Very helpful staff and taking all precautions during this pandemic. My granddaughters mom sent me looking for hair products and the guy stopped his inventory check to walk me to the product and was very polite.

The gentleman that works in the store is just that, a gentleman! I had my daughter with me today and she was sleep in her car seat... I had no choice but to take the whole thing in the store with me. It was a bit of a struggle. The worker helped me get my hair, cashed me out, and even offered to help me take my bag to the car! He was a great help and I really appreciate it so much! Thank you sir!

Great store nice people but some of their lace front wigs have weak lace mines tore and split down the middle and I couldnt atleast exchange it for another I havent even wore the wig yet $200 went down the drain

A very well supplied hair supply store. The attendant in the wig section is always super helpful. They run great sales in the hair and wigs and have very affordable options. Make sure to join the rewards club for a slight discount on purchases. Great staff and very easy access to the building. They hehe extended hours which is great for working individuals.

I have never in my shopping experience at Towns have I ever had any problems with staff like I experienced at Top Beauty, Towns respects their valuable customers and should because we spend so much money in these stores, I would hate to see without our contributions how it would be successful. A word of advice treat your customers with respect and your business will thrive.

Second time in store, went in with my hubby shopping for wigs. I actually enjoyed shopping there, they didnt treat me like I was going to shoplift (big plus). I work hard and want to spend my money where people treat me well. They offered me a member card and the older gentleman at the check out was very nice. I will shop there again. Thank you!

Some ladies already said it but Ill say it again. The staff is always nice and dont follow me or watch me like Im trying to steal something. I like that they give free items when you spend a certain amount of money. They are always willing to help. My go to hair place.
