We dont have this chain in Cincinnati, so this was our first try. The employees were super friendly, the restaurant was squeaky clean! The food was picture perfect! I liked the hamburger but the french fries and shake were mediocre. Happy I can say Ive tried this franchise though!

The burger was good. The fries are not great at all. You get what you see pretty much!

Nothing spectacular. Greasy burgers and the fries taste foamy. I’ve never been a fan, but others I was with wanted to try it. They seemed to be organized and fast considering they were pretty busy.

I was sent there by hungry teenagers to get food and tons of fry sauce. So I asked for that at the speaker. When I got to the window the kid handed me the food, including 4 orders of fries, but no fry sauce. So asked for a BUNCH of fry sauce and he gave me 3, (I had 4 orders of fries). When I asked for more, I got the hardest eye roll. ...Just give people the sauce, yall. Your fries are dry as cardboard. The hamburgers are great, though.

Wouldve given 5 stars if the fries were better, and maybe the service could be a little faster, but Im willing to be patient for good food. Great place to eat million times better than McDonalds or Wendys if youre willing to spend a little extra.

I love in-n-out for a lot of different reasons. I love the burgers. I love the simplicity of the menu. I love the quality and standards. I love the freshness. I love the consistency. I love the dedication and friendliness and cleanliness of the staff. I read a book on the history of in-and-out and it was fascinating to see how consistent they have been. Theyve had a lot of family struggles in the business, but theyve always been true to the original founders standards. That is why they are relevant, loved, and very affordable. If I had to pick my top 5 places to eat, in-n-out is almost always going to be on that list.

Opening day was great! Five star helpful service. The burgers were stacked high and tasted great! Wife wishes there was a chicken option because she isnt really a burger person, but the menu is the simplest menu you have ever seen. The fries were okay at first, but as I continued to eat them with a dash of extra salt the better they became. Ultimately a great place!

One of the best burgers in the nation. They have such a simple menu that it work so great. Line are long but dont let that fool you because they keep the rush going. Very efficient and effective in their service. The French fries 🍟 are always freshly cut and made to order. The taste crispy on the outside and are soft inside with a crumble texture as you chew. They never are greasy Ive never had a soggy fry. They dont put onions or pickles unless you ask. Simplest menu ever. Hamburger, Cheeseburger or the Double. Shakes are made with real icecream 🍦and you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend reading here at least once but I bet you will go back for a second time. 😛✌🏽

When is comes to the value proposition, its pretty difficult to beat In-N-Out. I definitely recommend you get your burger Animal Style, which comes with onions and a nice sauce (its pretty much Thousand Island dressing). You can also get your burger Protein Style, which means that your burger will be wrapped in lettuce instead of in a bun. The fries are fine, but they are kinda limp, so I recommend ordering them well done - theyll be a bit crispier that way.

I dont care what the argument is about the best burgers. I LOVE In-N-Out! Im from the Midwest and any chance Im in a state with a restaurant, its usually my first meal stop. It has never disappointed.

This was a first for us. The sandwich was fresh and had good flavor but it also had the thinnest burger ever seen. The fries were cold. The shake, not so good for “real ice cream”. The staff was friendly and the restaurant clean. 4 stars is strictly for flavor and freshness.

They forgot I was there. I was one of only two dining room customers patiently waiting for our food. Yet, we both had to wait around 20 minutes to receive our orders while the entire staff focused only on serving one drive through customer after another, and another, and another. Thus, the three stars. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and genuinely remorseful about forgetting about us. And, the food was good.

Very good hamburger and fries. The burger was juicy and had a good flavor. Fries had good flavor and were not over salted. Staff were friendly, and even though the store was busy when we were there, service was fast and accurate. I would definately recommend this location.

I stopped for a quick something just because it was nearby. The line wasnt long and the order wasnt much so I cant really attest to the full establishment.This is now my second time at an in and out burger and both times the fries tasted like they were made from fried reprocessed mashed potatoes with very little flavor.The burger also lacks in flavor, and doesnt have much to comment about.Prices seem high for the quality of food/flavor, but it has its niche visitors who swear by it.Indeed, just as beauty is in the eye of the beholder - flavor will vary by the preference of a persons taste buds. 😋

Pretty good for for a decent price. It seems great while youre eating it, but its not that memorable. That said, I always easy all of it and have never regretted eating there. I would use the word bland, but that would make it sound bad, and its not, so maybe plain? Maybe offer a hot burger with spices or something. Anyway if the line isnt terrible give it a go... Animal style.

Spanish Fork In-N-Out Burger is a new addition to the area. The staff is always super friendly along with the quality control is great. The line always looks long but the the service is quick, so don’t fear the long lines you will be “In-N-Out” of the line fast. Enjoy!

Service was slow, Just like a homemade burger, no bells and whistles. They put their famous sauce on the burger, which is just Thousand Island Dressing.The fries were great real fries fresh cut!!!

This hamburger place has the best hamburgers!!!! On their double double, Instead of a middle bun like McDonalds, they use a big slice of onion. The beef and seasoning on it are one of a kind. We have gone out of our way many times to go to in and out...you will not be disappointed.

This is a new location recently built in Spanish Fork Utah as I seen in and out sprawling Across the Nation from California Nevada and Utah I see that they remain quite consistent in both pricing and in outstanding food quality.The employees are also part owners and they always seemed much happier and friendlier and better at communicating and service than most any other chain fast food place that we know in America they also are obviously a Christian business because they have it John 3:16 from the Bible on their cups and I know that this is a family business and she has done well as continuing the tradition prices on a little bit higher than they used to be but not much for the quality and times we live in.At least the food is most likely more naturally produced, not derived from places that are saturated in GMOs .They make the fries right there in front of you so we know they are fresh and real and the red on the Buns is not posing as some of the very well-known food chains Mickey whats its name not even food sources at all.For the quality and the nutrition and the price its all around better than most of these places we eat at they keep us fat across the country and better service than most large conglomerate fast food restaurants.Whether dining in or out service is usually fast friendly and fresh and no surprise that these In-N-Out Places remain consistently busy

Love In-N-Out! Convenient location, gets busy like every other location, but they tend to get your good pretty quickly. Yum!

Best dam hamburger in the country. We were so excited when we realized ThERE was one. In Salt Lake City. Even got an Inn & Out burger T-shirt.. :) My only complaint is they are not located on the East coast. . they need to open Inn & out Burger in Allentown Pa. :)

I have always enjoyed In-N-Out. I grew up in California and ate there alot. I like to order the fries animal style. So good. Melted cheese, the spread and grilled onions all on top of the fries. Delicious.

I LOVE in n out. So delicious and the workers are always nice. Never been to this particular one until today, but they let us in even though we were there right before 10:30 and the workers are So nice! The guy at the register today- Carl is super awesome! Love it!

Perfect just like I expected from In-N-Out! The hype of the new location has caused a long drive thru line but if you go inside there isn’t much of a wait (at lunch). The food quality was great. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We will definitely to eating here again. We are so happy they are open!

Food is great. Some nights the staff could be better. Occasionally you get a staff member whos not very friendly and occasionally they mess up your order.And please stop trying to get us within an inch from the car in front of us?1. It stresses me out and2. Its weird??Sometimes you just got to chill, In-N-Out.

Very quick service. Always happen to visit *right* before the rush, which is always nice. Even during peak hours there usually is a place to sit, which is really nice.

Burger a shake were very good. Fries were past when they should have served them. They have lots of great competition now so they really cannot make such mistakes and be rated the best. Expectations are high, so good luck In n Out.

Ordered 3 burgers and 3 fries I look at my receipt and they only got two fries on it, so I say no biggie I went to the cashier told them I ordered 3 so I paid for the 3rd fry she specifically told them that my order gets a 3rd fry and they still forgot it and for how thin these patties are youd think they would cook it all the way horrible experience

Cheese Burger was good but the sauce was so watery or soaked the bun. Service was great, looked clean. You need mayo for an option not just catsup or mustard.

This is one of my favorite place for lunch! I love the fire-grilled taste of the patty. Their fries are also quite thicker and always very hot and fresh. (Not stake cut, but better!) Make sure to ask for halapeno pepper, because it goes pretty well with any burger.I highly recommend to dine-in instead of drive through. The texture and taste between drive-thru and dine-in is completely different. Because of how fresh and hot the food is, it can get soggy by the time you arrive at home.

This is the best In N Out in Utah! The service is always top tier, even though its usually busy, its also usually FAST! And every burger Ive gotten from this location looks and tastes PERFECT! Great job guys keep it up!

The sauce on burger was too much. By time I ate half of burger, my burger was soggy. Have to eat fries right away other fries didnt taste good cold.

Theres always a line whether you order inside or at the drive-thru. The line goes quickly though. Ive never had a wrong order from this location and the employees are always very nice.
