I have been waiting 4 months for garage doors for new construction. I called about a month ago and was dismissed. the person did not even ask my name and informed me they would call when my doors arrived. They did not call. a month later I finally went by in person and was told my doors had arrived but am not scheduled for another 2 months for installation. I understand the shortage etc. I encountered a rather snotty person who was less than helpful. I do not recommend this company due to their dismissive attitude. I was treated with little respect and left quite frustrated and disappointed. The doors are costing over $7800. They have 5K of my money so I cannot go anywhere else.

Antonio was very competent and professional. We had an ugly failure at 5:30 PM, we were back in business by 6:30 and the rate seemed fair. Once again, Thompson saved the day. If youre looking for a quality service to use for garage door work, this is them.

I called yesterday 3/25 and they were unable to get me in to replace my garage door opener for another week but to my surprise they called me the next day 3/26 and came and replaced my old garage opener with a new one and did maintenance on my garage door also. They were quick, showed me what I needed to know about the new opener and were very friendly and professional. I would recommend Thompson Garage Doors from Sparks to anyone one! With prices now a days I feel they were very good and my garage opener should last for many years to come.

I think Thompson Garage Doors is marvelous! The service is always spot on, and the people are very professional and friendly. My only suggestion to Thompson is to let your customers know before you go through the whole process of ordering a new garage door that it will be 10 to 12 weeks before the door will be shipped. After spending an hour with the service technician (who was terrific) ordering, choosing, measuring, and paying half of the 3500 dollars, I received a call the next day to let me know that it had been ordered and that it would be ten to twelve weeks before it would be shipped. At that point, I could have said No, but I still need the door. I understand COVID delays or any other reason; I would have liked it if they told me before the process started. Otherwise, the experience, as always, was great!

I brought in my chewed up door, they took some measurements, a week or so later the new door was ready and perfectly fit with my existing door hardware. Now if they trained dogs..

If you need garage door parts this is the place you want to be. Everyone is helpful and friendly and they had everything we needed. I would recommend this place for all your garage parts and needs!

I will begin by saying that Mitch Sperling is wonderful to work with. We had new doors installed and they look beautiful. There were a couple of things we had to work out, but Mitch made sure it was handled and I trust him.

A small showroom and a couple very helpful sales people. Prices are in line with most other places.

We waited two hours for them to show up for our scheduled appointment. No call no show,I called them and they never called me back,dont do business with these jerks. Just got done with another company and they did a great job at a fair price,look around and move on away fome Thompson.

Thompson Garage Doors is the best. They were able to help me with my garage door when it wouldnt open and while on site, noticed that one of the panels was broken. They had one from a door that was never used and were able to put that one in for me. Saved me a new door and it works great. When this one dies, I will be using Thompson Garage Doors to replace it, that is for sure!

I called and the next day I was scheduled, the installer should up right on time ready to go, He was dressed in a company uniform with his name on his shirt ( I like that) and presented a neat professional appearance . I had asked about a door opener (had been told before I did not have room) and Kenneth Mickey took some measurements and told me it could be done. He did a great job, the install looked great he adjusted the door added a brace and this was exactly what i wanted. I could not be more pleased with the installer and the installation. I recommended Thompson Garage Doors to my neighbor the next day and would highly recommend them for any of your garage door needs

I just needed to have my door serviced, but Thompson was quick to respond and set a date. When I got home they had left a phone message to call and confirm the appointment for the next day. It was 8pm, but they had had an emergency number to take the call. The next morning, right on time Steve W was here with his smiling face. He explained what he would be doing and worked quickly and efficiently. Thank you for a great job.

Guy was a total jerk and didnt even finish the job. We will never call or refer them to anyone. We own a construction company and get asked for referrals all the time. Complete waste of money.

This company is very professional, accommodating, and went the extra mile to install a brand new garage door opener system when my original one failed and couldnt be repaired. The scheduler Craig was pleasant to work with and made it easy by providing Saturday appointment times when weekdays were tough. The two technicians Shawn and Steve W. were both very professional, polite, and willing to share useful maintenance/troubleshooting tips. Steve W. installed the new garage door opener, explained the new system, and ultimately made things right. I highly recommend him. One last comment is that this company is very prompt and courteous by calling 30 minutes ahead of time to make sure everything is good and the technicians will show up as scheduled.

My appointment to have garage opener repaired was scheduled for 9am today and the tech Kenneth showed up right on time. He was so professional, introduced himself reviewed the work order then inspected the unit. He then presented me with all the options to repair or replace and in the end we decided repair was best course of action, unlike the other company that told me the only way forward was to replace the unit. The repair was completed promptly. I believe he went above and beyond by fastening down and tightening all bolts and stabilizing the entire unit. He also lubricated the rollers and springs and greased the track. Professional, prompt with service call and fair pricing I highly recommend Thompson garage doors

Antonio from Thompson Garage Doors repaired a broken spring, He was professional, friendly, and fast. After he finished with the spring repair he began working on the brackets that hold up the garage door opener. When I asked why, Antonio replied that the opener was set too high causing undue pressure on the system. When I thanked him for noticing, he replied: That is what we do. We want the door repair experience to be the best for you. This was done at no extra charge. WOW is the word that comes to mind for this type of service!

FANTASTIC company. I called and a technician was at my house within the hour. Very easy to set up an appointment when I called. The technician made sure to walk through what was wrong in all aspects of my existing garage (that had prior been serviced by a competitor less than a year ago). We lost an animal under our garage door due to the sensors not working properly and we were told that they were 5 higher than code, so Shawn M. (fantastic technician and highly recommended) helped us get to code so that we would not have any other accidents with our children like what happened with our animal. I will call this company any time that I need any work done. There were some alignment issues and my rollers fell out. My garage door was stuck and lopsided. Needing a quick solution, I decided to shop around and called 5 other places based on yelp reviews. No one was friendlier or offered a better price! Our technician was professional, courteous, and most of all got the job done for the best price in town. They even replaced the garage light bulb and conducted an extensive 40 point service. Wonderful experience will definitely use Thompson for my future garage needs. Ask for Shawn.

Called to get a paid for install scheduled and they couldnt make time to work with my schedule. Pretty much acted like I was an inconvenience. Then to have the audacity to tell me to leave my garage door open. Look I dont know the installer and frank dont trust a company I have never worked with, so why would I leave my garage open for you to have access without being here is never gonna happen. Im working with the company I got the opener for my garage to find someone that seems like they care about the customer and not about the money. To top it off this person who answered the phone said we only work Monday thru Friday 9 to 5. Well I have to move my hours to work on stuff ar work, so you can too. And teach your employees to not be ignorant or self-contained centered when they are dealing with customers. We spend our money on you so get a good dose of humility and learn to work around our schedules! What a waste of my time to even call to schedule with a worthless company.
