I like their drinks a lot but I had to say the order probably three times. Then they finally said it correct back the last time and yet they still messed it up! It was a super simple order! I didnt change much at all . But they didnt get it right and! No straws?!?Didnt even tell me no straws or anything just shut the window and walked away and I didnt have time to wait for them to get back. Im disappointed.

Always fast and polite, have yet to find a drink that I dont like. Highly recommend trying the avocado twist.

Nice little drink shack. Really enjoyed the tasty drinks (full disclosure-the snacks looked really good, but as a recovering fat person I rarely have any). You could really have a good time just going through the drink menu and trying them all. The staff is really friendly and pleasant to deal with. Great place!

Dont ever... Ever get rid of your oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. Seriously others have lost my business. Dont become a statistic. Awesome peanut butter bars and drink selection.

My kids love this place. The cookies ate cold though which was a downer when I expected a delishious warm sugar cookie. Other than that, its great!

The employees are super helpful and work quickly! The workers are also very friendly! The treats and drinks are always delicious, I have never been disappointed.

I used to like this place but recently it has gone down in my opinion. Literally every time Ive gone there in the last month, the drink is overflowing by the time I drive away. They dont take their time with the drinks and that causes me to have to clean my meter console more than Id like to.One night I literally brought the drink back to them and said that it had overflowed everywhere. Please, give me a drink that wont overflow. what happened to the replacement drink? It overflowed... Sooooo Ill be going to Swig from now on where they understand that you actually CAN have too much in your cup.

We come here a couple times a week. Ofcourse for the drinks but mostly for the treats. Our favorites are the Sugar Cookies, Ohenry bar and right now they have a oreo cherry cookie that is amazing, you cant go wrong with any of their treats!!!!!!

I enjoy my experience here every time I pick up soda for family and friends! I highly recommend this place for soda and I look forward to ordering sodas in the future! :)

What is it with Spanish Fork businesses refusing to wear masks or gloves? Went through the drive-in today, no one is wearing a mask, no one is wearing gloves, they are handing food and drinks to people and obviously dont care enough about the health and well being of their customers to follow the governors request to wear masks. Sure, they are a business and they can choose whether or not to follow covid guidelines, but I am a customer and can choose to not frequent their business and to write a review to warns others that this food establishment is not wearing masks or gloves. Guess I will just have to drive to Springville to get drinks. At least sodalicious up there cares enough about their customers to wear masks and gloves.

Speedy service, even on large orders. Great place to satisfy your sugar craving and there is something for everyone. We ordered sugar cookies recently to deliver to some of the local businesses we work with for Valentines Day. Not only were they ready in record time, we got lots of feedback on how delicious they are. Will definitely call on Sipn to help us out with treats again.

The sodas here always go flat faster than other places I’ve been. The employees aren’t friendly and i really shouldn’t have to mention that i have a rewards number, that should be something they bring up every time just like every other place that offers a rewards program.

A great place to get sugar, liquid or baked. Speedy service and they have a drive through. Ive only personally had the peanut butter bar. It was OK. Know lots of people who frequent this place probably too often. Dont get hooked.

I love Sip-N, and I often buy gift cards to give away to customers at my office. The staff is usually great but today when I went the blond gal at the drive through seemed really put out that I asked to purchase twenty $5 gift cards, and a drink. when I asked if she could add the purchase to my rewards card she said she could look it up but she didnt do it. she got another employee to help me buy the gift cards, and then they had me pull around and wait. I decided to wait inside so I could ask about the rewards card, and when she finished getting the gift cards for me she just set them on the counter and blurted out HERES YOUR CARDS THANKS BYE!, and she helped the next person. Usually the employees are so friendly and helpful. todays visit really stood out as poor!

Drinks are good, arrived 20 minutes before closing, and the doors were locked. I would assume the owners would like to know that and this was the easiest way of communicating to them.

Its not great customer service when you constantly need to repeat yourself and they still get your order wrong. Happens half the time!

Oh my dear Sip-N, where do I start. Your Diets Lion Roar and Diet Jills Maui Wowie are like yummy, tasty, refreshing fireworks in a styrofoam cup. Asking for extra ice is the key to these flavorsome beverages. Add in a cold peanut butter bar for a treat and your day is set. Love the service and the fact that there is a drive thru window open and ready to go after school drop off, because going out in public with a nightgown on is somewhat frowned upon. I always drop my extra change in the tip jar because the ladies and gents working the window are always smiling.

Fast service and the drive through is very convenient.They have a ton of drink choices, options and add ins.Ive never gotten the wrong order here, they do it right every time and get me just what I order.They put the appropriate amount of ice in my drink, enough to keep it nice and cold and still lots of room for the soda.

Love it. The Kami is by far my favorite. (Dr pepper raspberry cream etc) their cookies are good. In the summer their frozen hot chocolate is a must have. As with most soda places you have to specify little ice.

Great tasting drink. Wish they gave me more of it. The only reason I dont give five stars is because the line was a little slow and they filled the cup half way with ice (less drink).

Sip-n is the place to be! Best French fries and mint brownie! Drinks are good too, not to mention they have the most fun, hard working and down to earth staff!

My husband & I loveeee this place but the times for closing seem to be wrong. We like to go for a late night snack but on multiple occasions they have been closed 30min -1 hour early. I don’t know if the online schedule is wrong or if the employees like to leave early. Looks like We will have to go somewhere else now :/

Great drinks, treats, and shaved ice. They only get 2 stars due to giving out the wrong drinks about half of the time. If you go here, youll love anything you get, just make sure its what you wanted.

My husband and I go here quite often because its closer to us than sodalicious. But weve decided to not go to sipn anymore. The service is awful. Like cold and rude. I have never once had a nice window experience with any of their employees. They also screw up our drinks or over fill it with ice. They also close before theyre supposed to. A few times this has happened and its annoying. Just tonight my husband got there a couple min before closing, the welcome recording starts playing, lights are on. But after the recording played no one got on the intercom. So he pulled up to the window and they literally ignored him. Were so over their rude service. We will literally drive to sodalicious to get friendly service every time! Not joking every time! Theyre workers are so cheerful and kind. Worth the extra drive. Its a shame really because its embarrassing how many times we go out to get a soda. Sometimes its later in the evening because we wait for kids to go to bed. Some establishments actually understand this.. weve even shown up a couple min before closing at sodalicious and they were more than happy to serve us. They werent counting their money before closing like sipn employees were.

I asked for a regular Dr pepper they gave me diet... which I am allergic to.... I had one sip and now I have to pay the consequences of the reaction. Please please please check and make sure you have the order right. I am allergic to the artificial sweetener in diet drinks and I always order regular... its not that hard to make a regular Dr Pepper. Needless to say I will never go back. Super disappointed.

Okay. So I arrived at this location, waited for about 10 minutes and no one would help me. Very unprofessional if I must say. I eventually had to leave and go to Fiz that was nearby and they helped me immediately. Was not satisfied with this location. I think it is poorly staffed.
