While I was skeptical of the Quick Lane service option, I had the points to use from my new car purchase so I tried it out. It’s not as quick as the name implies (the reason for 4 stars) but what really impressed me was the check in process. I was was told that it would be about an hour before technicians could get to my car. That was very accurate and I really appreciated that. As I waited I heard the check in technician give each new person their expected time and of course it got longer the more people came in. What I really value is that there were not promises of what could not be delivered. That earns my respect. Now I know that while it’s not an express service, it is reliable and there is great value in that. I’d never used the ‘points’ before and was told all that would be taken care of and it was. Thanks for that, the reliability and quality customer service!
I appreciate your follow-through on completing the work for the front brakes recall notice. The service manager was very friendly. As far as Ive been able to determine, the work was done as needed.One concern was that I wasnt called to pick up my car and only found out it was ready to pick up when I called to check on it at 5pm. I was then told that if I couldnt get there by 5:30pm that Id have to wait until the next day (but I was able to pick it up before 5:30).Another concern was that, when I called to schedule this recall maintenance work, I didnt receive clear instructions on where to bring the car at your facility. After going to 2 incorrect places at the dealership, I did finally get to the correct place.
I’ve never posted a negative review until now. We bought a brand new Expedition Platinum last November, and by May every time the air conditioner turned on it blasted out a horrible vinegar smell. Over the course of the summer we took it in several times and they act like they just can’t figure it out. They don’t care that my new car reeks like vinegar/mold. It is scheduled to go in a 3rd time this coming week- and they want it overnight and said they have no loaner vehicles for us. I have 3 kids and I’m a student and it’s extremely difficult to be without a car. I can’t even trade it in at this point because I would lose a ton of money and the problem is not fixed! I would think this dealership would treat their customers better than this!! For reference, I had a suburban before this and never once had this problem! It sits in a dehumidified garage! My advice is to not buy a Ford Expedition and do not buy from this dealership- they won’t take care of you after the sale!
Made appointment to have batteries checked in my F-250. Got me in first thing Monday morning. Professional service writers. Nice clean drive up area. Batteries were bad and replaced at a price that was below all auto parts stores prices. Labor was very reasonable. Customer waiting area was clean with free coffee and TV and areas to work on a laptop. Work completed quickly. No complaints with this visit. Very satisfied.
Vic Bailey Ford is said to be the best dealership in the state, they definitely prove it, veteran friendly, high standards, I was looking for a new truck, they found me exactly what I was looking, made the deal feel easy and seamless, they all were very professional and helpful.
Where do I start? From the initial call asking if I can have my Ford Mustang towed in, I experience the best customer service ever. Tyrone in service was an angel. He layer out everything that needed to be completed. With me residing over 2 hours away, Vic Bailey Ford felt one call away. This is the best service Ive had in years.
Lied to me about a cam phaser repair, told me that its hardware job only, no PCM programming was done. Had another dealer run the Oasis history, clearly says PCM reprogram. Failed to diagnose/repair an ongoing issue. Went to D&D, got much different treatment. Actually made serious attempts, and as of now the issue is solved. Avoid this place at all costs.
Unlike a lot of salesperson at car dealerships, everyone I encountered was not pushy or trying to upsell me. I arrived knowing what I wanted, and how much I was able to afford. The whole experience lasted a few hours and not all day. I really love my truck! Thank you.

My Aunt purchased a vehicle from Greenway Chevrolet and it had to go to Vic Bailey because it was a Ford and they couldn’t find the issue. An appointment was made and I had the best experience. The Service guy was so helpful he kept us informed and found the issue and had it corrected. The issue was the car wouldn’t crank after you put gas in. We had to keep mashing the gas at a high level then it would crank. Well after I was told it was ready I ask has anyone put gas in it to see if it’s okay. The Service guy said no but go to the gas station and put some in and give me a call. I did just that and I most definitely gave him a call. Guess what? It Fired right up. So Thank you Mr. Tyrone Goode for all your help. If you’re having any issues this is the guy to speak with. Thanks again!

This was hands down the easiest car purchase I have ever made! I got a great deal on a new car and was treated exceptionally well. My salesman, Duncan, was very personable and treated me with respect even though I was female and shopping without my husband. I had already left another dealer because the salesperson looked over me and only wanted to speak with him! James was a pleasure to work with as well! Everyone was friendly from the receptionist to the final finance guy! I am very pleased with my purchase! I also received a great trade in value on my old car.
Twice this summer we have set up appointments for service... Twice they have taken forever to get the service done. I understand having to wait for parts... But there is zero communication from their side. When we tried to call in, we would always get voicemail and never a call back. Just feels like their is no sense of urgency to get your car done.
Went out to start the truck in the morning and got nothing but some clicks. Dead battery on a 2018 Ford F-250 Platinum FX4. Exactly 3 years and 74,000 miles later. Seems this is par for the course for this vehicle. Called road side assistance for a jump and drove straight to Vic Bailey Ford without an appointment. They took me in on the spot without hesitation to check the battery. Sure enough, the chassis battery was low. Battery was replaced in a short 30 minutes and I was on my way out the door going about my business. The reception was friendly and the service was excellent. As a full time RV’r traveling the country, this was by far the best dealer service experience I’ve ever had bar none. For reasons I won’t go into here, i have Ford Pass that covered the entire cost except for a $2.00 surcharge. That was my total cost out the door.

Bought a truck and the tires were bald after 25000miles. They are rated for 50. The service center said they’re specially manufactured tires that are made to drive well and go bald fast. That he has seen them come back at 12000 miles. Bridgestone, Ford and Vic Bailey are all pointing the finger at each other saying it’s not their responsibility. I can only imagine this is how every other warranty would be. I would recommend buying somewhere else

In regards to the Service Department, If I could give no or negative stars I would. Our vehicle has been there since the first week of January. Three months and very little communication later, it is still there. This was our first and last time using Vic Bailey. When you call the Service Department nobody answers and you have to leave a message to which nobody ever returns your call. Weve gone weeks without hearing from anyone and you have to continuously call and pray someone actually answers. Weve been given a handful of false completion dates. Most recently weve been told the Technician putting the vehicle back together isnt able to work so progress continues to be delayed. One would think with the amount of time our vehicle has been held captive there that it would be priority enough for someone else to take over and see that we get our vehicle back.

Ive had the car 3 months and its been in the shop 5 weeks total. 2500.00 so far. Its in the shop now. I believe they knew what they were selling me. Be wary of no warranty cars. Its a shame to take advantage of someone who has little money to begin with.

Brought my F150 in due to freezing of my locks that effected the ability of the door to unlock and/or latch. Spoke with Jim in the service department and made an appointment to bring the vehicle in as he said that this was a covered repair under warranty but it would take the better part of a day as all four doors have to be addressed. I brought truck over the night before my appointment, leaving the keys in the night drop box. I received a call the next day letting me know that the not all the doors had been completed due to not having all the door kits but the parts truck was expected to arrive towards the end of the day. The truck would be ready by mid-day was told to me. Long story short...not one door had been repaired by 1pm the following day! Maddening!
It was a pleasant and enjoyable experience, with no pressure to make a deal. Well informed and friendly staff. Had a small issue that was addressed and is being taken care of. Our salesman Will was very helpful and knowledgeable, he took time to find answers to any and all of our questions.
Great folks! On our way to NC from Georgia, wrench light came on. Stopped at the Ford place in Anderson SC, they cleared it and said should get us where were going. Just a cylanoid they said, thats what the programmer said. Got to going on towards NC and it came back on. Now mind you were pulling a trailer with a golf cart and 4 kids in the Expedition. I told my husband to go to Vic Bailey, just listen to me and Ill give you directions! He did, went into the repair part, talked to Wayne and another guy, forgot his name, but they were both super nice, just down to earth! He said would be about 2 weeks before they could fix it and a good chunk of change, the warranty had just ran out about 5000 miles back! I said well who do recommend over there in sales, he said Troy and Sean and anyone really over there, but he actually said their names so.... My husband and I walked in and asked for Sean or Troy, Said Troy just went that way so heres Sean. Wonderful, wonderful at his job, except he still has to work on THE LOOK. He knows what I mean!I told him what I had to have, remember we are travelin with 4 children to see our other 2 children in NC, 1 of which is expecting!2 were going to visit their grandparets from my late husband so I had them come pick those 2 up at the dealership. So anyway, Sean says our inventory is low, thanks Biden 😡, but he had exactly what we were looking for. Brand new 2021 Expedition XLT MAX, exactly what we had, but this one was 3 years newer and has a LIFETIME POWER TRAIN WARRANTY!! REREAD THAT PEOPLE... LIFETIME POWER TRAIN WARRANTY, which had we bought the first Expedition from them our thrown wrench would have been covered!GREAT PEOPLE, JUST DOWN TO EARTH GOOD OLE FOLKS!We will drive from Georgia to here on out to buy our Fords! Which is in August to buy our soon to be 15yo his first truck🤦♀️

BEWARE STAY AWAYWhat a bunch of jerks in the Service department. Liars and cheaters. My son had his 2015 Focus transmission repaired earlier this year. It started acting up so he takes it back. The Service department added an extra 5000 miles to the ticket so it would appear that it was no longer under warranty. They will not honor their warranty. Stay away and avoid at any cost. Going to file BBB complaint but I doubt it will do any good.

I went to Vic Bailey Ford after having an excellent experience with Vic Bailey Mazda Service. My expectations apparently were too high. Not even close to the service I expected from a reputable dealership. VERY disappointed and will not return there.**Note: my Service Rep tried very hard to rectify the situation, but the damage has already been done.
I recently purchased a Jeep Cherokee from Vic Bailey. Lindsay was very helpful in responding to my messages and setting up a time for me to come in. They were able to fix some scratches that are now not even noticeable. The process was so easy of filling out some information online then I just had to come and do final paperwork and get my car! I Always have Vic Baileys service my F150 that way they have all records on truck. That way if I trade they can see what all has been completed.,
Both sales and service department are crooked. On two separate occasions they were dishonest. Once in service they tried to sell me 1800$ worth of a wiring harness. They told me that my vehicle was having electronic failure, it was unsafe to operate, and that the whole wiring harness had to be replaced. After driving it home I quickly discovered that it was just a loose ground at the fire wall.On another occasion my brother bought a used truck from them (sure you take chances buying used) but it had the 160 point inspection and my brother felt safe with sales manager assurance of standing behind their product. So he purchased and less than a week later the transmission and gear box was falling out.They said they’d buy it back for 5,000$ less than my brother bought it for. Great customer service!! Vic I hope you heard the sarcasm. And I hope you know that my family has bought vehicles from you for generations. Not any more.StephenI understand business but sometimes customer relations means more.

After a long, 5 hour day at another dealership who tried to scam and rip me off, I was very angry. We were in the process of looking at a few vehicles, and I didn’t realize until after we looked at them all the titles were “rebuilt”. Very angry, I drove home which was 2 hours away. On my trip back home, my friend called and told me that I should try out Vic Bailey. I was skeptical to say the least, but went with his judgment. Upon arriving at 6 PM, I was met by a man named Dylan. I told him about what I had gone through that day, and he assured me that my dealings with him would be the complete opposite and transparent. He asked what i was looking for and brought me 2 vehicles. We drove them both, and I immediately fell in love with the second vehicle. We went in and talked around 7. I was on my way out with the keys to my new truck by 7:45. Not only was Dylan amazing, but the entire dealership staff very kind, friendly, personable, and not one moment did I feel lied to or cheated. They stayed well past closing time to help me out, and make sure I what I needed. They talked through the specs, and gave honest input on why I may want to consider the CHEAPER vehicle over the other. The best part was that I felt they were genuine the entire process. I will definitely be going back for any of my vehicle needs in the future!

Terrible used car experience over the last 5 days.Friday there is a post listed that had the description of the vehicle that I was looking for for my wife that has no pictures so I inquire about more pictures of the vehicle I wanted to purchase and was told them would have them for me soon.Saturday - I follow up in the morning to see if they have them and I get some sent over to me at Noon. I review them and this is the vehicle I want. I tell the salesperson that I am coming up there today to get but I live 2 1/2 hours away, I said I’ll be there at 3:30. We got our kids packed up and loaded to go to their grandparents house while my wife and I were going to come and purchase. We needed both of us as we weren’t going to have a trade in. They then call me about 15-20 minutes after I say that I’m coming and tell me that I cannot purchase because the car actually hasn’t been serviced but they thought it was because it was in the “detail lot”. They said the vehicle won’t be available to purchase under it goes through servicing, so if I want to come up there and look at it I can. At this point I live a good bit away to just come look at it as I have pictures. We agree that they will tell me as soon as it’s serviced, which is expected to be on Tuesday that it will be done, but the manager said it’s first come first serve. Which I pretty much understand to an extent except I was already coming there on Saturday to purchase but then told I couldn’t.Sunday - I ask if by chance it’s been service. I was informed they are closed on Sunday.Monday - I get a call a 1p that it should be ready tomorrow afternoon. So I change up all my work schedule to come up there on Tuesday (which is today) to be there around noon and then wait for it the be done serviced.Tuesday (today) - I reach out at 9am to see if they still think it’ll be ready this afternoon. And I get back sorry, it sold last night while it was still in service. I was told it couldn’t be purchased while in service so that I about that and then was told that you just couldn’t drive it until it had been serviced and in that message that we don’t hold vehicles for customers unless they are coming from an hour away. Well, your sales manager should of known that I was coming from an hour away as I was coming on Saturday and was clear. Then I had consistent follow up that I had to initiate daily.

This is my third vehicle purchase from VB. The experience was just ok this time. Not like the customer service we have received in the past. I guess due to social distancing, the heat, or the current pandemic, but we werent shown any features or how to operate it. Just drove it and purchased. I do have to say that the wait time was very long and my husband left and we just came back the next day. Overall a good dealership with fair pricing though.

I brought my 2005 Ranger in with no air conditioning. A quick diagnosis revealed a leaking compressor gasket. I wad notified by Jim, the service advisor, that a new compressor would be ordered and installed the next day. The previous compressor was under warranty there for all labor and materials were covered. My Ranger was ready the next afternoon.. Selrvice is always reliable as Vic Baily Ford.

I did a lot of research into what car I wanted and what features I wanted in it. I searched and searched and finally found what I thought was the perfect car with everything I wanted at Vic Bailey. I decided to make a trip there and check the car out, everything seemed great so I proceeded to purchase the car. One of the features that was on my want list was heated seats (my previous car had heated seats so I got use to them and loved them). When I checked/test drove the car I didnt think to check the heated seats (it was seasonally warm that day), it didnt cross my mind. The next day was cold so I decided to turn on the heated seats...they didnt work. I initially thought its probably just a bad fuse, so later that week when I was able to I bought a new fuse..still didnt work. I planned to call the next day but they actually called me to check in and see how I was liking my car, I proceeded to inform them that the heated seats werent working. I was told to bring the car in and theyd take care of it, so thats what I did. I ended up leaving my car and they let me use a loaner car. About a week in they tell me they cant figure out why the heated seats arent working and they are sending my car to dealership down the road that specializes in the vehicle brand...ok great I think. Finally after about another week and a half I get a call saying it is a module and is going to cost $1500 to repair and Mr. Vic Bailey has offered to cover $300 of it. Unfortunately, I dont have an extra $1200 to drop on repairing the car I just bought so I will live without heated seats. Up until this disappointing news I had been excited and happy with my experience at Vic Bailey, everyone was very kind and helpful. I blame myself for not being more vigilant in checking the car. You live, you learn.

The staff at Vic Bailey is very courteous and helpful. Ive heard so many people talk about how good Vic Bailey staff is. I bought my Chevrolet Silverado back in December of 2019.
