While Walmart itself is fast going down hill. The pharmacy and its staff have always been very good over the years. I have nothing bad to say about the pharmacy. Walmart needs new leadership at this store on pyramid. Becoming a very dirty store. Sam Walton would be very upset at what his stores have become

What amazing service from Katie last week. I was picking up a prescription for Tamiflu for my son. The cost was $140.00. She was so nice to find a coupon for $100.00 off. The staff at this pharmacy are top notch!!

The drive thru pharmacy leaves a lot to be desired. They make you wait just to drop off and when you question what is going on the shut the camera off and ignore you. Not cool at all.

Please do not go to this pharmacy the staff is so rude they pretend they are working when in reality they are not... I went there tonight and she called me first to get a confirmation from the doctor cause they didnt sign the paper... but it was signed electronically by the doc who knew that the doc had to sign it too... so she tries to call another number on the paper and shes there closed come back tomorrow.... umm what no. Not happening... Im sick i need antibiotics and in inhaler... so I take my papers and I go back to the docs office which doesng close for 5 more mins of me showing up for the second time and i asked so nicely if the doc can sign the paper and she said yes no problem and asked if the phones were off and she said no Ive been sitting here it hasnt rung once..... wow just wow... lazy staff at walmart... Cvs, raleys, Walgreen anywhere else is better then walmart and trust me they take your insurance!

One of my favorite Walmarts. Its always clean, the staff is helpful (they even open registers when the lines get long), and there arent many shady characters there. This is one Walmart I feel safe enough to shop at alone at 3 am. Its also great that they seem to have a decent amount of security in the later hours.

Always understaffed, it’s always a wait to get your medications, even when they should be ready to go. Sometimes I don’t even get a text that it’s time to refill. It’s horrible here

Wouldn’t want to go back. Poor customer service. Poor wait times. Can’t expect much from Walmart though, I guess.

Had prescriptions transferred here from the 2nd Street pharmacy bc I had so many issues with the previous location. Apparently Pyramid is just as lousy. I tried FIVE TIMES over the phone to give them my insurance information (which they should have had on file already, since Ive already filled some scripts here! -- how did they lose it??! -- and if they didnt already have a copy on file, why couldnt they call their 2nd St location and ask THEM to fax over a copy?!) ---- and the rude, impatient idiot woman who answered the phone couldnt get the numbers right no matter how many times I repeated them to her. Now none of my prescriptions are being paid for by my insurance, and Walmart REFUSES to give me their fax number so I can fax them a copy of my card -- rather than driving down there in person only to be told one or more of my prescriptions will need prior authorization and wont be ready for days. I GIVE UP. I HATE YOU, WALMART, AND I HATE YOUR IDIOT EMPLOYEES!!!

Twice Ive had problems filling my prescriptions at this location.doctor verifies calling in order but pharmacy says they didnt get it.only to find out later they got order but didnt write it down.then they transfer a one time transferable prescription only to say they are out of that medication.awful place.updated 11/04/2018.notice new faces behind the counter and ive filled my last 2 prescriptions without issue.i hope this continues
