Whats not to love?! The staff is amazing and the inventory is huge! My fav person there is Allison Bowman, she is such a ray of sunshine and super helpful!Fab place to buy whatever you need to make your home smell pleasant or what you need to pamper yourself! Definitely a regular!

I am kind of obsessed with the candles. They had a smoking deal on the candles and my daughter had a coupon that also got us $10 off.We walked in the store and were greeted right away by a very sweet voice. She asked if she could help us. We smelled them all and then settled on the ones we wanted.I love the quality of the products here and super kind and friendly staff make me want to come back.I love getting the coupons!

Went to Bath & Body Works to do some last minute Christmas shopping. I was looking for stocking stuffer type gifts. The store had moved since last time I was there shopping, but it only took me a few minutes to find the new larger corner location at the Legends shopping center in Sparks Nevada. The new store was packed with people, but they had several knowledgeable employees moving through the store offering to help. They had 4 cashiers working so the long line moved quickly to get people on their way. Good work making my Christmas shopping a little smoother.

Im in love with the new Bath and Body Works with the attached White Barn. They have really stepped up thier marketing game and to me anyways...it shows. They have a great visual direction and I literally have spent money in there because its just beautiful, happy and inviting atmosphere.

I went during one of their big summer deals. It was well organized, a great deal, and they had very good customer service. I was greeted at the door, and offered help multiple times. When I did ask questions they were very helpful and got me exactly what I needed.

I love this place I can spend hours in here! Love there lip gloss and there sanitizers! Everyone is always helpful and nice!

I especially appreciated Mollys great response to my request to see everything pumpkin scented. I went in for one thing and ended up scoring some fabbo deals... now my house, bath & body smell great for the holidays!

I frequent this location as it is closer to home. Often I have been told I can not use combined coupons. I am a Gold coupon member so I use them often and have always used them in this way. I went to another store in a different state and was able to use the coupons just fine. The store is always neat and tidy however the clerks are not always knowledgeable. Also this store is in an outlet mall. It is not an outlet location.

The store is beautiful, the staff is amazing, and they have everything you could possibly want! We walked in and were just so impressed! It looked so nice and was so clean. Right when we walked in we were greeted and asked if we needed help finding anything. We were also given a basket and told about all of the sales. I happened to have a few coupons and the girls all helped me pick out what would get me the most bang for my buck. One employee in particular really stood out. She was an older woman who came up to us to talk to our kids. She introduced herself to our son and talked to him about his light up shoes and stuff. Shopping isnt always as fun for a 6 year old as it is for me so I really appreciated the distraction she gave to him. She also talked with our baby girl. Our daughter just turned a year and is shy but she actually didnt mind the employee talking to her. At one point after we had walked away my husband had a question and she came over. We were juggling things around with our hands full and she said she would help. She went to grab something from my husband who was holding our daughter and instead our daughter went to the employee! She NEVER goes to anyone other than us! The employee just laughed and we got ourselves situated and she handed our daughter back. Our daughter was content having her hold her for those few seconds and like I said before, that never happens. It was nice that she was trying to help us but my daughter obviously wanted her. I think she picked up on how kind the employee was. We will absolutely be returning to shop there again soon!

Amazing customer service they are so friendly and helpful! Great deals all the time it does get really busy during the holidays.

Spent 10 minutes in the store and not one employee offered any assistance. No one even spoke upon entry. There were only two other customers in the store. As I prepared to approach an employee she immediately looked the other way. I shop often at BBW, normally online. Unfortunate experience today.

I dont need a lecture on your job description which you obviously dont understand anyway. Im sure your boss didnt hire you to make people leave. Driving out of the way to another store is much more enjoyably than being harrassed.

I love this store! As usual, it was incredibly busy, but that is okay. I was helped by two different ladies there, and got exactly what I was looking for.

The manager On duty Elaine was very unprofessional & rude & racist.. And the only reason I even went to the sparks location is because they didnt have my fav scent at the other stores, I shop at the meadowood mall bath & body works & they r all soo kind & courteous.. Ive nvr been soo mistreated in my life.. I called customer service and of course they were closed.. I hope she doesnt treat n e other people like that

Nice new store and smells so good.

Disapointed with new store. Its 80% candels and not much of the origional Bath and Body products i like. I went it for some fall soaps and lotions. I couldnt find any samples to smell the soaps. I found lotions but not the matching soaps. Went back a few weeks later and the entire inventory changed with no fall fragarences in sight. I hope the other locations still retain the selection Bath and Body is known for. This store needs work.
