Only downside to Crumble (besides the obvious when you overload on buttery sugar cookie heaven) is that if a cookie flavor comes up that you LOVE, youd better go grab an extra because you never know how long itll be until that favorite flavor is back.My favorite so far is the Dulce De Leche. I works like to recommend it be added with the chocolate chip and sugar cookie that are always available!This week they have a Chocolate Mallow Cupcake cookie that was reminiscent of the hostess chocolate cupcakes with the white loops in top, but like amazingly delicious and possibly 10x (or more) better than the original cupcake. I had a bite of sometimes and made sure to get a few before they might be gone.They usually announce the next weeks cookies Sunday evening, sometimes cookies are made for 2 weeks from what Ive seen, but usually they only last a week have new flavors each week starting on Monday. But them before they are done each week on Saturday night.Im new on the Crumble scene, but have had several the last few weeks after someone Door Dashed me a box as a thank you (which was such an amazing and fun surprise).The flavors are really amazing and so far I have really enjoyed just of them. My neighbor got the honey one and said it was fantastic so I grabbed one of those this time with a few on the mallow chocolate cookies. I did try the Oreo one this week too and it was delicious as well.

Every single time I come it smells so good! I hate myself for coming here so often because I always leave with a stomachache. (Thats probably my fault though.) 4 stars because the cookies are too good, and too sugary. Youve ruined my diet. XD

The cookies are good and similar to other cookie shops. I personally cant bring myself to ever pay so much for cookies, but I know a lot of people that love them and I do appreciate whenever somebody brings some for us. The staff has been friendly the few times weve gone and the cookies are always baked well and taste good. Pair it with a soda shop nearby and youve got a good comfort food sugar overload.

Love the variety of cookies each week. I like that you can order online and pay and when you arrive to store tell them what vehicle your in and they bring it out to you. Or you can deliver to your place or to a friend/neighbor.

Crumbl is a MUST if you’ve never been. It’s so fun that they come out with flavors each week, you will always find a cookie you’ll like. Flavors are so creative and really very good. Good cookies. However, this location is almost always out of some of the flavors! Its happened to me several times, and it really irks me, especially because they dont apologize or let you know how long until the next batch of that flavor will be ready. They simply say, Were all out of ______, and stare at you blankly. I even always order 15-20 minutes beforehand, and then I get there and theyre out of that flavor. They also take quite a while to bring out to your car for curbside.

I absolutely love crumbl Cookies so much. I have never skipped a week of their cookies. I recommend it so much. I love Crumbl Cookies. There Cookies are doughy, and cooked at the right temperature. Crumbl has never disappointed me. I love there cookies

I love crumbl!! Their cookies are always so good. This review is not knocking their cookies, just one experience that I had. The other day, I went there and got a single cookie curbside pickup. I even waited for about five minutes which is totally fine, but when they brought out my cookie, I couldn’t even pick it up, it was so raw. I was disappointed because I was really looking forward to it. I think they needed to check their cookies a little bit more. Again, I’m not knocking anyone, but sad that my cookie was so raw and my experience wasn’t good.

I would usually give a 4 star but...they did not put the customer first.I think the prices are too high to begin with (hence why I normally would give 4 stars).What earned a 1 star review was my experience. I wanted to gift 6 cookies to friends, knowing it was going to be $15 bucks ($2.50 per cookie). They inform me that they dont have their 6 count boxes, I thought an easy solution would be to box 4 together and 2 individually so I can have my 6 cookies. They tell me that I cannot buy at the 6 count prices. I have to buy the 4 pack and 2 individual. So I have to pay more per cookie because you dont have boxes? Then I thought for convenience just box them all individually and they tell me that it will cost 25 cents for each box. Then to top it all off I asked for a sticker for my daughter and they wanted to charge me $1.00 for the sticker.I swear they would charge me to breath in their store if they could. Nickle and dime me all the way to the bank.

Hands down THE best cookie flavors & consistency. The cookies are never dry, and they are super soft in the middle. So so good! I really like the little catering cookies they offer. Sometimes I’ll grab some and keep them in the freezer so I can always have my favorite flavors when I want them.

OMG!! Yall, I have gone to food heaven. I am visiting Utah and randomly dropped into Crumbl just because I love a good cookie, and the outside was so cute. Little 👏🏾 did 👏🏾 I 👏🏾 know: these cookies are insanely delicious! Like some of the best I have ever had. Every single flavor is great. My absolute favorites are raspberry cheesecake, almond joy, cinnamon toast, and peanut butter. I heard they switch flavors often. It doesnt matter though; you cant go wrong. On top of the delicious cookies, the store was bright, spotless and smelled amazing. I also lover their branding and packaging. I am equally sad and glad there is not a Crumbl near me. Check it out. 10 stars!!

This has happened multiple times we have made curbside pick up orders! When we arrive they say they are out of most of their flavors. They brought us a box of 6 of the same cookies when we ordered a box of 6 different kinds! The employees were very unkind about it. I would have been more happy to get 1 cookie at that point. Not even 10 minutes later they had all the flavors available again. We would have waited to get what we paid for but they took the lazy way out. Very disappointed.

I personally like Crumbl nothing bad to say except sometimes the workers are not happy or welcoming.The cookies were amazing!!!! But next time I would like it to be more inviting.

Horrible experience. An error on the Crumbl website caused 2 orders to not be processed on 2 different days. They said I put the address in wrong when their website was the one that pre populated the address for me.. They told me they had refunded the order. I called back today because the 2nd order I placed today had the same thing happen. I asked if they had refunded the 1st order and they had not. This is not a way to run a business. You would think I would learn my lesson but I put another order in made the changes they said were needed so now I will wait and see. I dont have a lot of confidence in the refunds since I was told one of them had been processed but that was a lie. Its possible I will have paid $126 for a dozen cookies to be delivered 2 miles away. I would Not recommend going to Spanish Fork Crumbl, If they somehow make this right I will change my review or delete it. Right now it would be 0 stars if I had that option

These guys never disappoint. And I love that they ask you if the cookies are up to your expectations before they box it up.

Unless you enjoy chips ahoy- I dont- I wouldnt go. The past 2-3 times we have gone the cookies have been crunchy and had more of a bland taste than usual. If they switched ingredients its surely recognizable.P.S. the workers are really kind. I give them 5 stars.

I used to love these cookies. Never had a bad experience.Recently I sent my wife a 6 pack because she was feeling down. The cookies WERE REALLY BAD, I mean inedible bad. they didnt seem burnt but they were hard as rocks... A week later I went back for Date night, and the cookies were just as bad again... I can only guess that they changed and ingredient such as butter over to a cheaper alternative or the baker sucks at their job... please tell me Im wrong. I want these cookies again.

This place is so good!The selection of treats is extensive.I like how when I walk in the place is always so bright, clean and welcoming.The thick layer of icing is always my favorite. And the peanut butter ones.It always seems a little pricey but what a good indulgence .They are great to work with for putting together orders for your work parties and such

The cookies are great, but the Spanish fork store employees have got to get things together. I have ordered curbside pick up several times, and have never had a good experience. It usually gets overlooked and then I end up waiting 30 mins out in my car for cookies that never arrive. I went this morning, there was not one customer in the store, and I sat in my car waiting for at least 15 minutes (probably more) and still, nothing. The app said they were done, still, nothing. I finally went inside, was not greeted at all. I watched as two employees did nose goes to help me. I told them Ive been waiting outside for my curbside order for a good 15 mins. Not much of an apology or explanation as to why I hadnt received my order. Then waited a good 5 minutes until they had it ready for me. Step up your customer service or you are going to lose customers. I also gave a tip through the app when I ordered, thinking that theyd be bringing my cookies out to my car. That didnt happen.

I love Crumbl and we go to the one in SF often even though we live 15 min away. Sometimes the wait time is long in the evening on a weekend, but I get it, they are busy. But I just had the worst experience and not sure I’m going back any time soon. It was busy when I got there, but everyone seemed to be working hard and going as fast as they could. After waiting for 45 min my name gets called and they tell me they are out of 2 of my flavors and it will be another 15 min. I’m not about to wait again,(because at this point I am seeing there is only 1 person filling boxes and she’s taking them all outside to the people who ordered on the app or something? Even though there are literally 25+ people in the store waiting for orders and I’m worried they will run out of the flavors again before they even get to mine! Not sure if they are just understaffed or if it’s an efficiency problem??) So I ask for a refund on my box and ask if I can just pay for A SINGLE cookie (the one flavor of mine they are not out of) and she says yes, but you will have to go to the end of the queue for that new order...Ummm WHAT?!? No thanks. They had that one cookie right there in a box for me already and they can’t just hand it over?? Seriously?! What a waste of time.

Always fast fresh and warm cookies. Never been disappointed. We hardly ever ordered from them but I had a family member order my girls some cookies for valentines and it ended up getting lost in their system. They gave me an extra box of cookies and 2 free coupons for a box of cookies right of the bat when they realized it was lost. They definitely know how to take care of their customers and we will now be regulars.

I was skeptical, I was a fan of another cookie place but a friend purchased a party box for me one day and now nearly every week my family of 6 enjoys sampling a box of 4. We have a severe peanut allergy in our home and have never had a problem with cross contamination even though I was told they use the same pans for peanut/non peanut cookies. Their sugar cookie is my favorite in town.

Cookies are good...service is meh. Ive been here many times and never once has anyone ever greeted me or acknowledge me in anyway. I shouldnt have to feel bad for asking to be helped but it seems like they are to worried about fulfilling orders to acknowledge the customers in front of them.
