Need a fresh hat this is the place plus they will customize it for you

If I could leave zero stars I would. Sales girl was completely unprofessional, rude and not wearing a mask. Told me to call corporate if I had a problem but couldnt supply corporates number. Not to mention we had to walk to another store for them to call her because the gate was closed the 2 times we went back.

Bought a hat, sales girl was rude and very unkempt and was more worried about her hanging out guy that being a sales person. The price didnt add up, after looking at receipt while in doorway saw she added charges. Turned around and asked why. Was told basically she didnt know why she added money to total, she couldnt do an adjustment. After eye rolls, grumbling and huffing this hot mess did a return. Told us she was the manager, a manager who didnt have corporates number nor could do a price adjustment...OK Ima belive that, never. So lids in spartanburg is off my shop here list guess Gastonia will and Im sure they have corporates number for me.

Everytime I come here the person has a gone to lunch sign up.. No matter what time of the day I cant never purchase anything because its no one here!!!

They went out of their way to help my son get the Notre Dame hat he wanted even tho we live in Clemson territory. Great experience with them.

Im not a hat guy, but Lids is awesome. They have a massive selection of headgear, and they will embroider ANYTHING. Even if you bring in an item purchased elsewhere, theyll embroider it if the item will fit on their machine. The selection of fonts, colors, and styles is unbelievable. On top of that, everyone Ive talked to in the store is polite and quick to answer any questions or requests I have.
