Customer service was great during the times Ive purchased large lumber and hardware from this company. Jessie behind the counter is knowledgeable and is there for customers. But the rest of the staff that supposed to be in the yard. Where literally riding skateboards or have there own lil conversations. When i went out to the yard to get my lumber. Very frustrating!! Other than a yard full of kids and an office with at least one professional. Ill take it!!

Great customer service! I came In To purchase 4 6x8x12s they were in perfect shape considering it’s size. They did all the loading for me. I will be coming here for all of my wood needs

.For my order, if it could go wrong, it went wrong (not the companys fault; more my fault for ordering lumber not ideal for the project I have in progress). This company has superior customer service to any company I have ever worked with. They have the most helpful staff, and the most willing to make sure their customer is happy.... even small customers like me.I would recommend this company to everyone whether you are a do-it-yourselfer or a business.Awesome company, awesome people. :)
