Very knowledgeable and friendly I recommend anybody going here just to get some info
Dee was beyond amazing with helping us out. We ran into a road block with DMV, not only was Dee super friendly and informative, she was also fast at getting us the paper we needed. If I could give 10+ stars, I would. Definitely getting our next bike through them. Thank you again!!
Recenty bought a KTM bike Reno KTM. I had an awesome buying experience from start to finish, and the entire staff is super friendly and professional. They are top notch people at Reno KTM. Thank you Reno KTM for being great! 👍👏
Very happy with the owners and their crew at Reno KTM-NMS with my whole experience buying a new Trials bike! They are great people to deal with!
Absolute WORST dealer experience ive ever had! Service manager is a joke!I Dropped off my bike in July (2017 350xcf) for a new starter bendix and a valve adjustment (i had an appointment for the work, Waited 3 weeks to get the bike in) 2 months later i finally received my bike back. During the 45 days my bike was in the shop i was told 3 times the parts where showing up but did not fit my bike, so the shop reordered the bendix 4 times apparently. (i offered to bring them the part so they could proceed with the job) The shop even told me that the last box they received from KTM was empty... I was fed up, so i put in a call to KTM headquarters and looked into all these wrong parts issue... KTM told me they had no record of sending wrong parts, just the one delivery of the correct part.i almost immediately got a call from reno KTM saying they found the parts in the shop and will have my bike done in the next 24hrsSAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND TIME, DONT BRING YOUR BIKE TO RENO KTM FOR SERVICE WORK
Best Ktm Husky service dealer in Northern Nv. Great people willing to solve mechanical issues. Cant find that everywhere.Great Job !
Very nice to do business with honest and straight up people
2nd bad experience with this dealership. Owners son could use some basic education on the most simple motorcycle parts they sell. He was unfamiliar with valve shims on a 4 stroke and sent me home with the incorrect spark plug and oil filter for my bike. Visit took 30min and should have taken less than 10. I live an hour from there and made a special trip. I will not be going back and will take my business to RMS in the future.
Friendly, helpful, fast expert service - great!
Came in to window shop and ask a few questions. Very friendly staff and took my questions seriously. Mostly about the best way to obtain my motorcycle endorsement. Recommended me to several different spots and things that Ill end up needing when I do go.I also wasnt bothered as I looked around. No salesman tactics. This is a good thing. I very well might find myself making a purchase here in the near future.
I’ll start by saying I purchased a dirtbike there and had a decent enough experience to come back. ...then came the bad stuff. To summarize, beware of getting parts and service there. They might steal your old parts and/or send you out on a mechanically dysfunctional bike. See details below.STEALING TIRESI had them do a dual sport conversion on the nearly new bike. This included installing DOT tires. When I asked for the like-new dirt tires, back they said they didn’t have them. So they were basically stolen by someone that works there, thinking I wouldn’t want them back. No compensation, apology, etc.—nothing was offered for my near $200 loss on tires. Absolutely no excuse for this.UNACCEPTABLE LABORDespite having tires stolen, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to let it go since I like the idea of supporting a small family run business. They’re nice people, and I wanted to give them another chance—I really shouldn’t have though. Next time I took the bike in was to install an easy-pull clutch lever. When I kicked the bike into gear, it lurched forward and stalled. They totally botched the engagement, not even bothering to adjust it after the install. Unreal. The owner was nice enough to sort it out in the parking lot, but it was totally ridiculous they didn’t do that when they were supposed to. Lucky the problem was obvious in the parking lot, would’ve been a dangerous disaster in traffic.I typically don’t ever write reviews, but I take riding serious enough to feel the need to warn fellow riders. Don’t take your bike here, bad things may happen.
Love this family owned place! They make buying and servicing our bikes a pleasure!
I have been dealing with and shopping at Reno KTM/NMS for over 2 years now. I have bought a bike from them, as well as countless parts. I have never been disappointed with the customer service or prices. Everyone there is awesome and takes great care of their customers. I love shopping there and vowed after buying my last bike from them that I would never buy from another dealer again. They are always tremendously helpful and kind.
I needed to order a hard-to-find slave cylinder, and Reno KTM was the only place that had it. Unfortunately, I live hundreds of miles away, and I needed the part the next day. I called them and spoke to a gentleman named Brody; he was incredibly attentive and helpful, offered overnight shipping, and got me the part in time. The whole process was quick and painless, the price was fair, and the customer support was fantastic. Great company. Go here for your KTM needs, even if you dont live nearby **Thumbs up**
In my own opinion KTM dont even deserve one star my daughter bought my grandson a KTM for Christmas and his gear brand new from KTM $1,000 worth not even a month later his chest plate the velcro broke in half on the side and three of his buckles on his boots broke not from his doing it as long as the second time weve been able to ride since you got the bike but I took the pieces back to ktf and they refused to help replace it or fix it anyway
Good place to do business.
Even though I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, I do all my business with this shop. I have several shop options MUCH closer to my home, but I make the trip for my service needs because they have legitimate master mechanics and I dont trust my bikes with the average shop. I get online retail level prices on parts and accessories and they consistently provide fast shipping. Bike inventory and pricing is excellent. The staff is courteous, professional and knowledgeable.
Absolutely best sales experience I’ve ever had!! Everyone here at the KTM Reno was great, kind and super helpful. I’ll definitely be back time and time again!
Great people! Always willing to spend lots of time to explain the details. I came in a half dozen times over a couple years looking at the 1290 Super Adventure and was always treated well. When the time came to purchase, it was a fantastic deal. Nice, family owned, and they treat you well!
Reno KTM is slow to react, they don’t care about customers who have bought several bikes from them,The service is terrible. I would highly recommend not buying a bike from them and especially don’t expect them to work on your bike and less you have about a month
The service department just doesnt seem to know what theyre doing or dont care. Bought a front tire and had it put on and when I got home the air pressure in the tire was a 20 lb took it back to them and they are its supposed to be. Got home found the Carter PIN in the axle shaft for that wheel was installed but not been over and was just flopping in the hole. Thats left me in an unsafe situation.
Owners are nice, unfortunately there service/parts counter is horrible. They seem to know nothing about parts and rarely have what I need. They offer little to no assistance when I’ve had bike issues (bike purchased from them). A good parts employee should try to help get their customers out on the road/track. They have sold me the wrong parts several times. List goes on.. I rarely write reviews but hopefully this will be constructive criticism
Great people, awesome service, parts, and appearal
Every time I got into this place, everyone has been so helpful and courteous! Way more that any other shop in town. Great customer service!
Reno KTM has excellent customer service, expert staff for help choosing a new bike or finding parts, and a wide selection of gear and new Husqvarna and KTM motorcycles.
Great selection of KTMs & Husband. Great staff, very knowledgeable in all areas of motorcycle riding & gear selection.
Excuses, excuses! He said, she said kind of crap here. They lie at the counter about prices and estimates to get your business then double or even triple the price. What was $300 is now $900... Not acceptable for replacing fork seals and a clutch line. I would give zero stars if I could.
Really nice staff. Gm was extremely helpful and sweet
It was really good. The staff was nice and ready to help you with whatever you needed.
Guys are nice and helpful.
Honesty and up front no play8ng. Awesome business.
They saved me from missing out on Day 2 of the Redding Dirt Riders annual S2R off road ride. After catastrophic failure of the Tubliss on my bike they got me back in the game. If I rode out of Reno theres no other shop Id even consider for all my dirtbiking needs...
Always amazing experience with very knowledgeable employees
Quoted $4,000 on Used KTM 300came back with cash to test ride,Owner raised price to $4,900Lost my business that day.I still would recommend buying there
