This has been the worst experience. We had our counters installed and purchased a sink from Accent. On installation day, the wrong size sink was brought, one of the smaller counter pieces was set crooked and 1 seam is not right. When I called customer service she said unfortunately during construction these things happen. No big deal after spending $ 4,500 right? So we were scheduled 16 days later for the correct sink. I sure hope the other issues are resolved. Unfortunately this is who Lowe’s contracts out. Frustrating when you really want to use your kitchen and no one seems to care.

We ordered our Countertops through Home DepotWe were originally supposed to have our Countertops installed on 9/28/2021. We disassembled our kitchen per your instructions and received a call the next morning stating that a piece broke and a new installation day would be scheduled. OK, I get it, accidents happen...We were rescheduled to have them installed on 10/7/2021. Again, we disassembled our kitchen per your instructions and received a call the next morning stating that pieces were missing and they still needed to repair something.As you can imagine we were very disappointed. The person I spoke with stated he is researching the issue and we would receive a call back from a District Manager with more information. 5 days later I still did not receive a call. So I called Accent Countertops and the person I spoke with was very non-apologetic or understanding and would only state it would be another couple weeks...At this point we are very disappointed in the Service we have received and dont feel like our Project is getting the attention it deserves after the mistakes that have been made. We now have to wait again to get another install date that will hopefully NOT fall apart for a 3rd time

Absolute worst quality I’ve ever seen in the trades. Less than a year and the seams have split on the countertops, the sink caved into the cabinets and the quality of installation was WAY LESS than mediocre. When contacted to assess and fix the damage was treated horribly by the ladies in the office. Would NEVER recommend this company, and I will be reporting them to the contractors board immediately.

I had my countertops installed last Friday by Chris and Michael and I wanted to tell you what an awesome job they did. They both were very friendly, professional and did a great job, the counters look amazing! They even cleaned up all of the dust and mess, which you never see happen in installation projects! Mario did the template measurements  and he was wonderful as well, he went over all of the options that were available and answered all of my questions. The entire experience I had at Accent Countertops wont be forgotten and I will definitely come back to this company with future needs.

I am so happy with my counters. They had a special and I got a different edging. So happy with it. They’re beautiful and we’re installed excellently. The installers were friendly and great. Thanks Accent. You’re the best.

Clint, our installer, arrived on time and ready to work. He made sure that all the product was carried carefully and aligned perfectly on our cabinets. Overall, very pleased with our experience.

So far...100% unhappy with Accent. We did a completely custom kitchen through a large home improvement store and our whole kitchen remodel has taken less than three months. This included demo, plumbing, electrical, a window removal and install of another window, designing, picking, ordering and installing custom cabinetry. Accent has farted around so long that it has taken over three months so far...and our install date is STILL three weeks away!!!! So all total IF they install when they say they will, JUST THE COUNTERTOPS ALONE will have taken over 3 months!!! They are blaming the pandemic but I know friends who have used another company and their kitchen is completely done from design to completion. It is hard to get a phone call back from anyone...they hid behind emails. They do not explain why there are multiple seams in our slabs when they aren’t needed. Their customer service is awful and they do NOT care about the fact that my family won’t have a fully functional kitchen for over 4 months!!!! If I had a choice I’d change companies but being under a contract, I guess they have us over a barrel! Do NOT use this company, find anyone else and I can almost guarantee you’ll get better service! Absolutely ridiculous!!!UPDATE: I was extremely unhappy with the lack of communication during the ordering/installing process. BUT...now that they are in, they did do a great job installing them. (Initially they said it would take two install dates...one for the countertops and another day for the backsplash, which I was REALLY not happy about mostly because they said they would have to measure everything again for the backsplash after the counters were installed) But the installers (cant remember their names) were efficient, friendly, professional and were able to install everything in one day...actually only a few hours! And we do love them, so overall the experience got started on the wrong foot, but in the end we are happy with the product. Still think the communication and customer service need some work though!

Michelle was super helpful in the design phase. “The boys” (Monte, Ron & RJ) worked hard as a team to get the job done, and done well! Much attention to detail, most appreciated. Monte appears to be very skilled, and led the install with care and expertise. We are super pleased with our ne granite countertops!

The installers were on time and professional. The counter top fit perfectly and looks great.

They don’t setup a time to install they expect you to call and setup and then they bait you by rescheduling several times. Lowes has a hard miss with picking this company.

This is the worst subcontractor we have ever dealt with. They mis-measured the quartz for the countertops, TWICE. The installers come unprepared for the work and they always leave a mess behind. Highly not recommended.
