beef.Interestingly, the hamburger is amazing and will last a year in the freezer. It tastes great and lasts.I suspect were getting other peoples beef that is older and tougher and they are selling ours at the front counter or someone else gets it and we get last years beef that they never sold.Were trying another processor this year, and will update later if it tastes better and lasts longer. I would be careful using them and make sure you get your own beef bad and not someone elses.Update: have bought a beef the last two years from the same two farms I used in my original review, and had it processed in American Fork.Beef was amazing, tasted great, lasted all year in the freezer and was tender and good.Be careful if you use circle v, your might be getting last years beef while they keep yours and sell it. Would not recommend.

Well, worth the drive, and top quality meats. Been buying from Circle V meats for years. 150lbs of pork fills up my upright freezer plus my regular fridgerator freezer.

I went in to get some pork products. I got some bacon from the cooler and asked about the other. The grey haired woman acted like I had just asked for a miracle. I told her nevermind and went somewhere else. Very bad experience for a first time customer.

Been going here for years and the quality of meat has been spot on, everytime. Great home town staff that treat you right and the prices are fair.

I like to get my adult children a pig for Christmas. And they like to revive it. And circle v has never let us down. Just remember to order ahead early because they are so good they are busy so don’t be disappointed order Christmas pigs in early November

I run a small meat business and in the late fall our normal butcher was all booked up so we came here. There was a reason these guys had openings. The first order we got was packaged wrong and not in boxes. There was about 2000 lbs in meat so you can imagine how fun that was boxing it ourselves. The second order was about 800 lbs that was supposed to be in one lb packages and hand wrapped. Im pretty sure my 5 year old could have done a better job. To top the whole experience off when one of our employees called in to check on the order he was placed on hold but the secretary did not hit the right button. Our employee then listened to about 2 minutes of how they hated working with us and we were such pains in the you know what. I guess they dont have people hold them accountable to what they say they are going to do very often because that is all we did. We wanted what we ordered. To sum it all up I hate that we had to give them our hard earned money because they obviously did not want it according to the secretary and it cost us because we were embarrassed at the product and sold it cheap to get rid of it. Worst Customer service ever. Go anywhere else.

Circle V has the best seasoned roasts! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Comparable prices too.

First time dealing with Circle V, they were prompt answered any questions we had. All the Meat was wrapped up nicely and identifying meat is easy. Cost if fair. I would give a higher rating but I havent eaten any of the Meat yet.

Our family has had four cows butchered throughout the years here, all the cows but one were two years old and were grain feed for a few months before being slaughtered. When we got them back the meat was tough with a lot of bone and bone fragments in the meat. Anytime we want to cook with the meat which we try and avoid sadly, I can spend around twenty minutes going through their cuts trimming and taking out bone and Big areas of fat. Not even to mention the “roasts” are the same cut as a steak, Two inches thick. I almost consider the meat trash. Two year old cows are nice a tender to have butchered and the meat tastes great. I’m almost positive we were given someone else’s old cow meat. The meat they sell up front is amazing to what we have got. Our family couldn’t be more unsatisfied. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Local businesses are best because you know who you are dealing with and who you will deal with in the future. Circle V has three generations working at the family business. Good service, nice people.The meat is always fresh, well cut, and high quality. The meat is locally sourced and I only buy meat there.

Not what we expected from a local long time processor. They seemed annoyed and reserved at answering my questions as a first time buyer. Cuts dont seem consistent with conventional methods. Will reassess this review after unpackaging the rest of the quarter beef. ***Updated, after all is said and done, Ill take my business elsewhere. I think the cuts could be much better. The cuts have more bone and fat than what Id expect from doing some of my own butchering. To be fair, the hamburger was better than I expected basing of the stake and roast cuts. Is it unreasonable to think that a local butcher should do a better job than local grocery stores?
