Would not recommend this place to anyone. Went in for a wheel alignment for front and rear. They claimed they did the alignment but my car still felt funny driving. Went to another place and sure enough, turns out that I didn’t get an alignment after all. I paid $99 for nothing. Steer clear of this place, they don’t care about anything but your money which they will gladly take.

Went to get a tire plugged& was told that wouldnt be a good idea, but offered to patch the tire.

They had me up and running again at a fair price. The true test came when I had an issue with one of the tires that I purchased from them. They replaced it with no problem at all. That speaks volumes to me, when a company will sell you a product and stand behind it. Highly recommended!

151 dollars for a tire that Discount tire offered to give to me for 83 dollars 😂😂 what a joke. Not to mention when I called they said right off the bat they probably didn’t have my tire in stock without even knowing the size. Don’t waste your time here.

I asked the folks at Tireama for an alignment on a finicky high performance import. I regularly use the vehicle on track days I have been incredibly impressed by the quality of the service I was given. I will bring any vehicle to them for an alignment.

I had my front passenger side brake caliper and brake pad both replaced and that was fine. Then comes the messed up part where they didnt even bother to torque the wheel all the way when they replaced it. So basically my wheel fell off while driving. Dont be fool by 1 star because its only there because there is no zero star choice.

We got a nail in our tire while on the interstate and began losing air fast, we first pulled into NTB where we originally purchased the tires but as we watched our tire quickly losing air they could get to the tire in 2.5 hours and we still had a 7 hour drive in front of us. We decided not to wait and found Tireama. They were busy with all bays full but as we spoke with the guy behind the counter he said it would take about 30 - 45 minutes. We sat down and noticed they had jacked our car up in the parking lot. Within 15 minutes we were out of there and it only costs like $20.00 bucks. Thanks for your care and concern you had for us weary travelers and the tire is still in good shape!

I got my tires and control arms changed at Jr. Used Tires. He recommended to come to Tireama inc. for great service and cheap alignments. So I come in for an alignment for all four tires but got only the front two aligned. Not only did they tell me the wrong price but these terrible people they stripped both my brand new control arms so badly making them unusable. The staff didnt even have the guts to bring this to my attention. After many complaints and long stressful phone calls, my stripped control arms were replaced free of charge by John at Jr. Used Tires, Im very grateful of Johns honesty and loyalty to his customers. While Tireama inc. did nothing, I would not recommend this place for anyone. It has bad service and terrible and not professional staff.

My husband just had a tire pressure sensor replaced there on his f150 truck. Not only did they damage the wheel taking off the tire, but they were rude and wouldnt own up to it even though he sat there and watched how they removed the tire. He also requested that the wheel be hand torqued and he watched the technician use a torque stick with an impact gun and then remove the truck from the lift. The man at the front counter (who identified himself as the owner) suggested that if he physically saw them do it, that he should have went and said something. Only problem there is he cannot step foot into the shop area, so that is an invalid point. He also suggested to my husband that if he knew so much about tires then he should have done it at home himself. Once again, invalid point because the only reason a company is in business is because of their customers. My husband paid and was still told that they knew they were going to have a problem with him from the start. The only problem here is this company does not understand customer service. You cant treat people that way and not expect the backlash. You are a small business. You, my good sir, are the OWNER. You should know better than to treat a customer that way. I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE! They are cheaper, but not worth it in the end. Spend the extra money and make sure your vehicles and YOU are taken care of PROPERLY.

Had tires installed here last week, and they didnt get the balance right. Went back to ask them to rebalance, as my vehicle was shaking pretty violently at cruising speeds. The older gentleman told me he was going to charge me to rebalance them because they were a mud terrain and hard to balance. I already paid them $120 to install and balance to begin with literally a week before. Honestly, if you arent good enough to balance a mud terrain tire, you probably shouldnt be in the tire industry, furthermore, if they didnt have confidence they could get them balanced, they shouldnt have agreed to install them in the first place. Customer service is non-existent at this place, and they have no respect for your investment, as they will not honor their work. I ended up having to pay a different shop to have them rebalanced...oddly enough that shop had no issues getting them balanced.

I would give no stars if I could, my car dealership sent me here for new tires if i was paying I would’ve left. The man at the desk was extremely rude. He also lost the keys of a customer in front of us and was not even apologetic. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

I cant believe the horrible service. I been there twice. The first time they kept the car for few hours and decided not to do work. The second time I called and asked about what I need done. When I brought the car the guy decided they they wont work on it because its a jaguar and that they cant take off a bolt because it might give them problem. IS THIS NOT A GARAGE??? Clearly they dont have a single qualified mechanic that they refuse to take off a rusty wheel bolt. If you need an oil change then maybe, if you actually want a mechanic to work on your car then dont even bother taking it there cause if its too hard then they will simply refuse to work on the car. This is worse then the oil change people they have at Walmart. Took the car to another shop and it tool them less then 5 minutes to take off that bolt.
