This store had an alright collection BUT THE OWNER AND EMPLOYEES!!! OMG THEY ARE SO RUDE!! I was undecided on a wig (first time buying) and they Acted like I was a bank robber.The owner was RUDE, asked me why i would I buy a wig? Idk if it was directed towards my race, hair, or what... But ZERO STARSNEVER AGAIN

They have a lot of stuff inside dealing with hair products its not better than the one up in Highland but its packed with good hair supplies

I would give 0 stars if I could. The lady who claimed she owned it was very rude. She asked me why I wanted longer hair with a stank look on her face. While a stranger pulled my hair to suggest to ME what to do with MY hair. Was very rude to my white mom at first. Gave extra attitude. If you want customers then take the bedazzled “sexy” hats down, and be kind.

Ok customer service. They still watch you as if you are going to steal. I guess they are tainted from past experiences with customers

The WOMEN In the store is always nice I always get help when I ask. BUT DO NOT GO IN UNDECIDED!!!!! I went In the store for some jam but I was not sure about what kind of hair I wanted so I was looking at the different kinds of hair and the Black man kept walking up and down the isle like I was going to steal something. Funny thing is my kids were with me and they even felt some type of way they kept asking me why he kept looking at us like that. I decided to just by the jam and buy my hair at a different location. NEVER AGAIN I don’t want my kids to go threw that again.

Great hair store, maybe small but they have a wide selection of hair.I was looking for a particular type of crochet hair, and I couldn’t find it at any other store, and I went to two other stores, but I was able to find it here.The people that work here are very polite, helpful, and always have answers to all my hair questions.I will be a repeated customer.

Once walked in the store I got no friendly greeting. When I was deciding on what I was going to buy the staff members were staring me down like as if I was going to steal something. I spend a lot of money in the store. When I do come to buy products. I will not be spending my money at this location. The owner need to do better at training their employees with costumer services.

Awful customer service at this store!!! The owner put the wrong wig in the bag without me realizing it! I went back to the store the following morning and he literally just laughed at me after I was pleading with him to just give me the wig I asked for! I will never go back to that store and I will be reporting him to the BBB. He knew he gave me the wrong wig!!!

I was given the wrong wig didnt even take it out of the bag because when I took it out it was the wrong one I paid 100 he wouldnt take it back even though he saw his mistake

Beauty Mart has a variety of hair products. Including wigs and crochet hair as well as hair and scalp products, and hair accessories. And friendly people to answer questions.

I go there often and the people are always nice and professional.

The lady talked me into buying this new hair vs the bundles tht i asked for, told me the hair was jst as good if not better, turns out its really thin on the ends and naps up easily
