Lines backed up to the pharmacy...pallets all over the place with no one putting items up....buggies all over the parking lot completely ridiculous!!! Will take my money to a more expensive store thats cleaner..less crowded and I dont feel so rushed while shopping!!

Shopping inside is great. Always clean and fresh produce. Online grocery usually is awesome. Today was an awful experience. I had an appointment to pick up my groceries 4-5pm I never received an email to inform me my order was ready or it would be late. I showed up in a spot at 5:30pm and called. I was told my order was being taken care of. Half hour passes I called back, no answer. I had a worker come up to me asking me if I was a customer they were looking for. I told them my issue, I was told it will be awhile before my order would be filled. I waited until 6:30pm because I had to leave for a meeting (that Im currently in) I called several times to cancel my order no answer. I received an email at 7:15pm saying my order is ready. I cant go get it smh. A simple email with a reschedule or choice to cancel wouldve been appropriate. I will be calling in the morning for a refund. This is ridiculous!

I am a truck driver. I came in and needed help with a particular product, a nice lady named Brenda that was up at the customer service desk went out of her way to help me. Nevermind shortages due to supply chain break down, the customer service here is absolutely horrible. Pharmacy is great. The other employees are rude and seem to be uncaring. 2 of the 3 cashiers that are actually on a register dont have the basic knowledge of their jobs. Cant ring up gift cards,, cant figure out produce, etc.. I was told this doesnt scan so I cant sell it to you. You will have to go get another after your checkout and get back in line. No apologies, no caring, just an oh well attitude.

Good visit. Although they were lacking in some needed items, I still give it 5 stars. After we checked ourselves out, I forgot to leave my address in order for them to send me my W-2s. LOL

This Walmart Food Market is the BEST! Order your groceries on line, schedule your pick up day and time and you dont even have to get out of your car.These people are friendly and kind. If they are out of an item, they let you know and always offer a substitution so that you will get what you ordered. If, for any reason there is an issue with a product they make it easy and refund your money over their Web site. I wont shop at any other store, not even another Walmart location.

Changing the rating from a 4 to a 2. Third time Ive had to deal with some type of outside solicitation for money at this location. I just like to do my grocery shopping in peace on my weekends. Ingles isnt that much farther.

The app that tells you where to find items is incorrect. For instance Maple Syrup search will send you to the kitchenware isle. Outnof 30 plus items on my list I only found 1 item to be in the location that the app said it would be in.

I thought the COVID Vaccine was advertised as Free—-No ID required.I took my teens for their vaccinations and was turned away because we didn’t have insurance, the red headed lady in the pharmacy was the one that denied us… thank You for doing your part!!!

The curbside pickup is a joke. Last time i went there was over 10 people waiting for over 30mins. Walmart employees and a manager outside smoking with no motivation to get these people out with groceries. I cancelled my order and went home

My Walmart neighborhood store IS THE BEST!!! Im in there almost daily, lol. Most of the employees seem like they really enjoy their job and always willing to help. Love love this store!!!!☺️☺️☺️❤️❤️

I had never been to a Walmart Neighborhood before... Nice experience. Prices good, great variety. The self checkouts were a little confusing but I got thru it... Nice supermarket.

Somehow NOT ONE PERSON in the store, NOR anyone at 1-800-WalMart knew how to use my gift card Walmart refunded as a virtual card, attached to my Account, to pay in the store. I wasted $60 cash, when it should have been a no brainer for someone to show me how to pay with my card. I want my money back.

My groceries were exactly what I ordered and quickly brought to my car.

Clean with stock being added to shelf. Easy access around the store. Ample check out lines.

I live the store itself but when I have a full buggy it is very frustrating when I have to wring and bag my own groceries. Sometimes I feel that I should just leave my address so they can send me a paycheck for doing orher peoples jobs.

Come on guys if you have so many people call out due to covid and cant open customer service there is something called store manager they are suppose to jump in where they can fulfill that spot. Ive heard before a worker going out their way to help a customer but got yelled at from their department manager for stopping and helping a customer. CUSTOMERS COME FIRST. As in stocking your night crew should have majority of that put up if not its a problem. Should be vendors throughout the day.

Really bad customer service since we are hispanics i guess i wanted to buy some cheese the guy in charge told me he was busy doing some chickens that i need it to wait til he finished 😩 went to customer service to speak with the manager and she didnt even came up to us another polite lady asked me if i need it anything i told her i need it someone to let me get my cheese and guess what didnt get no answer couldnt buy my cheese

This place is efficient and runs like a walmart. Judgement free, not catering to any type of person. They dont have the selection of a large full service grocer but they offer a spectrum of general goods

I went and bought a few groceries for the coming week, including milk,sugar, bread, chips, and sandwich meat. The employees were very helpful in finding items that I was looking for.

I like the walmart markets and theyre just the right size and much more convenient to get in and out of and not dwal with the long lines and suprisingly they have more registers open here than a regular walmart does well the better walmarts have more than 1 or 2 registers open but we all know the super centers with only 2 registers open and long lines but maybe they should build more of these markets instead.

Its a Great store well stocked and the associates are great.

I come here to get gas bc they r the cheapest! Wen u go inside get a Wal-Mart card for free then give them how much money u want to put on the card; wat ever the gas is for u will get 03.cents more off your gas. I think I explained it clearly. Keep that card though. Because thats a good deal. The gas was 2.45 with that card I got it for 2.42. Thankx😉

Well, customer service is almost nill. Horrible music playing which has static, rude employees 😕Oh, not to mention unsightly clientele. Oh, and hardly any mask usage and if so underneath noses, enter at your own risk.

Teeny Tiniest Walmart store I have ever seen that is grocery only. I think it was an old small grocery store that got converted to a Walmart. Seems clean and friendly, but when I say its a small Walmart, its a small Walmart. (Remodeled 41,000 sq. ft. In 2015 - not the typical 100,000+ sq. ft. Super Walmart)

The store is on the smaller side for a walmart. It seems to usually have a shortage of cashiers making the lines move a little slow. Other than that its clean and the workers are friendly. 3 stars for the shortage of cashiers.

Considering this is the ONLY walmart market place within 33 miles of where we live it was worth not being pressured with loads of sales of clothes shoes n other items just groceries...

I ordered grocery pick up today,10/14 with a pick up time 2-3. At 1:45 I was emailed that my order was ready. I arrived at 1:55 and at 2:30 my order still hadnt come out. I had 10 items and people arriving after me with huge orders were getting theirs. Finally they said they were having to move stuff out of the freezer to get my cold things. I had 1 pack of frozen chicken breast. What???? Why was I told it was ready? I called and cancelled the order. When I asked if my money would be refunded to my card, the associate said Yeah.

Tonight before 10pm, there were 2 self check out lanes open with over 20 people waiting. Stock person was unable to locate a manager. The person supervising the self checkout said they were the only one working checkout.....well if they could find the manager they could open another full checkout lane. But nope. So many people had to wait a long time because of poor management.

Dont cash checks over $200, dead battery in the parking lot, horrible experience

Since it is the ONLY one within miles of where we live it was worth it they need one in Gaffney SC for others need one closer

Wal-Mart Groceries center is where I Get almost All of our Groceries for some of the Best sales prices and the food we want! 5star place to shop!

Almost never have a cashier available and when you ask for one they are rude about it, like its a huge inconvenience.

The employees are always friendly. Never had a problem when I go shopping.

Fill your empty shelves and hire some cashiers. Those people shopping for people to lazy to shop for them selves will run you over in a heartbeat.

During this pandemic, Spartanburg City Council has enacted a face mask requirement for grocery stores. In a 15 minute visit, I saw 7 customers without masks in the Cedar Springs Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market and it is in the city limits. I told a female employee at the self checkout, and she responded with so what.. I guess Wal-Mart does not really care about customers health. Shame on you.

I like this smaller store, not xrowed and fully stocked.

I know the running joke is that Wal-Mart will have. 20 registers but only 2 are open, but today, zero registers were open. At least, zero registers with cashiers. Only self self checkout. For me, it was fine. I generally only use the self checkout. However, most people were pretty upset about it. Many werent used to it so they were having A LOT of problems.

This Walmart is SO unprofessional. I have literally went to their services desk 3 days in a row and they were closed!? All three days that I went were around 10AM, 12PM, and 3PM . Those are normal business hours! Customers need the services center for so many different things (paying bills is one of them) and it’s a shame that we can’t receive any service!

I used the no contact store pick up for the first time. It was a fast easy process! Other than several of the items being out of stock, I dont have any complaints!

Everybody that works here are great! The pharmacy is awesome!! Colby is the best pharmacists EVER! Sometimes they are really busy and it takes a while but its worth the wait. They truly care about the costumer and do everything they can to help you.

Cashiers were rude and REFUSED to check me out and others while they stood around talking and making fun of some customers. Two of them were sarcastic and told me that they didnt care how long I had to wait while another customer in line had issues with her Debit Card and was on the phone with her bank. ALL because I told them I do not do Scan n Go self checkout. Im filing a BBB Complaint in the morning amongst other avenues. They were not busy at all. I will NEVER return to this Wal MART ever again!

They are stocking more essential items now. Great selection of meats in stock.
