I recently relocated to NV from CA, and had to choose a new Gamestop location for all my needs. I was enthusiastically greeted by Nicholas, my new GSR, who showed great interest in not only my gaming delights, but also proved quite informative regarding my continuing collection of anime memorabilia. Fantastic experience that will ensure my continued patronage at this location.

It would help if the GameStop employees would answer the phone especially whenever theres only three people in the store looking around and train better I sat out front waiting for a curbside while I rang the phone nine times watching him ignore it todays Sunday the 15th who was working that day and there was only two people in store dude had long black hair and glasses

No organization. After I was able to find the game I wanted to purchase, they couldnt find the game disk.

Every time I visit this game stop and they are always extremely friendly and chatty when there are few customers in the store. This makes the environment very pleasant and more of a grassroot type of interaction where they are knowledgeable and friendly. They always help me with the services that I need and when I cannot find what Im looking for they can always help me find it somewhere else. As for the store itself everything is presented neatly and nicely. The floors are clean the counters are easily accessible and uncluttered.

I have been shopping at this Gamestop since 2007. I have had some differences with some managers but have always loved the people here. They are hard working and dedicated to their fellow gamer. No matter what you need they will do whatever they can to get the job done right.

Love coming into this one the staff knows me and is always gives me good advice for new games to play/pre-order.

They tried to give me half the price for a 3ds because they have poor WiFi and couldnt get the device to connect. Bad customer service lately.

This is the only gamestop my bf and I go to they are so nice and we always come back with a game someone told us about

I come in and wait patiently for some help. There was no Welcome to GameStop or friendly demeanor. Just doing their jobs. That was until a gentleman was locked for not bringing in his ID and the associate talked down to him like he was stupid. Following that, I was told that a copy of my ID cant be accepted while Im waiting to spend my day at DMV for a replacement. Apparently this particular establishment is more secure than my bank, who told me this could be accepted as long as I had front and back. But reality is,.. all I have to do is give my phone number and these guys will go over my entire purchase history with me for the last five transactions and read the name that pulls up on the screen instead of asking me my name to verify that its me. I can do ALL this, but I cant spend money on my card......

Used game prices arent always a good deal. Saw several without original case/manual that were only $5 less than a brand new one. Often you are better buying used on Amazon, or going to local store Capn Games. Staff was friendly, though.

Friendly staff,good selection for a smaller store

I just started going to this store a few days ago and the employees are so helpful and nice. this is the best gamestop Ive ever been to. I recommend this gamestop to everyone because it just the best experience.

The store itself was pretty small, and did not have much of a selection for pre-owned xbox one games. The games they did have were the same price or more expensive than could be found at Target. Ultimately. I was disappointed in this stores selection.

Even in this time of everything going digital GameStop still has the things you want you can also find a discount on older games that you wont find on digital download that and if you really want the digital download you can buy it through them anyway great job at maintaining relevance in a ever-changing world

I used to love going to gamestop, you get to buy your game stuff and talk games with the employees. My visit today really rubbed me the wrong way. We were talking about the new mortal kombat coming out in April and how I had bought it through the Microsoft store and he was sitting there telling me I dont get certain things I would have gotten if I would have bought instore. If employees are trying to sell their product up, they need to make sure what theyre telling customers before just trying to make a sell. Also told me xbox one controllers cannot be taken apart yet gamestop sells accessories for changing out buttons, joysticks, diagonal pads etc. I do not think I will use gamestop again, I dont want to be lied to when Im trying to spend money. Never had a problem with gamestop before today, lieing to a paying customer is not good customer service.

I try to do my best to stay away from Gamestop but since I was in the area and did not have much time I went in. I went to see if they still had a pokemon lets go Pikachu bundle. They told me no unless I pre-ordered it. They then followed up to tell me I can buy the game and the Pokeball plus separate but it would be $10 and that I should do it because it is sold out everywhere. I said no thank you and went to Best Buy where they had plenty left. I found this to be really shady because the game had just come out that day how does every other store still have some but not Gamestop. If I didnt know better I would have done it and it just makes me wonder how many parents or grandparents will go in and be told the same thing and buy it because they dont know any better.

This is my gamestop of my choice, I have been going here since the 2nd grade. Nothing but the friendliest, and knowledgeable employees that work here. I do not go to any other one.

Best place to learn about new games and movies be careful of on worker who is a complete moron on the Difference between PS systems and XBox systems he says they are the same and does not check the game for smiles or scratches when selling u a game he is kind a fat and plays PC games
