Tiffany at the Spartanburg branch has been a joy to work with! I haven’t bought a car yet but this is my favorite part...I had to run to my job to get something faxed to them and got hung up at work. Then had to pick up my son from school so it was almost 6 when I got back to the office and found out that I got approved! Test drove one vehicle and it just wasn’t for me. Told Tiffany that I’d look at their inventory online but I needed to get some dinner going for my son. And her reply?..... Sounds like a plan! First let me start by saying BRANDON IS THE BEST! I was needing a car, something that is reliable, affordable, and that suits my driving needs. I rolled up in old faithful mainly just browsing, not really sure if I would buy anything, although I needed to. There was absolutely no pressure, he showed me vehicles I was interested, answered any questions I had, allowed me to discuss my needs so that he could really understand what I wanted. When I left from here I left in a new car, with no buyers remorse, I have been completely content, and when I was at work and couldnt figure out a button to push for the car to perform a certain task, I was able to call A WEEK LATER AND AT 8:30 pm, which Brandon answered at that time of evening and helped me right out. A WEEK LATER! Most sales people dont see or hear from you again once you purchase, but I must say this gentleman went above and beyond to still assist me. They got me the payments I WANTED. Brandon got me in the vehicle I wanted. And I cant say enough good things about this location and Brandon. Really, the experience was great, hell Ill be back to buy others when I need to. Absolute worst experience of my life. Brandon or whatever his name is, is a downright thief to the highest order. Sold me a car, with a sky rocket interest rate. I knew it would be high, but damn that was theft #1. Number 2 i come to find that the car is stolen! They sold me a stolen car! Ill tell you Brandon is a good talker, cause he somehow got out of it with the police, but he did lose a customer for life!

Curtis is a awesome salesman Eddie the manager is super awesome he explained and fixed any and all concerns and problems I had hes a man of his word which is saying alot because its hard to come by dealerships and Managers like him I would definitely recommend going to see them if youre looking for a car.

After locating the vehicle i had been searching for online, I came across US Auto Sales with whom had the particular vehicle I wanted, listed in the Spartanburg SC location. I had my partner do research as well, whom had also found the vehicle on the Spartanburg US Auto Sales website. I arrived to look at the vehicle at which time I was told the car was located in Greensboro, NC and that I would have to go to that location if I wanted the vehicle. After a day of deliberation, my partner contacted the Greensboro location and advised that I had been approved and that we were interested in the car and wanted to take a look at it. The problem is that I work in healthcare throughout the week and it’s hard for me to catch such places open by the time I get off. The representative had advised that because we are married, my partner would be able to come up to Greensboro, which is a 2.5-3 hour drive from our house. She also made aware that she would be able to discuss the payment options with him on my behalf. He drive three hours to the location, Only to get there and be advised that he couldn’t test drive the vehicle and that they couldn’t speak with him regarding anything on my loan. I contacted the sales representative directly and was spoken to extremely rudely during our call, and advised that if I chose to take my business elsewhere then that was my prerogative and that was verbatim. We contacted the sales representative from the Spartanburg location and advised of the encounter we had with the other location. He contacted the sales representative directly and advised us that she, too hung up on him and was rude!! He said he would contact Scott, the regional manager and figure things out. He had Scott contact us and we disclosed our side of the story with him as well. Later we received a call back from the Spartanburg representative whom advised that my partner go back to location to test drive the vehicle and then if we decided we wanted it, he would have vehicle transferred. We confirmed we wanted the vehicle after multiple calls with Spartanburg representative Curtis, whom had advised that my payments would be approximately $230 PER “MONTH.” We then decided to purchase and request transfer of vehicle. I arrived in the Spartanburg location to go ahead and wrap the deal up and process transfer. Again it was disclosed that my payments would be $235 per month at this point. Then as we started the process, I was advised that the transfer would take a week to ten days. However, due to my work schedule and planned business trip out of state for the following week, this wouldn’t be acceptable. Curtis was able to arrange for the vehicle to be delivered the next day. Upon the vehicle being delivered, we met at the Spartanburg location to close the deal. When we were about to sign the paperwork, we were advised prior to closing that it stated $235/bi weekly but that the contract would be revised and we would just have to come in and sign new paperwork. Since then we have not been contacted about new revised contract and when we contact the location, we’ve been told someone would contact us back. Nothing has been done and at this point after how we’ve been mistreated and mislead, we are contemplating going directly to the BBB and the attorney general if necessary. The company is unwilling to resolve anything, not to mention in our contract there were two repair items that the company agreed to repair. No follow up has been done to ensure the car is fixed/repaired and promised items handled. Then after a week later, received a call from sales representative stating he had lost and/or misplaced the insurance binder that was provided by the insurance company! I faxed this back to the location as well as having advised that the home office fax number had been sent multiple copies several times by me and the insurance company.This company is not at all reliable or dependable. At this point we don’t know that it’s a very trustworthy company as many ethical policies have been broken here! As a consumer, this is poor customer service!

After a rough day of searching for the right vehicle with very challenging credit with limited money upfront, US Auto came through for me. I drug in the dealership filled with so much doubt. 30 minutes later driving away in a car that I would have never searched for- a Lexus. OMG, I still cant believe it. I would highly recommend US AUTO to everyone.

I spoke to 5 different people after dialing thru their rigorous non-human phone system to which all 5 people told me something completely different. I would never buy a vehicle here. This car lot is a McDonalds compared to Chick-fil-A & QTs customer service.
