While over 600 miles from home, I needed some supplies for my truck urgently, and having loved the experience at Advance stores near my home, I specifically sought out an Advance location close to the highway on my route.Upon entering the store, I was asked if I had a mask. I replied no, but Ive been vaccinated, thank you. The staff insisted I put on a mask to purchase what I needed. I would not have selected this Advance location had I known the staff would be more concerned about whether or not I was wearing a mask than helping me with what I needed. I doubt I will be in this specific area again, but if I were to be, Id certainly seek out a store that is less concerned about being the mask police.
I was lead behind the counter and told to find the part I needed (brake line) because he had no how to measure the line or which one I needed. He told me to pick one and see if it works. I told him find another line of work because you have no idea of what you are doing. If I could give negative stars OMG!!!! on me it would be a negative 1000000!!!! Stars.
One of my old go to stores. Still do a good job at having what i need for my vehicles. Staff is professional and you can normally get in and out quickly.
Advance was pretty cool, awesome employees, clean store and unbelievable prices, check the carquest items, I got engine cleaner for $.05! Im yes a nickle....
Store used to be great. Absolute trash under new management. New crew is also trash. Don’t even try. It’s truly sad how far this store has fallen. Now I have to drive an extra 20 minutes to go to the Lindbergh store. Pure trash service.
Im giving the store a 2 because the young lady that waited on me was not helpful at all. And instead of her asking someone she was acting as if it was the hardest thing to do I will give the manager of five because he stepped up and helped her out but she did not appreciate it they need to teach her customer service.

For the second time in a week, Ive order an item for store pick up and the second time order had to be cancel. Always because item is out of stock,AFTER I recieve an email saying your item is ready for pick up. Dont waste your time go to OReillys.
Quit requiring masks.....the mandate for controlling people is over, I am taking my business elsewhere...
Still terrible customer service, they seem like they just dont wanna help or even care to answer any questions. Idk if its just this location but I doubt Ill be back in the future.
Staff often has no idea what is in the engine of a car, nor how to fix. They also think they have different return policies than other stores. They are good about finding what you need, if you know what it is. They also are as helpful as they can be.
Couldnt find the fluid I needed. She suggested the wrong stuff. Then said oh well.
They had the right part at the right price. I was able to order online, pickup in store and save some money on parts today.
Worker where vary polite and helpful.

They are still in the game after all of this decades. And just as useful as the day they open the doors. The people are knowledgeable very friendly at this location and seem to actually know what theyre talking about. Always do your comparison shopping just to be sure but they are usually in the top two when it comes to best prices. Good luck once again do your research before you start looking for the prices and the parts.
One of the employees dont know what they are doing. You cant work in an auto establishment and dont know what to do. Ppl need help and youre just as confused.
Freezer broken not friendly
Terrible terrible terrible customer service and that included the manager as well as the employees I would not ever come back to this advance auto.I stood in front of them for close to two minutes before they even acknowledge that I was in the store. But another customer came and the employee responded immediately. However, the manager did not and still gave me a jaded attitude.

Upon entering the store no one greeted me and my father we walked around the store to search for an item that was not easily seen due to poor displaying of product proceeded to front counter and listen to the manager and employee heavy conversation for almost 3 minutes before they even acknowledge that there were customers in the store I will not be coming back to this location to do business and I hope they get their act together because it’s a busy location
