I ordered my first order from Bridgewater last week. My order arrived quickly and was well packaged. I am so impressed with the products. The scents are amazing! They are subtle and not overpowering. I specifically love Sweet Grace and On Island Time. I cant wait to try the other scents. One of my favorite products is the flower diffuser. I just placed my second order and cant wait to give them as gifts.

Grace Management no longer has a store for walk in customers. You have to go to their website to order online or if you are a business you have to go through your business representative to set up an account and order online.

Disappointing with Customer Service. They have such amazing Products and have had them all. Every single candle/melt smells divine and are long lasting and worth the money. The sad thing is, Bridgewater Candle Company DO NOT service Australia. I used to buy these from smaller Gift stores that could buy to sell. They too have now stopped selling these as they found it harder to buy and Stock. I do NOT understand how you could not have the option to offer postage or freight from their website. I have purchased many things from the US including Candles and melts and have them delivered with no Issue. I even Contacted them directly and said I did not mind in paying more for delivery, but this was not considered. So Sad, Disappointing and Frustrating.
