Recieving is quick docks drop pretty low make sure your landing gear is up all the way and slide your tandems after your in your dock definitely would deliver here again nice people

Our brewery goes through New West for distribution. They are dialed in and professional and have a craft beer division that lends the time and attention to our brand that youd hope for when partnering with a distributor. I cannot speak highly enough of this organization.

Fast unloading waited 30 minutes to get unload only 1 forklift unloader at the time I checked in. Tight spots to back in youll be good if theres only one truck. Friendly personnel.

If I could give no stars I would. Worst service ever. Took over 40minutes for them to get 12 cases of beer. Not to mention we had to ask twice for the front desk to call the guys in the back since they failed to help us right away. There was no reason for us to wait so long for a 5minute loading job. Even when we mentioned how long we waited, the employees just laughed thinking it was funny. Ridiculous

Drivers are very rude. While I do not get deliveries my neighbor does. The driver parks the truck and blocks the entire front of my store, also making it difficult to park or leave causing many customer complaints. While this could be solved by parking 20 ft. back where there are no store fronts, and walking that short distance the drivers refuse. Even though it is painted no parking on the ground. When asked to park further back they refuse and become extremely argumentative and rude. I have not had this difficulty with any of the other delivery companies when requesting the same. For the sake of your customers and neighbors I would choose a friendlier distributor to deliver your products.

Had a 5am appt. They opened the gate shortly after 5 and got me unloaded full truck load in 30 minutes. The recieving docks are on west side of bldg along mccarran blvd. The 3 docks are a little tight. You back down into the dock so be careful not to bump hard so your load dont come crashing down!
