I purchased a bed in June 2016 from this place. I cost a pretty penny and upon delivery did not feel like what was ordered. After a week I had severe back pain, the bed was no good for me. I called and asked if the could help me as it did not feel like what I constructed in the store. There reply was this after laminating and sewing a cover on it the material feels diffrent than what it is raw when constructing it. (This was not disclosed to me at time of purchase) If I wanted to bring it back in they could alter it for 600$ more. This was obserd especially given the fact I had just paid 2800 to have the bed made and only had it a week. Long story short they did not help stand by there product nor did they produce a product that was represented to me upon sale. I have been stuck with an over priced mattress, extreme back pain and no sleep. There is no warranty and all sales are finally this guy will say what needs to be said to make a sale and he will take your money and run.

He made a twin bed short enough to fit in the space in our r.v.

We have had Luis replace the foam in our travel trail couch and kitchen cushions. With the couch he met us at Grand Sierra removed the couch and brought it back the next day. Will use again.
