Never open. We tried multiple days and multiple times during the day. Had some things delivered to the Amazon counter here on a weekend and then the business was never open for an entire week. This picture shows notes on the door from package delivery attempts. Had to reorder everything. Not sure why theyre even an Amazon locker location

Did a grate job getting my car aligned. Got me out quicker than quoted.

The people are very polite but it seems that know matter what GNC I go to none of them have a clue, it is frustrating when you know as much as the people that work there.

Tried using this GNC as an Amazon locker/counter pickup location but they were never open. Stopped by at different times and tried calling multiple times a day but no one was there and no one ever answered. I was never able to get my Amazon order and had to cancel and reorder to a different location.

I have tried to come here twice now at 5 pm and the doors are locked and closed. The hours on google, the gnc website, and on the door of the store say 9 pm. They never answer any calls either. This is ridiculous?? Update your hours and send out a memo or keep your store open.

Great customer service experience! Super helpful and personable. I usually order my supplements online, but I may be shopping here more in the future because they have a very impressive reward program and apparently they are even willing to price match with Amazon!

Tried to visit this store Saturday, but no one ever showed up. the store was supposed to open at 10, but no one was there, and the lights were off. I checked the store hours posted and online, and it said 10am on Saturdays. I waited around until about 10:50, and no one ever showed up. What a joke.

The door is locked and its 2 pm. Frustrating I cant get in

I only came here because of the Amazon delivery hub service, but the guy who was there was super cool and got me all my packages

Really like this location, the employees are always super friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions.. come here quite frequently and its always been a great experience. Will keep coming back to this location.

I had to go in to get some pre workout today and the lady I spoke with was incredibly kind.. I tried a product in a flavor that she hadn’t had a chance to sample herself. It was truly disgusting haha so I went back to exchange it per their awesome policy.. The employee who helped me at that point was SO nice, helpful, knowledgeable and relatable. His name is Tyler. He helped set me up with a product that he recommended and even gave me a discount on it. 5 Stars for customer service GNC Spanish Fork!! Thank you so much for making my life easier and for being so helpful!!

Barely even made it to the entrance of the door and as soon as I opened it the employee that was there next to the register was on the phone and just basically said the register is not working as if he didn’t even want me to be inside the store just so I can look at the supplements that I was supposed to get and ask questions about because of that now I have to drive all the way up to Orem GNC What a bad experience for the first time

Very pleased with this store, employees are very helpful with any questions and finding whats best for your bodytype and what you are searching after. Products are pricey but the results are real.

The staff was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable both times Ive been here.

I have been here waiting since 2:00pm and the door is locked with a sign that says back in 15 minutes. Its now 2:45 pm.
