I had some pretty major hot tub problems - first with the plumbing and then with the pump, both within a day or two. The service team were just terrific! They were extremely helpful in providing the right parts, giving me extremely relevent and sound advice, and assisting me in sorting out my problems. So good to have access to such a good, friendly, helpful, interested, and totally professional team of experts. Ive used other spa/hot tub service companies in the past - theyve got nothing on the team at Take A Break. Highly recommended! 10 out of 10!

I couldn’t be happier with the prices, quality and customer service. The delivery crew went ABOVE and BEYOND to get the hold hot tub out and new one in its place. These guys were great! Had a hot tub motor problem that we worked on for weeks. Within 20 min they had it running. They were kind and eager to help. Gotta love good service when dealing with stressful situations!

Our awesome technician gave us a quick call and showed up a little before our appointment time to repair our spa. He was very quick and thorough as he replaced a heating relay and checked for the cause of our leak. We will definitely use their service in the future.

These gentlemen were over the top amazing in helping me get the part I needed for my spa in a timely manner. They even switched out a plug on the end of the new ozone for me for free so it would be compatible as the part I needed to order doesn’t come with the plug I need anymore. So thankful for them and their service!

We have bought several spas through Take-a-Break spas Their customer service is always prompt, professional and reliable. They came to fix one problem and as he was done with that, he discovered two more problems and put new parts in for them. It was all under warranty with no costs to me. It’s nice to know they are always there for you even after you buy the tub.
