Walked in no one said hello or nothing. 3 males playing on their phones. No one offer to help us. We waited on ourselves and paid and left. After spending $200 I wont ever be back

Employees stared at their phones and did not act like they wanted to help at all. Customer service is a real thing.

Second time shopping here. Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. All the answers to my questions were one word answers and no eye contact. The workers there had as much enthusiasm as a person who just got their dog ran over. Dreadful. All I wanted was help on a shoe exchange, not even a return, just needed the right size. If I could give no stars I would.

I visit this place today and the manager and one of the employee tried to jump me because I said the manager is rude and needs another job if she doesn’t like being in customer service

Ordered shoes with expensive guaranteed 2-day Fed-ex Air shipping. They didnt even send a shipping notification until 2 days later. 2 more days later and FedEx tracking just shows that a label was created. So, 4 days later, still not shipped. Called customer service and couldnt even tell me where the shoes were. Canceling order. Will never shop with them again. Buyer beware!

Dont go to Jimmy Jazz in cherrydale. They dont give cash back and argue with the customers. And my husband clothes were damaged and he told him he did it. And my husband been shopping there since they opened. He continued to argue with him in face in front of the whole store.
