Edible arrangements white chocolate covered strawberries are amazing.

I stopped by Edible Arrangements Spartanburg store today to pick up a birthday/anniversary gift for my parents. The ladies were very nice, helpful and patient. The service was fast. I had a great first time experience.

Very bad experience. One of the ladies had a bad attitude. If she had apologized for being so nasty I would have placed two orders. The supervisor and the other new lady were nice but that one lady whatever shes going though I hope it gets worked out before they lose more customers.

I love edible arrangments on S.Pine St! I order salted caramel apple bites everyday, it is never any issues with them and their products are ALWAYS FRESH! Highly recommend this location if you are looking for fast and friendly service!

Kristy took an order for me and Tammy made it EXTRA special. My mother lives in Union county and we are active duty military in Arizona. Very rude customer service I walked into the store to place an order and the lady says so you need to place or pick up an order I told her I wanted to place an order she rudely says did you look on the website because I don’t have any brochures here I told her no but I can pull it up right quick she rolled her eyes and walked away she then comes back and says you need this delivered very rudely I told her don’t worry about it I can spend my money elsewhere and I left won’t be using this location again

A friend of mine passed from Covid. I ordered something for my friends wife. I ordered same day delivery but it was ordered after delivery cutoff. They called me and said they could not deliver it until the next day. I told them the story and they called me back. The person working there said she would deliver the gift herself on her way home after work. Outstanding Service. A+++++ Thank You for making this happen. You guys are AWESOME!

Went in to see if they had anything ready to grab like a cup of fruits or anything for a family member who just had their baby and the lady in the front was very nice and went to ask another older lady in the back and said they didnt which I was okay with but the way the lady in back said it was completely rude and went on to say they didnt have any produce like if I had already knew they didnt have anything. They also had a toddler in the kitchen walking around like nothing.

Currently under new ownership. Staff is very friendly, and there are no long waits.

We love using Edible Arrangements for all kinds of gifts. We send them to our employees to celebrate great work or to our friends and family who just need a Just Because pick-me-up. They are always well received and the service and quality is 5-star every time.

I just got the most beautiful arrangement for Mothers Day from my son who is in the military and is all the way om the West Coast. The arrangement is so fresh and looks wonderful. It came with a balloon and a teddy bear. I absolutely LOVE It!!

I am out of state and ordered to brighten my daughters day as she is in college in SC. I am so pleased with the quick and accurate delivery!

What a good idea. So many surprise treats are very unhealthy and unoriginal. The nice fruit and chocolate treats are are fresh and flavorful. The fruit crisp and not too wet. The times Ive had their arrangements Ive enjoyed them quite a bit.

I had the honor of speaking with the rudest lady ever. When I called to place my order she talked to me like I was the one to ruin her day. I told her I didnt know what her problem was and that I was taking my business somewhere else that would appreciate it. Ill drive to Greenville (a hour away from my home) before I order from there ever again.

Rude for no reason. Rude to the point I left without making a purchase and visited the one in Greenville, which I can always count on.

I called in to place an order and spoke with the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in any businessShe huffed and puffed as if I was causing her a problem as I had to look up the address to the place of business were to deliver. She snapped with a very rude and condescending tone. I could not believe what I was hearingI asked her if she was the owner and she said no but was the Mgr. Idk who owns this business but if they record their phone calls they should listen to who they have running their business. I could go on and on with more details but I will leave it at that for nowI spoke with a few other people that had the same issue with this particular lady. Wow

My son sent me a fruit arrangement yesterday and the fruit was horrible. The strawberries were about to go bad, very soft and the ones that was just nasty old looking, we’re covered in chocolate. I have called 3 times this morning mind you they open at 8am but I have called 4 times to listen to their voicemail telling me to call back during normal working hours and it’s 8:30am. I am so angry right now because my son spent a lot of money on this fruit but of all things it could have been edible it was not. I have never ate a $75 strawberry so bad not sweet just mushy and soft bitter. The pineapple and grapes were ok not something to write home about but ok. Don’t waste your money people. Refund plz. He works to hard for his money and on top of that my Mother’s Day gift ruined because all I got was a bad taste in my mouth.i work right at around the corner at Wofford maybe I will just go see them when I get off to take them back my Mother’s Day gift.🤬🤬🤬

Huge mistake this go round. Everyone wanted to pass the blame and I didnt get my bday arrangement at a decent time. To be honest, as of yet Ive not received it at all and its 5pm. I had to track it down by phone. When I told them to forget it and just keep it they asked when Id be home bc they wanted to deliver it bc they were so sorry. Sorry doesnt work when you continue to drop the ball !!! HOWEVER... the ONLY reason I didnt give them 1 star is bc these chocolate covered apples and bananas are TO DIE FOR !!! Unbelievably delicious! So if you order an arrangement, make sure to be VERY CLEAR if you pay for delivery !!! Satisfaction on the food, and post mistake effort. Unsatisfactory on the initial delivery effort.
