Clean install that sounds great! I started with a 600 watt Harmon Kardon 7.1 surround system that sounded pretty good. Now it sounds super good with an extra 500 watts of subwoofer bass 🔊 👌

Got my tint done here yesterday and I can say is it looks really good. the guy who did it didnt leave a mess in my car, the manager is a nice guy and explained the process well.. they even waved an extra 100 dollar fee for removing an old film..it looks good so far and the price was reasonable. 180 for sides and back..I honestly dont see why its so many negative reviews on the tint

Good customer service

I called at over 4 different Auto tint shops within 20 miles. They gave me the cheapest quote over the phone. I highly recommend this place. Customer service is amazing. Best price in town plus military discount. Im very satisfied with the quality of the tint.

Had a alarm and tint done. The tint is cheap and peeling. The alarm stopped working within a year. The door panel wasnt put back on right and the electric door locks didnt work anymore. They are slow and use cheap products. Over five hundred dollars wasted. The tint is so cheap it will nick anytime you bump into it.

Had a dash cam put in wifes ride and they fixed a busted cigarette lighter. While using the cigarette lighter one day pop the fuse dash cam stopped working. Call them up, made an appointment got in there n they looked at it no charge. Also asked them to look at the AC controls cos they were acting funny. They did at no charge. I was very happy to hear that and I made sure to give a positive review. Thanks guys.

Not a customer, but i did some contract work work for a remodel inside the building and got to spend some time seeing how things work. Its a pleasure to say that the two gentlemen at the store are very polite and out going. From how I hear them talk about and to the customer I can tell they really have the customers needs in their best interest. I havent decided what upgrades I want to give my truck but I have decided where it is Im going when Im ready.

February: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! There are other tinting companies that will do a better job and care about your vehicle. I brought my brand new 2020 had only 2 days to them for tint and to add remote start. Cost me over $500. I understand accidents happen but I don’t understand the lack of communication and the time it’s taking to fix the damages they caused to my new car! Basically the guy must of had some sharp tool in his hand when he went under my dash and held onto my steering wheel puncturing a small hole in the airbag/horn cover. Now I have to see this eye sore everyday and they still haven’t cared to reach out to me and try to fix it after more than 2 months!Only good thing they have going for them at this point is John the manager who is super sweet and try’s his best, and has good customer service only he can’t do anything about this issue he’s done his job by passing it to the owner to do insurance claim! I don’t want a repair I want a new one bc the car is new!! I’m so upset with this company! I need my tint redone too and I’m so scared to leave my car with them :( oh and I had to take my car back to the dealership for them to fix the panel that kept popping off!October edit: ha what a joke! Still haven’t got my brand new car fixed! Said they would finally get insurance claim and still nothing. Ugh!December edit: finally they had me get 3 quotes for repair.May edit: still a joke! my car isn’t fixed. Frank Rogers called one body shop and asked about getting it fixed back in maybe February 2 months or so after I got the quotes and had to keep calling him. Here it is nearly may 2021 a year after the damage they caused and still my brand new 2020 not fixed. I have now filed with the courts, But having to go through all of this a year later is ridiculous! I texted him the other day and he plays like “oh you still haven’t got that fixed” Um no you haven’t contacted me! I called the body shop and they said they haven’t heard back since he called months ago and that it had to be paid upfront. Frank has still yet to contact me. Anyways I know some will have no issues but if you get damages done be aware! They won’t fix it, you need to keep on them and finally sue them. I hate doing this review bc John is actually a sweet heart. They just won’t answer the phone for me got to love caller ID lol.

Great customer service. John Morgan made me feel like VIP. He was very accommodating, going above and beyond. Met me at the door, held the door open for me, and escorted me to the lounge. I was seen 15 minutes prior to my appointment time and he saw to it that my remote starter was installed quickly and efficiently. He not only matched the lowest quote I had gotten for my installation, but he beat it. John has obtained a customer for life!

This company is horrible. I make an appointment before Christmas to have 69 installed. Nothing wrong with my speakers just wanted new ones put in. The guy never told me the price on the phone. I get there he tells me $64.00 I say cool. Then I get home theres no old 69 speakers in my car. I call up there and ask where are my old speakers the customer service guy gets an attitude and ask am I serious. I said yes you guys never told me you throw away perfectly working Bose speakers. I asked him to show me where I signed for them to do that he hung up the phone on me. I do not recommend anyone to go to roger stereo. Go down the road to elite auto if they busy just wait. These guys are scam artist at Roger stereo.

I called this place to get a quote on a stereo installation. Some guy answered the phone & as soon as I proceeded to tell him why I called, the phone disconnected. I immediately called back to see what happened & it rung twice & then went to voicemail. Smh! Ive read the NEGATIVE reviews. Clearly, this is a sign for me to take my business elsewhere.

A good place for stereo installation and tinted windows too.

Installation was horrible.. Sounds good when it works... they can do basic installs but slip on 10k real installs.

Had new door speakers put in my truck I noticed they wasnt sounding right pulled them out and it looked like a 10 year old hooked them up. No connectors just split wires and electric tape.

Very nice folks and easy to work with.
