Staff was friendly and helpful. For its size it has a good variety of products. It is what I would consider a medium size store.

I do most of my shopping at Maceys. The location is great and they have everything I need, even health food options. Their case lot sales are great and I like the new remodel design. We love the sushi there more than most places.

Things that keep me coming back to Macys despite it being further away than smiths1. Car grocery karts for my kid2. Dumdum for my kid at checkout3. Ice cream4. I always have a speedy checkout5. I swear the produce section is freaky fresh. The apples I get seem better than Costco or Smiths apples.

I highly recommend going here to shop, there is no shortage of items, no expired food on shelves. The works are friendly and very helpful. The place is also very clean for how busy they seem to get. Also, there is hardly any wait time at the registers.

Great store great prices and even better donuts. There’s a reason my waistline is still a 43” large. Got the best maple bars in town. Look out for the frosted maple bars. They can’t be best. Always have good prices and they are remodeling the whole store. Can’t wait. Not a bad store but clearly whatever we buy from their front doors we need to be carefully cause when they have people come work for them they allow them to step on their products by the front doors even thought the company has a good ladder that they could use instead of stepping on products that maceys is selling.

Great place to get food and I love the perks point you can get. Staff is always friendly and the layout it pretty intuitive. Looks like theres been some renovations that give it a nice clean look.

I just went through their grocery pick up process. This was my first time trying grocery pick up from any store. Everything went smoothly. The woman that brought out my groceries was super friendly. I get nervous trying new things but this was an anxiety free process.

This has always been my choice grocery store. Happy staff, great deals and prices, cozy and happy atmosphere, delicious baked goods (particularly their asiago cheese bagels, they make it the best), and everybody loves their ice cream. The renovations done here have made it so much more appealing that I have to come more often! And then have a fine cheese and meat section now?? Amazing!

Always super friendly when I shop here. Mask is still required.... 🤔 Some of the way their store is set up is confusing.... the deli meat is randomly in the middle of the store where as the other cold stuff is at the back or on one side of the store. 🤔

I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU! Due to my husbands health issues, I needed to purchase a large amount of Powerade Zero. The 28oz. bottles work the best for him.I checked with a different large supercenter store in town to see if they could help me by ordering a several cases for me. The manager was quite off putting with me and finally ended by stating that they are unable to order anything for anyone, at this time. And that whatever they got in their deliveries was what they would have. At that point I called the Macy’s in town, Spanish Fork, Utah. When I called and asked to speak with a manager, I was immediately transferred to a manager who was kind, knowledgeable and very professional. Because of him I was able to purchase what I needed at a better price than the other place. It was a great experience. My take away from this experience is that I will bypass The other store and go straight to Macy’s when I want to be helped and treated respectfully.

The employees here are always very generous and really want to take care of the patrons. They have also done recent renovations to the store that have made it really a nice place to shop.

Of all of the stores in the valley, Maceys is my favorite! I am constantly using their grocery pick up - it saves me SO MUCH TIME every single week. I love how they dont mark up the prices with the grocery pickup, too. Their prices are my favorite as well.

Where in the world is it okay for an employee to throw a Security Lock on a customer who isnt doing any form of shoplifting and all what they are trying to do is just check out and leave the store, no where is that right the store Manager needs to talk with All employees and as of right now Im an unhappy customer because it has happen to me twice already and as of right now Im done doing any form of shopping at the store.

This is an absolutely massive grocery store. They have about anything you can think of in many different flavors and sizes. while they are a little bit more expensive than some of the other options in the area the convenience and selection outweigh this.

I love Maceys when they have a sale otherwise I will go to Wal Mart for most things cause of the price difference.

Good grocery store! Its been redone very nicely a little while ago. Kong kones are good prices and pretty good. Be sure to check out the donuts.

I did curbside pickup today and it was super easy. All I had to do was text my confirmation number and stall number. The store associate was out in a timely manner with what I needed. Super convenient!

This store is huge! It has several items in all isles. The store is clean and the people are there to help, they have very kind people who welcome any questions you might have. They have a swig set up to your right when you walk through the doors and all the way to your left is an AFCU bank. They also have a drive through pharmacy for a contactless pick-up for meds. Its a fun store to just walk around in if youre bored and need something to do.

Produce is nicely displayed, but not gorgeous in quality or price. They have done a nice job of remodeling, but its not enough to make this my first place destination for groceries.

I love their deli meats and cheeses more than most stores. Although they got rid of my favorite brand of meat.

I love shopping here. The produce is great and there is a great variety to choose from all throughout the store. The deli foods are delicious. I MUST praise the Spanish Fork Bakery staff. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They made a delicious, custom, made from scratch tres leches sheet cake. They also included a FREE smash cake with our purchase (which was a great price!) My son was overjoyed when he saw his cake and we received a lot of complements on how delicious the cake was.

The country music took away 4 of the stars, and im actually being 100% serious about that. please for the love of all that is holy, play some different music.

This store has the best customer service and great quality produce. But the best of the best is their donuts they are to die for! So much so I ordered their old fashion donut holes for my wedding and they were the first things to go!

The soft serve is THE BEST! And its super cheap! Here in California, a come the size of the Kong Cone (if you could ever find one) would cost about $15, and thats not a joke!

We love Maceys! They have great selections on everything youd find in a grocery store. They also have a pharmacy with a drive thru window for dropping off and picking up prescriptions or you can visit the pharmacy inside the store.

This is a fine grocery store. I choose it because its local instead of a chain. The Kong Cone is phenomenal. And now they have curb side delivery! I can shop from my phone anywhere and pick up any time. Love it!

I love this grocery store. Its clean, organized and always has fresh food. They have the BEST customer service. They are always kind and try and go above and beyond. Their prices are good. The ads always have great deals, but some of their non-ad prices can be high. I just try to shop the sales. They also have curbside shopping that makes life easier. Just watch the online prices that can get high.

Did the donut recipe and cream cheese brownie recipe change they are vastly different than I have experienced in the past.

I bought a chocolate Snickers cake with whipped frosting and a top caramel layer. The bakery was happy to add a birthday mmessage and it was the absolute best cake Ive ever purchased. I would highly recommend that you try this cake for your next special occasion. GREAT JOB MACYS BAKERY!!!

Maceys is a great grocery store. Its big, so it has just about anything you could need for groceries. I almost always run into someone I know there. The employees are very well trained to be happy accommodating people. Often the store manager, Bill, will be seen walking around and he is quick to help any way he can.

Two years ago my Dr sent in a prescription for me. It was filled but we never picked it up because we moved, switching jobs and insurances. A year later we get a call from our previous insurance demanding to be paid for the prescription Maceys pharmacy said we picked up. Even though I provided evidence the signatures weren’t ours, and the card which paid for the copay wasn’t ours, apparently Maceys still refused to refund the insurance and now we are getting calls from collections agencies for almost $500 for a prescription that cost close to $200. Not going to recommend this place to my family who live in the area.

Have come here twice in the last month to get lunch at the deli. Both times i stood at the deli counter for 15 minutes and got completely ignored by the 3 employees that we working in there at the time. Today was the last straw. Will never shop at a place this unfriendly again. To stand and get ignored after asking several times for assistance is ridiculous. Both times here I ended up having to go someplace else for lunch. There were no other customers waiting at the time. Just me. So it wasnt a question of being busy. Just pure laziness on the employees part.

Reasonable prices with friendly, helpful staff. Or family loves the kong cones for a once in a while treat. They are usually pretty big.

Maceys is a changing. Corporate anythings are not my favorites, but this store is king of the hill in Spanish Fork even with stiff competition next door.

Hands down one of the best ran grocery store around! All employees are helpful and nice. The pharmacy here is the greatest pharmacy ever. Not only are the knowledgeable and provide great customer service, but the pharmacist actually care about there patients and what’s best. I don’t know how many times they have gave me helpful information and Worked with me like I was a human. I even had my prescription transferred to another pharmacy 30 minutes away they messed Everything including my billing with insurance and the only way to get it fixed was to have my prescriptions transferred back down to this pharmacy where they know what there doing. I won’t ever make that mistake again! Even if it is a 30 minute drive it’s worth it for the service!

Went to the newly redesign food section. It is quite nice and a lot of good options. The options are a bit pricey generally, but way better than other competitors.

Great location. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Love the staff over by the ice cream cone section, great lady helped us over there. Other than that it is a typical Macey’s location. I would have to hesitation coming here again.

One of my favorite grocery stores. Their produce is fresh and their staff is friendly. I also really like the meat selection. Prices are slightly higher on average (compared to superstores nearby) but selection is usually better.I really like their online ordering and pickup. It’s super convenient.The one thing I really dislike is their pharmacy. Several times I’ve gone to the pharmacy and been treated very poorly. One time I waited over an hour for a prescription only to be told they couldn’t fill it. It was extremely frustrating. Since then, I’ve transferred to a new pharmacy.
