These places are classic and have been around way longer than all these soda and cookie shops popping up. The chocolate and ice cream is always great and fresh. Theres good variety and most locations Ive been to, the staff has always been friendly and helpful, offering samples especially to the indecisive like me. Overall, if you like sweets, then you cant go wrong with Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in just about any location.

The mask mandate ended on April 10th and they still required a face mask. On top of that the service was slow

The ice cream is good. Very good. The workers have huge forearm muscles because they have to scoop that hard ice cream out and then mix in those mix-ins.

The caramel apples are great. They know what they want for their stuff though. Have them slice your apples for you! They make great gift baskets too.As for the chocolates and other treats, I think this is the way to go for gifts. Much better than boxed stuff.They also make treats for dogs, with some dog safe chocolate stuff.There is a lot to look at here, pop in and try some stuff.

I have never purchased such a crappy looking cake before. They didn’t do it how I asked AT ALL, they don’t show it to you when you buy it, then just hand you the box already closed. I spent $60 on this cake and I just don’t see how they could feel justified to even sell it. I called and asked for a manager, he wasn’t there, then I called and left a message and no one has gotten back to me 5 days later. I would never recommend getting a custom cake done here. I don’t know why they advertise custom cakes when they turn out as crappy as this one. The icing was melting off already, the letters are so skinny and long it looks terrible. Especially since I specifically told him I was going to put cake toppers on the cake, where did he expect me to put them after writing on the entire cake? It’s just awful and I was so so so disappointed for my kids at their party. I could have purchased about 50 boxes of cake mix for that much, I could have purchased like 8 gallons of ice cream for that much. I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere and I don’t recommend anyone purchase a birthday cake from the Spanish Fork location. I’ll also be contacting the BBB (which I’ve only done once before), because this particular location just doesn’t seem to care about their customers.

We went to the one in Park City and fell in love with their chocolates. They have the best chocolate! I am a chocoholic and theirs wins! The one in Spanish Fork is excellent. Try them and believe me, you will be hooked too.

Chocolate is gross. Like mostly cocoa butter. Light colored flavorless chocolate. Way too expensive for what you get.

Some times the service lacks, but the ice cream more than makes up for it.

Wide selection, but lackluster chocolates. Save yourself some money and buy a bag of Lindt. Same counter as the Cold Stone Creamery.
