Ordered 2 boxes of tiles (Rainier 1500) on 10/13/20 and paid $85 freight charges and the invoice stated that (extra) freight charge was to “get it here by Friday” (10/16/20). The tiles DID NOT arrive on Friday and didn’t arrive until 3:30 Monday afternoon.I then had to pay an additional $27.31 because the supplier had changed the number of tiles in each box.... no adjustment was offered.When I complained about the delay, and that there was no relief, I was told that the shipping cost was “what Sparks Tile paid” and there was nothing that could be done.I had a retail store in Reno years ago and for $85 I would never have had a customer walk away angry.This town is too small for disappointing service.TLP (10/21/2020)

There is no better place in town to get what you need for your next project. Cindy and her staff are very customer focused and make sure you get exactly what you need! If you go somewhere else, you are making a mistake!

The stone is ok, but to unexperienced buyers they first sell more than you need, and then do not take anything back (still in package, unused). So do not ask people in the store how much do you need -- count everything for yourself if you plan to buy there.

Very nice customer service and a wide selection they also have a little spot for kids that is pretty cool for counter tops they have pre fab and raw slab though you have to get a contractor to measure and install they dont install
