We found the car we had been looking for on Parks Chevrolet website, called and spoke with the salesman Dennis, who confirmed that it was at their dealership.We traveled over 2 hours to Parks Chevrolet. From the minute we met with Dennis on the lot, we felt as though our trip was well worth it. Dennis and the entire staff at Parks Chevrolet were so helpful. Considering we were car shopping with our young, can’t sit still kids, we definitely recommend Parks Chevrolet and their entire staff!

I had to get a car asap and was helped by Danilo Gomez who helped me pick out the perfect car and by Anthony Rivera who assured all the paperwork was done correctly. I had such a great experience with both of those gentlemen and definitely recommend anyone to them!!
Had to get my Catalytic Converter replaced. They explained out how the warranty would work, if or if not the converter was the issue, and we proceeded with getting the work done. Contacted them that afternoon for an update which they promptly explained it was the converter and that it was being replaced the next day. Next day it was completed and I picked up my vehicle issue resolved and no problems with payment as the warranty covered it. Professional, upfront, and easy going for someone who would call for an update.
Setting up the recall appointment was fairly easy. My customer service rep Carson was sincerely honest, helpful, and professional. My only complaint is that whoever installed the recalled passenger airbag left several black, soot like marks on the tan leather console. A simple clean up would have been preferred but this how my truck was presented to me after service.

Had to have a recall fixed on my 2016 Chevy Trax. Dealt with Carson. He was very polite and courteous. My car was fixed by the time they estimated as well. It was an overall simple, quick visit and would definitely recommend to others.
They are not even worth one star!!!! I would definitely NOT recommend this dealership . Customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. I drove 4 hours to this dealership on June 26th to buy a brand new Suburban, which my husband and I purchased. The step bars that were to be included on the vehicle with the purchased package, were not at the dealership. I was given an IOU and told that they would have them within 4-6 weeks and they would ship them to a local dealer to have them installed. After waiting 7 weeks, we had not heard from anyone and so we attempted to call, send texts and emails and have had nothing but run arounds, even the general manager would not follow through with his promises. No one knows anything about the bars. Later, we found out the bars were there and no one knew what to do with them...there is some major communication issues going on there. I even told them my son had fallen and broken his arm and it was extremely hard for him to get in and out of the vehicle without the steps, but no one seemed to care. I have been very upset that they would not follow through with their word and didnt seem to care that they had not provided the product that I paid for with my purchase!!!!Now we have been told that the dealership was bought out and no one knows anything about this. My husband has tried several times to speak with Jordan, who we have been told is the new sales car manager, and he has made empty promises. He wont even answer our calls now, so this only means that customer service is definitely not a priority for them.A set of scuffed step bars with no hardware was shipped to a local dealership in my town on October 8th and I refuse to put them on a brand new vehicle that should have had brand new steps.If you are thinking of purchasing a new vehicle, run as far away from them as you can..... They refuse to do any repairs on the weekend. At all. So I had to have repairs done during the work week which was inconvenient since I had to leave my truck there. They told me it was almost ready 3 times. I made plans and canceled them each time they changed the pickup time. Brian told me he would call me back this morning with the status of my vehicle and never called back. I had to call 3 times and be put on hold for over 20 minutes. I am extremely unhappy and will never go back. Thanks again Brian

The facility is clean and uncluttered. My salesman is friendly, knowledgeable, prepared, very helpful in my best interest and didn’t pressure me at all. The manager did everything he could do to give me the best price possible and facilitated the sale quickly and amicably. The finance manager found and achieved the best interest rate and matched my best credit union rate. Our overall experience could not have been better and I would strongly recommend anyone to consider checking with Greenway Chevrolet when shopping for a car or truck. The used vehicle I purchased is in excellent condition inside and out. Customer service and satisfaction seem to be the highest priority there.
Worked with Jonathan initially online as I live a few hours away. Jonathan was able to give me an offer on my trade in remotely, and made sure I was able to purchase the vehicle as agreed when I arrived. The truck I purchased was heavily sought after as inventory is low across the country, but they made sure the deal went smoothly and I was not disappointed. In addition to that I left some items in my vehicle which Johnathan made sure he located and mailed to me.... Great person to deal with, I would highly recommend asking for him when you visit!!!

I know I bugged Brian alot trying to get my warranty ppl to work with Chevy but Brian never seemed bothered and was always polite and never sounded annoyed and called my warranty company when I asked him to. I wasn’t at the dealership on 8/20, it was 7/23. I had an appointment for an oil change. I was there for THREE hours. The time before that, earlier in July to get my battery changed which cost a fortune, I fell in the garage in water on the floor, and other than a quick “are you ok” that was it. They didn’t follow up with me to see how I was or anything. I did have to see a doctor because my knee was so swollen.
Clean, friendly staff and very well organized. Was ready for me when I arrived at my scheduled time. Parked my vehicle in the service bay. And returned it to in the same place. Nice courtesy.

Went to buy a truck, salesperson was super nice, I ask for a lower price (as most people do) and showed them a comparison of another truck with similar price. The manager comes and calls me a low baller and to go buy the other truck, which I probably will end up doing. Manager was super rude. I get the market we are in allows less room for negotiation, but that doesnt mean you need to be rude and lose a customer. Good job. I recommend the salesman go find another job, because the manager is going to run all your customers away.
The quality of work seems to be good. But the price of parts and labor is outrageous. Had my starter replaced and it cost me over 800$. I disagree with the 140$ diagnostic fee, it should be absorb in the final bill.
Dont remember being called a liar at any other dealership except this one. Service writer Brian billed me $92.33 for oil change and tire rotation for my Z71 pickup. He said it took 8 quarts of oil. I told him the 5.3L engine takes 6 quarts and I spoke with him before I brought the truck in about their $54.95 oil change/tire rotation special...same as the GMC dealer a few blocks away. He denied any knowledge of it. He said that engine takes 8 quarts..he changes them every day. I went to the service manager who straightened out the matter. Engine takes 6 quarts !!! I should know...I retired from the GM Truck Group product engineering team. This is not the first time they have tried to over charge me but it is the last time they will have a chance to try.
I went from Lexus to Chevrolet and the customer service at Lexus is unmatched!The guys at Chevrolet do not greet you let alone a smile. I called to pay over the phone and they said they do not take payments over the phone. I used the same form of payment to pay for my oil change in person in which they could of punched the numbers of the card. Then they wouldn’t release my truck because the service guy did not complete my paperwork because he recommend tires in which I did not need. So I could not pay and get my truck until the following day because the guy who checked me in had left. The customer service at Chevrolet of Spartanburg is not the best!!
Even though the schedule was full, they took my car and looked at it when time permitted. All other Chevy dealers in area would not even look at it for weeks and no efforts made to accommodate. We are from out of town and could not wait for weeks

Tim the sales manager that handled pricing through emails was very responsive and accommodating in working out a deal for me. Your doc fee is one of the most reasonable I could find along with better inventory at the time.Dennis who handled prepping the vehicle, processing my initial paperwork, and orientating me to my new vehicle was extremely helpful and personable. Dennis went above and beyond in service to make me feel like a valued customer.however, the salesfloor and bathrooms were unimpressive and actually quite dirty. Almost no basic amenities were available like bottle water, coffee or a snack.The final manager that processed the legal documents for purchase offered no personal interaction or assistance in explaining this process. I was very unimpressed with the people skills of this level of management
Please go see Dennis! He is amazing I have purchashed 3 vehicles from Chevrolet of Spartanburg and he is amazing. He is always so helpful and is not pushy like car salesman typically are. Just share with him your individual or family needs and he will try to find something that matches your need! They have a lot of great deals going on. I bought a Colorado last year and with the kids getting older I decided on a traverse. None of our vehicles have experienced mechanical issues or other things like typical lots. I do not leave reviews often but he is such a great person I can not give him the credit he deserves!

Well after owning a new car for a year. I hit my 7.5k mileage. Time for my first free oil change / service and I had to PAY out of pocket. Apparently I missed a deadline by 29 days. Was only good for 1 year? With everyone working from home puts less mileage on vehicles within the past year. Had a great experience with salesman that sold the car to me 1 year ago. This is only reason they get a 2 star. I will never bring my car for service here again or buy a new vehicle through this dealership. Saddened experience. I doubt everything else was done that was part of the first service that is usually offered by dealerships to their new car customers.

!!!BUYERS BEWARE!!! My first car purchase and this place has made it an awful experience! Barely put 3500 miles on it and a REPEATED transmission code appeared. An obvious problem that never got fixed, only hidden and undisclosed at purchase. Manager basically told me, you get what you pay for, so being young and buying an affordable used car is MY BAD! NO CARFAX, was told EVERY car comes with one, he said hed email it...have YET to see it!!! Not a good business practice and sheisty move on a young, first time buyer!!!
Good customer service. Friendly environment. But their mechanics are inexperienced. I’m forced to return my car to see another mechanic for the 3rd time after less than a month after visiting these guys. Twice with them & now to somewhere else but them.

It’s pretty bad when the service managers wife/daughter to has to go on here and leave fake reviews with five stars just to bump their ratings up. These guys do not report the proper repairs to car fax. No matter how big or small their repair jobs are the only thing they report to carfax is “regular maintenance performed” when they actually replaced half the engine. But seriously check out their reviews. If the last name matches the service managers last name, then the reply is signed by greenway Chevy otherwise Roy Botts actually signs his name! That’s pretty pathetic. Several of their google reviews are clearly fake and anyone who’s had even just one experience there would know this. These guys will lie to you, try to manipulate you, will be rude to you, they will rip you off all while providing less than substandard service which will most likely cause you to return for additional service. I can’t believe General Motors would allow this place to continuously ruin their name. Once upon a time I would only buy chevys but these guys fixed me of that. Wonder how you guys sleep at night
Was able to trade in my vehicle, and purchase the new vehicle we came in for in the same day! The gentleman are ready to make deals and cooperative with the game plan you come in with. The guys stayed late, way past closing, to help my husband and I finish the deal. And all of them offered to help move our items from one our old car to the new. The financial gentleman was very efficient and explained what we needed to know or wasnt clarified. These guys work long hard hours and I appreciate them taking the time to help us and sharing the experience with us. It was a great time getting to know these guys! 😊

The customer service at the dealership itself was satisfactory. The service advisors were attentive and helpful. The automated scheduling system that routed our local call to a Florida-based agent was inefficient and unhelpful. The repairs appeared to be performed properly and in a timely manner. After paying $5,698.00, we were disappointed to discover vehicle’s front interior was not cleaned after the work (I.e. - dash board and floor mats cleaning, etc.).
I’ll never go back to this dealership again! Their tech was very rude and lied to me. I made a appointment on the phone for a oil change. They said there was a long wait due to being short staffed, which I understood. I waited in their waiting room. Tech comes and gets me and tells me it’s done and had a attitude problem! I got this done a little over a week ago and now there’s oil leaking somewhere from my car. Got on my mirrors, my hood, on the sides and all over! I called to speak with someone in order to resolve this. Talked to their GM Jason something! He acted like I was telling him a story. I even had my receipt and all of my information in front of me on the phone. I just wanted a refund and he wouldn’t do anything! They’re a bunch of crooks! Don’t ever go there!

Small time dealership with hardly ANY new vehicles!! I mean less than 20 as far I could tell. Only 1 small SUV and it had 500 miles on the odometer for some reason.. Wasted a good morning driving way down there to buy a SUV and came back empty handed. Something needs to change with this antiquated system of buying cars from dealerships.
Sold my 2017 Colorado z71 to them about a month and a half ago. Came out positive in the sale but have yet to receive my check. I’ve called and emailed multiple times, and have always been told they would get back to me and never did. I won’t be recommending this dealership to friends or family. Hopefully a manager sees this and contacts me.
Someone took my truck to McDonald’s and left their trash in my car. It’s okay though. Other than that service was great.

On Friday I called Mr. Williams at Greenway Chevrolet of Spartanburg and he told me to bring my Colorado in on Tuesday. I had, what is known as the “Chevy Shake”. Upon acceleration the truck would vibrate, or shake, this was getting worse each time I drove it. Mr. Williams had the truck checked out and repaired with-in one day. Now it’s like driving a brand new truck, the shaking or vibration isn’t there any more. Thanks Greenway Chevrolet for repairing my vehicle.

Never responds to give an update. I couldn’t see my boys on Father’s Day. Had plans at 5 that afternoon. Couldn’t make it.

Here I am 6 months later doing another survey. Had they fixed the issue with my truck the first time I would not be back again. This is the 3rd breakdown Ive had with this brand new $52k truck. Needless to say I am furious and am ready to be done with Chevrolet all together. From the lack of care from the consultant I had to deal with (he has the personality of a rock), and with the lack of care from the GM and Sales Rep I bought the truck from at Bradshaw Chevrolet, its been an awful experience. And to think my wifes grandfather owned the Spartanburg Chevrolet Dealership when it was M&M Chevrolet...he is rolling in his grave knowing what has happened to what he built. Its gone way down the toilet.

Do not buy a car or warranty from these guys. I paid $3000 for a warranty and when I needed service not only did they misdiagnose my car which caused me unnecessary charges, but they also claimed I had no warranty and I would be required to show them proof if I actually did. Once I provided the warranty information they were really hateful and disrespectful about handling my issue and I had to tell them that another ase certified mechanic had diagnosed the actual problem before they would even looked at the car. Until then they swore up and down that the grinding and knocking from my engine which caused it to stall was normal sounds and there was nothing wrong with it. Throughout the entire process, their service staff hung up the phone on me over three dozen times. I would understand this type of response if I was being belligerent and was cussing them out but I was nothing short of respectful and polite. If I could’ve given zero or a negative star rating they would’ve earned much less than a one star

Found a used truck on carfax for 23000.00Went and test drove it..and the salesman Derrick ran the number and told me blah blah..Once I looked at the paperwork he had in hand they where gonna try and sell me the truck for 28000... Scammers....
