We needed to have a solution fast AND get exclusive processing. I couldn’t find anyone local that had the rates, or the software we needed. Omni has everything I needed for my company for credit card processing and a POS system. This was the best processor for my business! I highly recommend that you use them!

I would not recommend this company on certain products! There is suppose to be no hidden charges but that was a lie, I was also suppose to get free shipping on my terminal and that was a lie. was told I would have my terminal in less than a week it took over two weeks. I was suppose to get multiple gift cards for free & 2 months later still no gift cards. Im still waiting on a longer cord for my terminal and its been 2 months. I was suppose to be getting a check mailed back to me for the money they took out of my account within 2 business days cause we are both local ! still nothing, wrote the rep she claimed she was in TX. I asked for my tracking number she couldnt get it for me !! here we are 3 weeks later still no check for the refund that I was told would take 2 days to get !!! needless to say I canceled the system and will stay with using square. STAY AWAY !!!!!

Excellent customer service. Quick, fast, efficient, and the individuals are extremely knowledgeable. I came in looking for one particular POS system and they directed me to what would be more practical for my business needs. I end up saving on average 752 dollars annually. Definitely would refer plus they have more to offer instead of POS systems.
