I was excited to see Costco in Maui. It was beautifully stocked and we all enjoyed the variety.. thank you. We ate well and because you were there we saved on snacks as well as some things to take home like macadamia nuts. We loved Costco

We love our trips to Costco, this store is always clean and well organized. The staff members here are friendly and always accommodating. One of the greeters, an older gentleman, absolutely makes a great impression, on your way in and most definitely on your way out! I always get discriminated at this place, I always get mean looks from employees, and even got accused of stealing, when I had my receipt and the three items I bought. I hope you guys can make this a better place for everyone not just certain type of people.

Spend way too much here! But, selection is great for the most part. I know things are crazy lately but I wish they would have Charmin TP more often. Its never in stock and Kirklands is terrible. Better than my hand or sand paper but, much prefer Charmin. Would be great if they would offer Diesel fuel at their gas pumps as well! Guarantee it would do very well.

The customer service was awesome. I had a $100 bill and a few $1 bills. Rather than change my large bill, the cashier took my 1s and pulled his credit card out and put the remainder of my purchase on his card. It was a little over $5. I was shocked. I had the money to pay but hed finalized the purchase and handed me the receipt before I really even realized it. I will be calling Costco to give him the recognition he deserves!

We had a wonderful experience this evening with help from Kaele. Upon seeing our new bed set, she asked if we were getting the matching bed stands, we said they were out and we were disappointed. She then went above and beyond to help us know when the next shipment was coming in, and which other locations still had the bed stands in stock. She was helpful, kind and answered all our questions.

Find a lot of what you need for the whole family at reasonable prices.Warning this is a place that sales in bulk. Nice workers clean environment.

I got great experience from Customer Service!I have good experience with Customer service for Renew my Membership. 2021 Sep.10My membership from South Korea and I tried to use for pay my stuff, but it wasnt working, and Casher tried and tried it...So one of the supervisors said, Maybe my card expired and should renew.Finally, I can finish paying for my stuff, and the supervisor introduces me to Customer Service.I dont know the name, maybe Ashely(!?) and one of the employees (Women) from Tire center, But their coordination was amazing, and I am pleased to renew my Membership. LolI should be asked their Name for the report to Management that their doing an amazing job and are really professional.It was great!!!!!! I want give them one more Star.. but I cant...

Love this Costco, if purchasing something you see online, ensure to call ahead to see if it’s also in store as well before making the trip. Also call ahead for any full size pizzas and you’ll skip the line.

My husband bought skull candy headphones and after a couple months the left earbud stopped working. The return center was amazing and replaced the headset with a bran new set even though we didnt have the original box. Costco is such a reliable store to purchase from and the customer service is amazing.

My favorite Costco location! Just off the freeway. Great prices for gas, bulk buying, quality staples and seasonal! Even when lines are long, the cashiers are fast! Impeccable service and especially friendly here- I missed out on buying the most beautiful fiddle leaf fig trees, and they were helpful about when to check back. I was able to come back in time to grab an even better deal on smaller ones!We have bought tires here and had them rotated for free, all great service. Bought glasses and contact lenses and had great experience with the optical dept. Food products, samples, and food court are always delish! They have done awesome with handling health / safety for customers and provide masks if you forgot yours. I should have upgraded our membership after all the $$ we’ve spent here haha!

Went in with problems on my Nintendo switch and everyone was super nice and helpful! Tim helped me and he pointed me in the right direction on how to fix my issues and the diagnosis didnt even cost anything!

This store is always so clean and organized. The staff are helpful and friendly. Eat in, shop, easy out. With the new kiosk for the food court, that is even so easy to get a quick bite to eat.

I don’t do my entire groceries at the same place, that being said Costco is one of my favorite places to get a few things that I need and I can’t find in any other place. Big products with reasonable prices and amazing customer service. Their sales are amazing and the advantages of having their card is enormous. Highly recommend this location.

I am a huge fan of Costco and have been for years. I plan to be buried in a Costco casket, lol! Their return policy is the best in the industry and its always an enjoyable experience shopping there. My only critique is that they could step it up for deliveries when ordering online. Amazon has spoiled me...

If traveling through SLC, I repeat so not stop at Costco’s In and around. They were very busy. Gas lines were stacked 4-12 cars deep. Inside was packed! Out of Costco brand waters. Parking lots were super busy at both locations we tried to go.

Costcos a great and friendly environment. Any issues Ive had have been resolved easily. I will say it is frustrating how theyre card system works. My mom was sick and couldnt go to buy food so i had to but even if i used my own debit card they wouldnt let me purchase because i wasnt the direct costco card holder. Even if she was on the phone on a video or just anything they were really unnecessarily strict. But other than that theyre good and products are good too.

We have refinanced our house with Costco and now we are having flooring laid through them. Love the services they offer and the staff is always helpful.

Great food, great prices. We were there at 9:30 waiting for them to open at 10 before we went to the park. They opened early at 9:50 and it was a quick pleasant experience.

I mean, its Costco. You cant go wrong. But this location is always clean, easy to sort through, and the staff is always friendly. My only critique is that its way too easy to spend my entire paycheck in one visit.

Costco is a great place to get large amounts of things at low prices. If you have never been, just know you will save in the long run as everything is major bulk. Once you start shopping here, you will get addicted and want to shop for everything here. Parking is sometimes problematic because its always so crowded, finding a parking spot can be challenging at times. But, the large crowds testifies that it is the place to be.

I need an electric cart. The huge Cosco only has three ridding carts for the entire store. If the want seniors to buy there they need at least 20 to 40 carts where seniors can sit and shop. I couldnt believe they dont have carts for seniors to ride in.

Dont do it!!! Maybe try Sams!! Totally forgot I needed to renew the membership and didnt bring the rewards check with me. After standing in line with my $250 in product in my cart the cashier refuses to sell it to me unless I give them a extra $120 for renewal. I ask cant I just get my check and return tomorrow to renew this? Absolutely not!!! Walked out without my groceries and canceled my membership. I spent Thousands in that store and Thousands more online. I guess the only thing they care about is that free money from memberships

Super service every time!!! Costco offers some of the finest products available. I love their Rotisserie chicken that’s been shredded and put into 2 1/2 pound packages. I use it for chicken pot pie, making enchiladas and for homemade chicken soup. It’s a must because it saves so much time.There’s so much more. Returns are a whiz there. Never a question. Best customer service in the industry.

Love Costco. They have the best deals and the best customer care of you ever have a problem. Plus they pay me back for being a member. This was bacically 1/2 off with the price reduction combined with my rebate. And it was a better deal with the combo than at vitamix.com.

Typical Costco. Lots of stuff in large amounts for good prices.

We shop here every two weeks for the big or bulk items. Best price on milk and cheese around. We have also found their eyeglasses to be better made and cheaper than many other places.

Love CostCo. This location is in a great location. Easy to access and find. Options are plentiful. Hard to find the “Impossible” burger patties but this place has them. Helpful staff. The bakery even had a two-6-pack muffin sale. Traveled +6 hours, and it was well worth it.

I found many grass-fed beef products and other hard to find foods at Costco in large quantities and reasonably priced. While there with my friend, an associate was very helpful informing her of a product and answering her questions.

We have been going there for years and years and have stuck with them through the covid and everything. Like they way they handled it. Heard they might be starting up the samples again which I would be happy.

Their return policy is the best (you can basically return anything) and I personally love their clothing selections. I have clothes that I bought from Costco over 4 years ago that I wear all the time and are still in fabulous condition!

Picked up these flowers from Costco and put them in my own vase and threw some burlap on it. I am always impressed with the selection and quality of flowers, food and product that Costco carries. Also, their photos and their photo books and canvases are high quality.

I live in a rural area and in my opinion, Costco is the only store worth a 2.5 hour round trip. I keep an inventory list and shop there once a month. They always have amazing product quality and excellent customer service.

I love Costco. Last year for Christmas I started a new tradition. Everyone who comes to visit during the holidays gets to take a candy cane off the Christmas tree. Every candy cane has a gift tag with a number and on the table there are gifts with coordinating tags. Everyone gets a gift from me for Christmas and I can thank Costco for helping me be able to afford great gifts for a great price for gift giving for Christmas.

Love this Costco! It does get pretty busy but I’ve never had an issue getting what I need and getting out in a timely manner. The employees are always so kind and helpful, and I definitely prefer this Costco to the one in Orem!

I’ve been so saddened at what I saw yesterday at the SF Costco that I felt the urge to leave a review in hopes that something might change. I went to the warehouse at 9:45am and was told I needed to wait until 10:00am for the senior hour to be done. I was waiting by the carts with a bunch of other people and I watched an elderly women with a walker walk in with what I assumed was her granddaughter (probably in her mid30s) and the Costco employee sent the elderly woman in and told the granddaughter that she had to wait outside until 10:00. I understand that you have set aside that hour to help the elderly be safe but what I witnessed was the opposite of helping the elderly. The granddaughter was clearly there to bring her grandma to Costco to help her and they wouldn’t let her in with her grandma. With this incident and how employees treat members about masks, I can no longer shop at Costco. I think you are all missing the point with these “safety” rules and forgetting about human compassion and love

This is by far one of the busiest Costcos in Utah county. they do a good job at moving people through the lines, but it can be a little difficult finding the things you want and navigating through all of the people. You are better off if you go in on a weekday early, rather than going in on a weekend which is completely insane.

Chose not to wear a mask while shopping because I believe in my freedom to choose. I was rudely approached by an employee who demanded I put on a mask. I asked him if it was a matter of my health or a matter of store policy. He didn’t even hesitate in saying it was only because of store policy. I probed the question further, and rather than explaining why the policy was in place he proceeded to tell me in a very disrespectful way that if I didn’t like the policy that I should leave. It’s sad to see that a pandemic negates the need for good customer service. It will be very difficult to support Costco in the future, even beyond any mask requirements.

I didnt feel like I had very much attention by the employees as they did not seem familiar with where the products were and I think they charge too much

We do a bulk of our shopping at Costco, it wasnt ideal for us before we had children but after our first it was a God Send. Now with three children and a gold star membership we receive back far more than the membership costs, the membership literally pays for itself.

This place is fantastic! I am so grateful that they cared about their customer base throughout the pandemic.

This Costco store was a busy hub of activity where neatly placed rows of delectable foods and eye pleasing textiles placed for easy access. Prices are good and we left loaded for life. We asked an employee a question and got a very friendly and gracious answer. We were not able to locate Miracle Whip or canned veggies... Sad! Overall experience was great, we are very thankful for such abundance. Oh the checkout was run very efficient by one of the managers and speedy checkers and baggers. Thanks Costco.

Our very own Costco in Spanish Fork, who knew _that_ would happen? We go once or twice a week and spend thousands here each year. Gas, tires, fun electronics, and a great assortment of food. This location has great staff and great service. No complaints at all.

My favorite Costco no long lines, I usually find everything I need and I love that they incorporated self check outs, wish they would of added scanner guns for the heavy items like the water !!!

It isnt as busy as the Orem store is! Good deals on the food and the deli ice cream was yummy.
